Chapter 2: More Tours and a Very Interesting Rumors

“Nice show Joe, Im glad you didn’t accidentally leave your zipper open again” I said as I went over to hug my now sweaty boyfriend “Funny babe, but hey I didn’t mean to leave it open you know” he said in my ear “I know Joe, I was just kidding” “Ok then, let’s get on the bus” That’s what I usually do after their concerts, Me, Maya and Denise watch the boys from backstage and wait for them there too.

I always have a towel with me, after every concert I hug Joe and congratulate him (and Nick and Kevin of course) and stuff then hand him the towel, let me tell you that boy sweats a lot. On the bus we all ate dinner (Big Rob had his usual: 3 Ham and Cheese Sandwiches) and talked about the concert and other family matters that I’d rather not discuss. After dinner everyone went to their bunks, leaving me and Joe in the buses’ “living room” we usually stay there watching movies and just talking and cuddling.

Joe loves to lie on my lap and ask me to massage his temples and I gladly do it because I know how tired he gets after a concert. The next day we arrive in Dallas, Texas, we didn’t spend the night in a hotel because it was not that far of a drive.

The boys left the bus pretty early leaving Me and Maya in the bus “God, I am so bored” I say “Wanna check out some Jonas Brothers Forums and see what the fans are talking about?” Maya asks me as she turned the MacBook on “Sure, lets go check out the forums” “Alright” Maya and I usually check out JB fansites and their forums during our "downtime" in the bus After a while I got pretty tired reading all the topics so I started to watch TV I was getting really into watching iCarly (I know its kiddie, but Joe and I love watching it) when I hear Maya let out a light shriek “Maya what’s wrong?” “V, I think you should read this” Maya tells me as I walk over to sit beside her peering in to the MacBooks screen, my eyes grow wide on the topics title.

Joe Jonas and Girlfriend Expecting, according to AJ Michalka

“Oh my God! That’s probably why the fans were looking at me like I was some bug yesterday” “I guess so, we have to tell them when they get back which is about in an hour” Maya says as she looks at her watch “I guess we should”

When the boys got back I was surprised when Denise and Kevin Sr. asked everyone to leave the bus except for Me and Joe “Now are you two aware about rumors that you two are expecting a child?” Denise tells us “What?!” Joe practically shouted “Well Maya and I read about it this afternoon” “So are you? ‘cause apparently it was written that someone overheard you two talking about it when you two were backstage during the AMA’s and that someone happened to be AJ” “Aj?! As in Aj Michalka?!” Joe asks as he puts his arm around me “Yes, son that Aj, so are you?” Kevin Sr. says “No we’re not expecting and we haven’t talked about anything like that, cause it’s too early to talk about it” I say “Mom, Dad do you really think we’d do that when both V and I made a promise to keep our purity until we get married” Joe adds “No son we didn’t really doubt you two we just wanted to inform you about it” “Ok, now enough of that, but Joe you need to be ready I’m sure the press is going to ask you about it during your interviews with your brothers” “Mom I know and I already know what to say”

After that talk about the rumor everyone got back in the bus and well, we talked about it, Kevin and Nick were furious that AJ would put out such a crazy rumor but after a while we all got over it, or so I thought

The next day, we were still in Texas of course I was sitting backstage with Maya and we were talking about girl stuff while the boys were on stage doing an interview with E! when Maya and I heard Ryan S. ask the dreaded question “So this is for Joe, is your girlfriend really expecting? AJ Michalka told us about it when she had an interview with us” I close my eyes and wait for Joe’s answer “Vanessa is not, I repeat not pregnant whatsoever, I don’t know where AJ got such a story cause she has never met Vanessa and if it were true, do you think V and I would talk about it in a public place?” “Ok glad to clear that up, Joe Jonas is not yet going to be a father”

After the interview the boys got backstage I was a bit surprised when Joe quickly came over and gave me a very tight hug, he whispered in my ear “Im sorry, you have to keep up with such things V, but I’m happy you’re not letting it bother you I love you” “I love you too Joe” I said as I got up and he took my hand in his and we followed everyone to the bus.

Chapter 4: Remind Me to Never Have An Argument With Joe In Public..Ever Again

After Months of touring, we were finally back home in California. After a 7hr. Flight our plane finally landed in California. While we were waiting for the car that was going to pick us up, I saw Joe talking to a really thin, tall brunette at first it was alright with me but then I saw the girl whisper something in Joe’s ear and kiss his cheek then she had her hand around one of Joe’s arm as they walked to where Nick and I were. “Hey, V you ok?” Nick asked me “Uh, yeah..yeah Im fine Nick” Nick looked at me and c***ed one of his eyebrows then said “If you say so” as we stood there waiting.

