Alright, I am really going to try to stick with this fanfic. I keep making them and then dropping them because I loose the need or want to keep writing them. Hopefully this one will go better.
CHAPTER ONE
Hi. My name is Danielle Jonas. Don't get used to that, I am most commonly known as Danni, and despite what people may know and think, I am one of five Jonas children. Yes, you heard right, there are not only four Jonas boys, there is also me, the one and only Jonas daughter. You've never heard of me, yes I know, it's not really a long story, I will try to shorten things up for you...
First things first, I am not adopted! I have been here all along, excuse me for being independant and quiet, ok? And once the fame hit, I decided I would rather blend into the crowd than become famous. I wanted to be normal, not famous. I know, it's crazy... but it's also complicated and hard for even me to understand at times.
"DANNI!" What now? I opened the door to my room and looked to the bottom of the stairs, it was Joe. "What?" I asked, he had interupted me... "Dinner." He said and headed towards the kitchen. As did I. And let's just get this out there. Joe is just as crazy as he is made out to be, and my best friends at school drool over him... it's pretty awkward, but what am I supposed to do? Tell them he is my brother, no, I don't think so. Hiding it is hard enough, I have to convince them all I am an only child and my parents are too strict to allow friends over...
"Hi, sweetie." Mom said as I walked in. I was the last one down, everyone else was already at the table. I took my seat, which was between Kevin and Frankie and we said grace and ate. After dinner, we all had to pitch in with chores, from taking the trash out to doing dishes, we all hated it, but what can you do? When we were finally finished, I headed back up to my room. "You're such a hermit." Nick said as he passed me on the stairs. They called me that since I was in my room a lot, like I said, I'm an independant person.
I walked in and picked up my guitar. Something else, just because I'm not in the band, does not mean I am not a musician, sometimes I record with my brothers, but of course they never actually go on their albums, still, it's one of those sibling kind of things. I played random cords and tried to make a melody of them, but it wasn't working out, I set it down. "Your guitar is off tune." I heard Kevin say and he walked in, he always seemed to do that, walk in right when you needed him.
"Sorry." He said. "I was just passing by your door." I shrugged, it was his house, too. He took my guitar and tuned it himself. "There." He told me and handed it back. I ran my fingers along the strings, he was right, and now it sounded much better. "Thanks." I smiled he nodded and got up. "Hey Kev?" I called after him. He stopped. "Wanna go get icecream or something?" I asked, I didn't hang out with him as much as I wanted to.
"Sure, I'll go grab Dad's keys." He said. I mean, I was only sixteen and still didn't attempt to get my permit, but it was fine, I had Kevin and Joe to drive me around. Oh, and is it easier to see now that we aren't that far apart in age? Everyone always wonders why Joe and Nick arethree years apart instead of one or two. That's because I'm right there. Anyway... I tossed on a pair of jeans and headed downstairs where Kevin was waiting.
I smiled. He was my older brother and I never saw him. Especially him, but all of them in general because of shows and touring. I went to the shows close by, otherwise, me, Frankie and sometimes Mom stayed home. I just want to be normal... "Ready to go?" Kevin asked as he headed for the garage. I nodded and we headed out.
