Here's chapter 2...i got it to work...i think, we'll see in a sec.
Chapter 2:
When the line “It might’ve hurt worse to hear you say, I’m leaving goodbye.” came around Joe put the microphone right up to Sarah. And as surprised as she was, she kept singing. After she finished Joe gave her a thumbs up and winked. Then he finished the song himself. Chelsea and Charlie both yelled ‘Oh my Jonas” at Sarah and gave her a high five.
Kevin was thinking… “Wow, why didn’t he tell us he was going to do that?
Nick was thinking… “Wow! Who is that girl? Her voice is amazing and she’s really pretty!!!”
Joe on the other hand was thinking… “Wow, sometimes it even amazes me on how smart I can be.” and he laughed at himself silently
The boys got in a circle and quickly discussed what had just happened. Then they went and told the rest of the band. Next they had someone bring out an extra microphone and a microphone stand. “What are they doing?” Sarah was wondering, but she didn’t have to wait long for an answer…
“Hey guys, we hope you enjoyed that last song.” Kevin started
“Again we really just wanted to say thank you!” Nick said
“Yeah, but now we have a special surprise for one very special fan.” added Joe. “At the end of that last song we had a very talented fan in the front row sing a line from ‘Still in Love with You’.”
“And now, if she wants to, we’re inviting her to come up and sing one or two songs with us!” Nick finished, while Joe went up to Sarah, grabbing her hand and helping her on to the stage.
“What’s your name?” Joe asked her, holding out the extra microphone.
“Sarah.” she replied shyly
“Well it’s very nice to meet you!” Joe said hugging her. “Hey guys give it up for our new friend Sarah!” Joe yelled to the fans, while Sarah said hi and gave hugs to Nick and Kevin.
“I cannot believe this is happening.” she thought to herself.
“Do you know ‘Pushin Me Away’?” Kevin asked.
“Absolutely, it’s one of my favorites.” she said
“Cool, let’s play it! One! Two! Three!!!” Nick yelled
And it started, just like that, the beginning of Sarah’s new life! She sang the whole song, every word. She didn’t even know that she could sing like that, she got so caught up in the moment, looking at everything around her. The people, the lights, she had never felt a rush like that before! But most of all she couldn’t keep her eyes off the boys, especially Nick. And she didn’t realize it, but he was as mesmerized by her, as she was by him.
When it finished, everyone went crazy. “Wow…you…wow.” Nick stammered
“Yeah, what Nick said.” Joe said laughing
“How bout one more song? ‘Can’t Have You’?” Kevin suggested
“Yeah, sure, I love that song!” she said
“Are there any songs that you don’t like? Joe asked still laughing
“Nope, I love them all.” Sarah said joining in on Joe’s laughter
“Ok, here we go again!” Kevin said getting pumped up for the next song
And again, Sarah sounded amazing. She couldn’t stop looking at the boys. They were so talented and cute! At that moment she knew that music was everything she wanted to do, it was her life. And nothing could take it away from her.
“So guys, what do you think? Does she have what it takes?” Kevin asked the crowd, and they screamed their approval
“Ok we let her sing with us, but now we want to sing a song to her. Sarah, this one is for you!” Nick said as some one from backstage brought out a stool for her to sit on and they started to play ‘Hello Beautiful’, her favorite song!!!!