“Hey guys” “Hey” I said sternly “Hey Amelia” Nick greeted the girl with a hug so she’s Amelia I thought to myself “Um, Amelia this is Vanessa my…friend” “Oh, hello nice to meet you” “Hi” I said as I smiled at her then looked at Joe, he mouthed a sorry at me but I just rolled my eyes at him. I guess Nick sensed the tension so he asked Amelia if she wanted to go and see the others but she said she had to go, so Nick just went by himself.

“V..” “Don’t start Joe” I said as I walked away but Joe grabbed my wrist and spun me around I looked Joe in the eyes and said “What?!” “I’m sorry I introduced you as a friend, its just that..” “That what?! That you still like her?! Cause if you still do then *CENSORED* you Joseph” “Vanessa! Just freaking listen to me!!” Joe shouted in my face “No I won’t, not now Joe!” I screamed as I walked to the car that was now there waiting for us.

I sat beside Kevin the whole drive home while Joe sat beside Frankie, the whole drive was relatively quiet. When we got to the Jonas’ house we all set our bags in our respective rooms (I’ll be staying a bit longer with them because my parents are in Europe for a business trip and they didn’t want me to stay home alone).

As I was unpacking I heard a faint knock on the door, thinking it was Nick I said “Come In” “Vanessa, Can we talk” Joe said as he stood next to me “Not now” “Please..Just let me explain” “You better have a good explanation Joseph” I said as I sat down on the bed “I honestly don’t have a good explanation as to why I did that. I really liked Amelia and she had this way with me that whenever I see her I don’t know what to do or say, but what I did was just really Stupid, It was stupid of me to introduce you as a friend, you haven’t talked to me for hours now and that quickly made me realize that you mean the world to me. V. I’m just really really sorry. I love you, only you..” Joe said as he cupped my face in his hands and kissed me gently “Joe..” “Yeah?” “Can you please give me time to think about this” Joes smile faded and he closed his eyes then nodded “If that’s what you want V” “Thank you” and with that Joe left the room.

The next day, the scowl that Joe and I had was all over E!, paparazzi pictures of me and Joe arguing were flashed on screen and printed on the covers of numerous gossip magazines. And everytime I went out, paparazzi was following me and asking me questions, same happened with Joe but only worse cause every interview he and his brothers had, they always asked him why we were arguing or what we were arguing about. I even got a call from Perez Hilton asking me about it, but I declined to talk about anything.

The next few days Joe and I never really talked, whenever we’d see each other in the house we’d only say “Good Morning, Hey, Good Night”. Joe never ate with us he just gets his food and leaves the kitchen. Kevin and Nick never really asked about what was going on, so I guess they already knew.

But to my surprise Denise didn’t.

“Vanessa” Denise said as she peeked in my room “Oh hi Denise, Come in” I said as I sat up and removed my headphones. “Can I talk to you for a second?” “Sure” “Vanessa, what’s been going on between you and Joe I saw it on TV, neither of you told me?” I sighed then said “ It started when Joe introduced my to Amelia when we saw her at the airport…Joe introduced my to her..as a friend” “Oh my. I’m sorry about Joe, he tends to do that kind of things” “You don’t have to say sorry Denise, its just that..I asked Joe to give me some time to think about me and him, that’s why we’ve been like this” “Ok dear, well if you need someone to talk to, Im always here.” “Thanks” “No problem” Denise said as she kissed my forehead and then left my room.

5 days later

Joe and I finally talked. Everyone else was in the backyard and Denise and Kevin Sr. went out. I was in my room, watching reruns of the Hills when Joe went in my room and sat next to me “V, I’m sorry” “Joe..” “Yeah?” “I thought about it and I think I’ve made a decision…” but Joe interrupted me and said “V, I’m sorry if I hurt you because of what I did, I don’t know what I’ll do without you, but if this is what you want I hope we can still be friends” I laughed and Joe looked at me wide eyed “Joseph, I forgive you I’m not breaking up with you!” I said as I put my arms around his neck and leaned in to kiss him “So you really forgive me?” Joe asked as he pulled away “Yup, just don’t ever introduce me as a friend again” “I wont .I love you” “I love you too”

Joe may be a little off sometimes, and I tend to get a bit too emotional but I guess his being off at times make me realize how I cant be without him

JUST REMIND ME TO NEVER ARGUE WITH HIM IN PUBLIC EVER AGAIN
