Name: Jessica
Age: 18
Personality: I am very outgoing and silly (I generally consider myself the "Joe" between my sister and I) and tend to bring out the best in people. I'm a huge optimist and a great listener and tend to pour everything I have into my friendships. Though I'm a little silly, I am very capable of having a serious and intelligent conversation-- and actually like to do so. Despite my playfulness, I actually love to sit down and have serious and intelligent conversations. I'm extremely loyal to my loved ones and always have a great time with them. I'm very fun and love to be around people and, when I'm interested in someone, I make them a big focus in my life instead of having multiple crushes at once. I actually tend to make it a little obvious without trying to and can get slightly clumsy around the guy, but I'm otherwise really cool about everything.
Appearance: I've got dark, dark brown hair (which is almost always mistaken for black) that is long and accompanied by sideswept bangs. My skin is lightly sunkissed and without freckles. I've got light brown eyes and a slim figure and always dress well, mostly in a style that is generally considered "preppy".

I'm the dark-haired girl on the right making the silly face. If you need a better picture, I've got plenty. (:
Sports You Play & Musical Talents: I run track and have performed in several musicals, as well as advanced choir for about ten years. I play guitar and piano, though admittedly play the guitar a lot better, haha. (:
What Team Would You Like To Be On: I'm super interested in being on Shane's Team, with Nate's in a close second.
Why: I've never been in a Camp Rock fic and, though Nick is my favorite Jonas, Shane was immediately my favorite character from Camp Rock. I loved seeing his transformation from a "bad boy", for lack of better words, to a much sweeter character. He has a strong love for music, which I share, and I think our characters would get along famously. I'm a fantastic asset to a team because I'm a huge team player and work better when I have a lot of people to work with. In sports situations, I like to be lead rather than to lead because I love for my team to have a plan already that I can help out with, but I always offer up ideas and suggestions to help my team out. (:
How do you think you would get along with each captain:
Shane: I think Shane's character would be a competitive and strategic one who would want to work very hard at helping the team to win. As I said before, I think mine and Shane's characters would share a lot of the same interests and have the potential to get along amazingly. Even if he still has that edge, I can generally match it in a humorous way and bring him back down to Earth where he belongs, haha.
Nate: He looks as though he'd be sort of a poor loser (actually a lot like Nick actually is in the DC Games), but I think that would bring out his strengths in the end. Nate seemed to be a more serious role in Camp Rock, which I can also work with. Depsite a very outgoing, exciting personality, I love to have serious and intelligent conversations with people, which I think could come in handy if Nate finds himself in a situation where he needs someone to talk or relate to.
Jason: He, as a character, I think would be a strong asset to a team because he'd be more interested in the love of the game than winning or losing, which would make him play the game twice as hard as someone trying to win or someone who is afraid of losing would play. Jason was a very silly character, and I tend to be really silly around the people I'm comfortable hanging out with. I think my character and Jason as friends could be a very comedic duo, which comes in handy in situations that call for comic relief.
As for the fourth captain, which will surely be female, I would be more than happy to offer up how I think I would get along with her after you've chosen her. (:
If you want to be the captain what would you be like: I'm not crazily interested in the role of captain, but my personality would essentially be the same. I would mostly encourage my team and try to cheer them up in the event of a loss.
Are you competitive? If so explain exactly how competitive you are: Haha, being on the track team and having had to try out for many parts in plays and musicals, I realize that, in order to be competitive, you need to be willing to do your absolute best in order to even classify yourself as a competitive person. If you're not giving it your all, you're clearly not very competitive and, I assure you, I give things my all. I like to go over strategy and discuss why the team won or lost and I like to help and encourage my teammates both on and off the field. I would absolutely consider myself competitive, but, in healthy doses-- not in an angry or potentially dangerous way.
Are you a sore loser? I don't think I'm a sore loser at all. I mean, depicted on how badly I'm beaten, I'll be a little bummed for a second, but I'll immediately be back on my feet, trying to find out why our team lost, how we can avoid losing again, our strengths and weaknesses, and the strengths and weaknesses in other players that we need to keep our eyes on.
Are you a sore winner? I'm not going to lie. Winning is a great feeling. I get excited, I gloat in the heat of the moment, but I never taunt the other teams or try and make enemies, as that will only make it harder on my team. I think celebrations should be kept within the team and shouldn't be flaunted in front of the other teams, who surely feel just as bummed out as we did when we lost.
Do you tend to say things without thinking? Not at all. I consider myself to be very smart and absolutely always think about what to say before I say things. If you think before you speak, you avoid creating a bad situation or worsening a situation that was already bad enough. I like to help situations a lot more that I like to hurt them.
Thanks for letting me audition! (:
