buzzzz-- I smacked the top of my alarm clock 1.30 pm. Another glorious day as a police officer. Sure I loved it, but since I'm a newbie I get the lame jobs. The dumb, practically rent-a-cop jobs. I woke to a new message on my phone. "Probably todays work, eh?" I said to myself as I focused my eyes. Hey newbie, it's officer Dunn, you're working a concert later tonight. Come in and get the paperwork ready, then head out. It's at the convention center on 84th. Over and out The message read. "Great. Another concert." I said as I walked to my bathroom. I took a shower then put my dark brown hair in a tight long ponytail, and added little makeup. It gets warm at those concerts, so I wasn't going to get dolled up in the least. 
20 minutes later I arrived at the station to see Officer Dun, and the other officers around his desk telling jokes. I headed to mine which was old, small, and in the back corner. This is what I get for being a newbie. I thought to myself. I filled out the paperwork that layed there on my desk. I glanced over at the clock on the wall. 5.29, I had to be at the convention center by 6.30 so I had to leave. 
"NEWBIE!" I heard Dunn's raspy voice yell.
"Yeah Dunn?" I said turning on my heel.
"Do you have your walkie?" 
"Yes."
"Gun."
"Mhm."
"Phone."
"Yesss. I know what I need to have. I've gone to the lame concert ones before.. sir." I said in a semi-angered tone.
"None like this one. Lets just say the bands fans are pretty into them." He finished as he walked off, chuckling to himself. I didn't think anything of it. I hopped into the car and headed for the convention center. As I arrived I noted about 8 large busses sitting outside the back parking lot. And THOUSANDS of screaming girls in the front. 
"Dang. Dunn was right. This is insane." I said as I rolled down my window, getting directed where to park my car. I walked up to the front doors and showed the rather large bodyguard my badge and I was escorted in. The screaming girls nearly deafened me on my way in. And the flashes of their cameras practically blinded me. They didn't seem like they'd be a problem but who knows, maybe tonight I'll see some danger.

I bet some crazy fan girl will end up inappropriately touch a jB and then she'll have to get arrested. ;]
