Here is the next Chapter!

Chapter 2-

  Josie had just finished the final touches on Lanie's Make-up when the three girls heard a knock errupt from the front door. Lanie laughed as she watched Josie skip to the door.

"Wow, Joe is actually 5 minutes early!" she giggled as she opened the door revealing Joe in his spiffy new suit. He was dressed in a black tuxedo with a silky red tie. He had on a pair of white rimmed sunglasses that covered his amazing brown eyes.

"Are you girls ready to TANGOO" He laughed and removed his glasses staring right at Lanie. "LANIE-DOODLE?" he ran over to her picking her up in a bear hug, she chuckled as he twirled her around them set her back onto her feet.

"How's collage? You dont go partying now do you?" Joe said giving her a sturn look that made all three girls burst into laughter.

"Collage is wonderful, but i'll tell you everything later because right now we have a wedding to attend!" Lanie squealed with excitment, and Stephanie's face lit up like a christmas tree as she walked out of the house Lanie in toe.

Josie was just about to follow when she remember to grab the girl's purses off the couch.She twirled around and walked briskly over to the couch and grabbed the bags. "Oh Joe, I seriously hope that Lanie and Nick have some sparks fly...we;;, i actually want there to be a fire," she laughed lightly aat her own joke.

Joe started fumbling with his tie, "Yeah, about Nick's surprise..."

Josie looked up at Joe all her hope for Lanie and Nick danced from her eyes. SHe walked over the Joe and poked him in the chest "SPILL JOE JONAS!"

    Joe sat there trying to decide how to spill the news to Josie. He jsut wanted to say it as fast as he could and hope that she understood.

"Nicksgotanewgirlfriendandshescommingtotheweddingtoday." He closed his eyes waiting for the gasp that was going to escape Josie's mouth.

"She's going to be at the wedding?" she asked, her eyes filling with sadness.

"Yeah, i guess shes really really cool and really really pretty and really really nice," Joe retorted rolling his eyes. He too wished that Nick would just relize that the only girl that was perfect for him was Lanie, and Lanie only.

"I really really want you to shut up for a second," Josie said putting her head in her hands. "Lanie was so looking forward to today too, I could tell."

" HEY YOU KIDS, IF YOU DON"T HURRY UP I"M GOING TO MISS MY OWN WEDDING!" Came stephanie's voice from the car. She was usually the hyper one of the group, but today it was like she had downed 40 red bulls on top of 500 pixie sticks. Joe sighed and grabed a hold of Joise's hand and they both walked out of the house and drove to the church.

AT THE RECEPTION:

 Lanie played with the white flowers in her hand. She had yet to see Nick at all, she was hopeing she would see him at the afterparty and catch up for lost times this past year. She smiled as she thought of the things she was going to say , the jokes she was going tell. She pushed her thoughs away and looked over at Stephanie and Kevin. The  couple were giving their, vows and pretty much everyone in the audiance was broght to tears. Lanie stared at Joe who was standing behind Kevin, he two looked like he was about to cry but tried so hard to keep his composure.

Finally the after the rings where exchanged and Stephanie an Kevin ended their every passionate kiss it was after-party time.

"Lanie, i need to tell you something," Josie said over everyone who was clapping and cheering as the couple walked down the isle.

"NOT NOW women, at the party," Lanie said clapping along with the crowd. Josie let out a giant sigh and started clapping too.

"PARTY TIME BABY!" Joe yelled over the crowd of laughing, clapping, happy people. Everyone entered a massive room where tables where set up with the most amazing center pieces. Lanie couldnt believe how beautiful the food looked, she almost thought it was all fake.

"Hey, our tables over here," smiled Josie walking over to a round table with bright yellow flowers in the middle. The first thing Josie did when she was seated was slide off her black pumps and wiggled her toes. Lanie laughed and did the same. She decided to scan the room again just to see if Nick was anywhere in sight. 

    Josie sat there watching as her best friend looked over the giant church filled with people just to find the one person she has been dying to see all day. Josie played with her fork as she debated what to tell her friend, she hated to see that what she was about to say was going to crush the girls heart.

"Hey, can i tell you something?" Josie asked, she gulped down the lump that formed in her throat.

