I had an aching pain in my gut. I had let her down. I'm never around for her. She needs me. Her heart was broken, I moved to LA, I was famous, I can never fall asleep! Either way I lost! "Hush little Joe don't say a word, Mama's gonna' buy you a mocking bird!" I'd sing to myself silently to ease my mind. Thoughts swarmed into my mind about me just leaving her! I was gone. I let her down! That made me hate mysefl!

Hopefully she knew I was sorry I broke all the promises I made to her! I promised that I'd keep in touch with her, I'd marry her someday, I'd take her to Disney world! But now that I'm gone I can't do any of that! But I did keep one promise...I'd never forget her!! I wish that I'd be able to see her and hopefully she'd come back to me, what I didn't know was that she was on her way!

"Joe." I heard a muffled, sobbing voice say. "I'm sorry!" I said. My gut was filled with pain. I knew that I was wrong, to break promises. I was to blame for making her heart cry for me. I was the one who called the shots and I wasn't able to put them into action. After a while she hung up. I had to pay the price that I left her!

She came to visit me. She knocked on my door. I opened the door. "Taylor?" I asked. She nodded. I just hugged her. No words could express how I felt at that moment! "I'm not here to get back together with you." Taylor said. "What?" I asked. "I'm not here to get back together with you!" Taylor repeated. "If you aren't here for that, can you leave?" I asked. Taylor's gaze dropped to our feet. She turned and walked away. I couldn't see her leave me! I left her and that was the worst thing I've ever done!

Two years later I decided to text her. "Come back 2 me plz!" I typed. I hit send and waited for her reply. Maybe it wasn't too late, maybe it was. I didn't expect to see her at my house in a wedding gown.
