Chapter 1

(Heather's POV)

"Mom I'm home!" I said walking into our house in Texas. "Hey honey. Why were you out so late?" My mom said. "Band practice. Mr. Jacobs wants us to be perfect for the shows," I said. I walked into the bathroom. "Well honey we love your halftime shows and field shows but don't you think you should be having a little more fun? I mean your only a teen once you know. And once you grow up, there's no going back," My mom said. I took out a test pregnancy test that I hid in my clarinet case. I took it and waited. It was longest 10 minutes of my life. I looked at the test and then at my reflection. I, Heather Adams, was pregnent. I hated that little pink plus sign with a passion. How could I be pregnent at 16? I'm not ready to be a mother! I still need mine! What was everyone gonna think of me? My parents expect me to be this perfect girl because my sister is gonna be one of those girls that drop out of school. I knew their was more to her than that though. What were my friends gonna think of me? My family? His family? Oh god what about the media! What if they find out? I mean he's Joe Jonas! Yes, I said it. The father of my soon to be baby is no other then Joseph Adam Jonas from the Jonas Brothers. I silently cried myself to sleep. I woke up in the morning and saw new neighbors moving in. I saw Joe. I walked past him hoping that he wouldn't see me. "Heather!" Joe yelled. I turned around and gave him a weak smile. Nick looked at me and waved and smiled. I waved at him too. "Heather," Joe said. "You remember my name?" I said. "Yeah. How could I forget this Heather that I had that amazing night with," Joe said. I clutched my stomach. "I'm going over to a friends. Bye," I said turning and walking away. I'm an idiot. I'm a stupid idiot who had "it" with Joe Jonas. I went and got my 2 best friends Amy and Kacey. I brought them over to this hideout place we had. I needed to be alone with them to tell them what happened.

"Oh my god did you hear that the Jonas Brothers moved in here?" Amy said. I looked disconected. "What? Heather what's on your mind?" Kacey said. "Do you have a better story than the Jonas brothers moving in next door to you?" Amy said. "I-I-I had," I said. "You had what?" Amy said. "I had se.x," I said. They both looked at me. "For real?" Kacey said. "Yeah," I said. "With who?" Amy said. "Joe Jonas. And it wasn't fun at all. Those movies lie," I said. "Hun, that's terrible," Amy said. I was crying. "Oh and that's not even the half of it. I'm pregnent with his child," I said chocking out the words. They pulled me into a hug. I cried. "Have you told your parents?" Amy said. "Are you crazy? Do you know what would happened if I told them! I'm talking never leaving the house EVER!" I said. "Well what are you gonna do? Put your baby up for adoption?" Amy said. "Do not get an abourtion! That's wrong and your baby can feel pain," Kacey said. "I'm gonna raise him or her,"I said. We finished talking and I went back to my house. "Heather! Wait up!" Nick yelled. I speeded up my pace. "Heater!" Nick yelled. I turned around. "Hey," Nick said. "Hey," I said. "Um so uh I know this is akward but I have my phone and it can call people and one of the peoples I mean people I would like to call is you," Nick said. I laughed a little because he sounded dorky. "Um sure," I said smiling. I put my number down. I walked back to my house. I decided Amy was right. I have to tell my parents because they will know. "Can I talk to the two of you alone?" I said. I sat down with my parents. "Mom, Dad, I'm-"