"UH yeah!" Lanie said twirling her head to face her friend. Josie's heart crushed as she saw Lanie's bright amazing smile filled with happiness.

"It's about Nick's Little secret. well-"

"YO, JOSIE LETS DANCE," Joe yelled over the soft music being played by the DJ. The two girls turned in their seats only to see Joe doing some stupid dance move in front of them. Lanie laughed as he tried his hardest to impress Josie with his dancing skills.

    Josie rolled her eyes and tried not to laugh. " JOE, im trying to tell LAnie here something IMPORTANT." she cleared her thoat. Joe was in the middle of attempting to POP, LOCK, AND DROP IT when he stopped and looked at Josie, his brown eyes wide.

 "You're going to tell her?" he mouthed, obviously unawear that Lanie was sitting right in front of them.

"YES," Josie mouthed back, annoyance flashed in her eyes.

"GUYS IN RIGHT HERE," Lanie said waving her hands in the air.

"Well, have fun, Josie you better meet me on the dance floor in FOUR minutes," Joe turned around and danced back onto the dance floor where he decided to have a dance-off with his now 11 year old brother Frankie.

"What is this Important NEWS?" asked Lanie air quoting her words.

"Well, its About Nick, His surprise is-"

"Lanie, Is that you?"

Lanie twirled around gracefully in her seat, her bright white smile getting bigger and bigger. The boy that she had been wanting to see all day was now stading in front of her, a shy smile spread on his full red lips.

"NICKY," She said excitedly. she pushed herself up from her chair and wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug. Once she let go she looked into his eyes, he blushed a light pink and looked her up and down.

"Lanie, you look great," he replied making her blush even more then she already was.

"So do you Nick," She bit her lip thinking of something to say. She looked down at her bear feet then back at Nicks brilliant smile, but that wasnt all she say. A hand was resting on Nick's shoulder, it's nails perfectly manicured. Lanie's eyes followed the hand up to the person attached.

"Gosh, what a hard place to find a bathroom," Smiled the a woman. She had honey-brown hair pulled into a tight bun. She had perfect skin ,and if you looked closely you could tell she had vastly different colored eyes.

"Who are you?" Lanie asked in a rude tone, she didnt mean to have it come out that way, It just did.

"Nick, arent you going to introduce me?" asked the girl wrapping herself around Nicks Torso. She smiled a toothy grin her lips so red that they matched her dress. Nicks eyes broke away from Lanie and down at the girl.

"Lanie this is Libby," he spoke in a loving mannor, which made Lanie get goose bumbs. She knew just what was comming next. " My Girlfriend."

"THIS SONG GOES OUT TO JOSIE BLACK," came the DJ's voice as he started to play 4 minutes by JT and Madonna.

Lanie managed to look down at Josie who was making her fork Break-dance on the table."I guess that's my Q to go," she replied getting up from the table and walking onto the dance floor to meet her crazy boyfriend.

"Nick, i'm starving lets go eat!" Libby said full of excitment. She looked over politly at Lanie who sunk back in her chair. She didnt think her heart could handle standing up at that moment.

"Do you want anything?" Nick asked cuddling up with Libby. Lanie tried her hardest not to pretend to gag.

"NOPE, all is good here," She retorted, putting on her big fat fake smile hopeing that Nick wouldnt notice.

"Okay, I'll see you around." he turned around and left, his new annoying tag along right in toe.

Lanie sighed thinking about her supposed BEST DAY EVER. Actually to be perfectly honest, today was the WORST day in her entire life. Her heart was now broken into microscopic peices, she hated that feeling.

    Lanie looked out onto the dance floor at her friends. Kevin twirled Stephanie around then pulled her into a loving embrace. Joe and Josie where having a battle dance on who could do the solja boii dance better. Lanie swallowed the lump forming in her throat, life was not being very nice right now. Stephanie was off starting a new life. MARRIED. Josie was in the best relationship with Mr. Joe Jonas.

Well, today was the BEST DAY EVER. C'mon, what was better then sitting alone at a

table with no date. What was better then a broken heart. This was her perfect day wasnt it? The love of her life had his own love that wasnt her. What could be better then THAT??

This didnt feel like perfection one bit.
