She was watching from a bar stool the first time she saw him, he was on stage, with his friends, he played back up for their band. His friends were singing to her friends, her band mates, and she sort of wished that he was singing to her. He was tall and slim, gorgeous beyond repair, and she was drawn to the way he moved. But she was just some girl, and he was part of one of the most famous bands in the world. But she wasn’t going to let that stop her, she decided almost right away, because they had something in common. This is the tale of a background performer.

Hi! My name is Stephani! No I’m not that girl, the girl that is being talked about. I’m one of her band mates. This is the story of Kaylee, one of my best friends, band mates, coworkers, and her love for a certain bass player for my boyfriend’s band. Also known as Gregory Garbowsky. Or as he is more often called by fans Garbo, or as he is called by me, Melissa(her boyfriend is in the band too) and Ashley(also boyfriend in the band) Gregory(in a singsong voice). Kaylee is the odd ball of our group, mainly because she is the blond and all the rest of us, even Greg have brunette locks, the boys younger brother and his little girlfriend they even have brown hair, poor Kaylee. So Kayls is lets see 19 now with blond locks and these like blue green eyes. And then Garbo, oh man it’s so odd calling him that I always call him Greg, is 22 with brown hair and brown eyes, he looks yummy but you didn’t hear that from me hahha. So Kayls is a keyboardist in the band that Mel, Ashley and I are in. And Greg is the bassist in our boyfriends, Kevin, Nick and Joe’s band. So in order it goes a little something like this Greg 22, Ashley 21, Kevin 21, me 20, Joe 19, Melissa 19, Kaylee 19, and Nick 16. And now I am going to tell you how we met Kaylee, and then how we met the boys.

Three girls walked together into Dunkin Donuts, they were suppose to work that afternoon but they were coming in early to get their paychecks. Spotting a new girl I walk up to the register and smiles widely at her. “Hi what can I get for you today?” She was bubbly and smiling, and as nice as that is, I was going to ruin her day. “Hi I would like a skittles coolatta medium in size with no whipped cream and a hint more Vanilla than normal.” She looks shocked and then tries to make my coolatta just how I asked for it, but I know she doesn’t have a clue that a skittles coolatta doesn’t have any Vanilla in it. She hurries back over a second later, coolatta in hand and puts it down on the counter ready to finish my order. “Would you like anything to eat with that?” I couldn’t help but put on a wicked grin and answer her. “Yea an onion bagel double toasted with butter, ham, bacon and cheese, three times the normal bacon, no egg.” She looks shocked as she tries to find the right button to push and when she isn’t looking, she was trying to get the attention of someone else, I walk around the counter calmly and put my bagel into register, before grabbing a pair of gloves to make it myself. “Hey you can’t be back here!” She looks shocked as I chuckle and continue to make my food. “Kaylee this is Stephani she’s been working here for two years, Stephani this is Kaylee today is her first day.” I let out a little laugh and look at Amanda, the manager, she knew I was just kidding with the new girl but that poor girl. I think I ruined her. I finish my food pay, after taking my employee discount, which I’m not suppose to use cause I’m not working, and then grab my check leaving Kaylee looking shocked at me.

Ah that was a good day. Made a new friend, confused the hell out of Kayls, and got a really big pay check, and now is the day that Mel, Ash and I met our boys. Oh that was a fun day.

We were decked out our clothes covered in the words Nick J Girls, and they called us on stage. That was probably the highlight of our night, until Joe Jonas himself asked us to hang out with them, which we did willingly. And from there our friendships blossomed, and we soon became more than friends. The day where it all begins, is the day that Mel and Ash got their boyfriends, Joe moved a little bit faster and we’d been dating for a few weeks.

Oh the joys of knowing the boys. And maybe a little bit more so back to the night when Kaylee met Garbo. Which was actually, Nick and Ashley’s birthday, and the day after Melissa’s birthday.
