Without you, I don't know how my life will be. [a new kevin ff]

Chapter 1

Have you ever been with someone for so long that you didn’t know what you would do without them? Well if you have, I know just how you feel. My names Kevin, Kevin Jonas to be more specific. About 2 years ago there was this girl Jennifer, I would always call her Jenny, who was like one of my best friends, other than my brothers. She was someone I could always go to for anything. She was like the 19 year old sister I never had, but was just a friend. Now your probably wondering how I lost her, so if you want to know you will have to keep reading to find out.

It was probably around 1:00 PM on June 6^th, Jenny and I were sitting at Starbucks waiting in line at the register for our chi teas. We would always go to Starbucks together about twice a week so we could just sit back without really any distractions, except for that annoying blender sound going off and on. Most of the time we would go to the one in Barnes & Noble so it wouldn’t be as many people talking since it’s pretty much like a library. When we went we would usually talk about our relationships, advice ,or like other issues in our life cause we could go to each other about anything. I loved our bond we had.

Chapter 2

On June 7^th was Jenny’s birthday! And like every year I took Jenny to a great spot at the beach we lived around and we would have dinner together. Joe and Nick would always tease me about how long I took to get ready for the dinner, but to me it was really important cause Jenny was really special to me. And I never knew when I might lose her so every moment with someone special to me, would have to be special.

So when I would pick Jenny up she would always say the same thing “ What took you so long!” , it was like one of our own little jokes. When we got to the beach I would already have everything set up for us. We would always have the same meal each year which was her favorite food, spaghetti and lots of meatballs. But she loved when I made it for her the most. For dessert I would always order the same type of cake and the same note across the top, To My Best Friend, Happy Birthday! She always got the same slice too, the slice with the whole word friend. And most of the time she would eat the whole slice, or make me eat the rest. But I never minded. When we were done we got ready for are surprise ending that we would always end with, and I would always tell her “ Without you, I don’t know how my life would be.”

To end the perfect night, we would take a walk down the beach and watch the sun set… she would always say each year was even better than the last one and she couldn’t wait for the next one. If only the next one came…

I love reading and writing fan fic (never wrote any Jonas though, only Nascar), and it's hard to find good fan fiction sometimes. I have to say, this is good so far. Okay first it's Kevin, so it's a sure I'd check it out, the fact it's good makes me like it even more. So keep up the work, I can't wait to see what happens!

Chapter 3

June 8^th was a great day, too. Jenny and I went to the mall to shop a little and grab a bite to eat. We had a great time together, as always. When we were there we got something to eat at McDonald’s. When we got back to my house we watched a few movies and played some music since she was a guitar player too, then I took her home. No one was home with her when I dropped her off, so she asked me to stay a little bit longer. I was there for about an hour and a half. Then her parents arrived home with a look on their face of sadness or that they were shocked. I didn’t ask any questions since it really any of my business, so I said night to them all three and headed out back to the Jonas household.

All through the night I thought about Jenny’s parents and what could have happened? Then I thought that Jenny would probably just tell me tomorrow, or would she? Could she feel that it wasn’t my business or would she be able to trust me.

Chapter 4

June 9^th was a bit different than others. I had made plans to go mini golfing with Jenny, Nick, and Joe. But when I went to go pick up Jenny no one was home. So I called her cell phone and no one answered. I had no clue where she could be? Then Jenny finally called me back and told me she had to go visit relatives that day and she had just found out that morning.

I told her we could go tomorrow and she told me she’d meet me there. So, for the rest of the day I went mini golfing with Joe and Nick. While we were there I couldn’t stop thinking about Jenny. Then Nick brought something to my attention that I didn’t think about. He was thinking about how this one time at her house we told her we would be visiting some family in New Jersey later that week we were with her and she told us that she didn’t visit her relatives as much since they all lived in San Francisco and we were in Los Angeles. Also Nick mentioned how Jenny didn’t like driving for long rides.

I thought to myself for a second and all of that was true. Could Jenny be lying to me about the whole relative thing? What was Jenny really hiding? How would I find out? Then I knew I would have to ask her tomorrow.

The whole night I was just thinking about how Jenny had lied. She wasn’t the person to lie, and trust me on that one. If there was one thing she couldn’t do it was to lie to anyone. Since she did, it must have been for a good reason, and it was. I guess I would have to wait and see.
