So as you can probably guess auditions are closed. Since nobody auditioned except for like three people : ( Oh well. I couldn't wait for more people to audition because I really like this. If you didn't get the part you auditioned for I gave you another part. In case you didn't know already, I got this idea watching the burn notice marathon yesterday on USA. The Investigators Chapter 1 My phone rang. I answered it. "Amanda. We have a situation down at the old warehouse on 56th. Check it out." my boss said. "I'll be right there." I replied as I clicked my phone shut,"Let's go Joe." I slipped on my black leather jacket (which also held my concealed gun) and my high-heeled boots. Joe stuffed one last powdered doughnut in his mouth as we walked out the door of my apartment. "Can I drive?" Joe asked. "No." "How come I never get to drive the SUV?" Joe whined,"It's kind of hard to do much damage to an armored vehicle!" He said. "I know that." I said as I got into the driver's seat, "I just don't want my SUV at the bottom of a cliff." Joe grumpily crossed his arms and got into the passenger's seat. Halfway to the warehouse, Joe's cell phone rang. I glanced at the caller ID. Ellen. Joe's girlfriend. "Ugh.You still haven't broken up with her?" "No. It's not that easy though!" I rolled my eyes and grabbed his phone. I cleared my throat and answered the phone in a high-pitched, girly voice. "Hello?" I said. "Who's this?" Ellen asked. "This is Rikki. Joe's girlfriend." I giggled and pretended that Joe was tickling me. "Stop it Joe!" I giggled. I could almost hear Ellen get angry. "Tell Joe, we're over!" and she hung up. Joe looked at me, appalled. "See how easy that was?" I told Joe. He just looked at me angrily, folded his arms, and stared out the window. I grinned. As we pulled up to the warehouse, I scanned the place with my eyes. Something was defineatly wrong. "Get your gun out." I told Joe, as I pulled mine out, "This place looks suspicious." Joe pulled his gun out and I looked at him to check he was holding it the right way. Honestly, I had no clue how they trusted him with a loaded handgun. All of a sudden someone shot at us. "Get in the car!" I yelled at Joe as I shot towards the area where the bullet came from. Now, I was sure something was wrong. You always know somebody wants you captured, hurt, or worse, dead, if they stay at the scene of the crime that they just committed, to make sure it gets done. ------------------------------- Hope you likey! ---------------------------------------
Congrats Mandy!
