iT'S MY FIRST STORY SO JUST GIVE ME SOME TIME.

I walked in to see my step dad laying on the sofa sleeping when I got home from school. I was sort of happy because I don't have to be yelling with him right now since I already had a bad day at school. Everyday I go through the same routine wake up, get dressed, start yelling with my dad, go to school, get teased for no good reason just because I'm shy, deal with my teachers, have some prank pulled on me after school while having kids laugh at me, come back home yell with my dad again then lock myself in my room crying on my bed wishing my mom never left me here with him. I thought she cared for me but she just walked out on me leaving me with a total stranger. I locked my bedroom door and laid on my pink bed crying into my pillow thinking how miserable my life is and wishing I just could get away from all of it. I looked at my clock on my night stand and saw that it was time for the Jonas Brothers to be on MTV. I let a small smile crept my face and grabbed my remote to my t.v. That's the only thing that cheers me up and have me stop thinking about a hard life The Jonas Brothers, their music always calm me down and make me a little happy. I turned it on MTV to see TRL on but something wasn't right. I saw Jonas Brothers fans with their Joe Broes t-shirts on and posters lying next to them but...................................why were they crying?

They were just about to announce what's wrong until my step dad ugh!! "Jessica are you home?!?" he yelled loud with his big mouth. I turned my volume down and yelled back "Yes I been home for about twenty minutes now!". "Oh ok come down here and wash these dishes!" I rolled my eyes and yelled to him "But- -" "Now don't argue back with me". I rolled my eyes turned the t.v. off and went downstairs to see him watching t.v. just when I was about to hear the news he interrupts he's not even my birth father he can't control me but sadfully I let him. I washed the dishes then fixed him some dinner and set it on the table and went back upstairs. TRL is finished by now but I can get on the internet to find out what happend. I got in my computer the chair just when my phone started ringing "Goodnight and Goodbye". The i.d read Emma my best friend since diapers I would say just about my only friend. I picked it up to hear her sobbing "Emma what's wrong?" She didn't answer me just continued sobbing over the phone so I tried cheering her up "Come on Emma cheer up be happy look we get to go see the Jonas Brothers this weekend" It was true my step dad finally gave in after I begged for a week and me and Emma were super excited. But she cried harder when I said that but she finally answered "Oh that's so not happening!!". Ok what is up with her cuz she wouldn't stop talking about going for weeks "Why? I thought you liked them?" She sniffed a couple of times then answered "I do well I did but I mean...........didn't you watch TRL?" "I was watching it until my dad called me so I missed it but what happend?" She took a few deep breaths and answered slowly " Well you know how Nick has diabetes right?Ok well The Jonas Brothers were at a hotel in Florida getting ready to go to a concert they were about to go but Nick didn't come down. they called a lot of times but he didn't answer so they sent Frankie to go get him with the extra room key. But when he got there Nick was laying on the floor motionless. Frankie tried waking up but he wouldn't move so he went to go tell everybody so they came back and they found out he didn't have a pulse so they rushed him to the hospital and....................................................well...........................he died Jessica!" After she said that I felt a lump in my throat and I dropped the phone and let tears fall down my face. I know I didn't know him but listening to his music it's like I kind of did know him hearing his voice always use to cheer me up.................please tell me this is a joke.
