Don't Jump (A Joe Jonas oneshot songfic !) *COMMENT*

FIRST, YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS VIDEO,
IT WILL MAKE MORE SENSE IF YOU DO !

Ok, so this fanfic is going to be sorta confusing, so bear with me !

When it's black and bold, it's Joe's POV.
When it's blue and bold, it's Izzy's POV.
When it's italicized, it's the song, "Don't Jump" by Tokio Hotel.

Izzy has been my best friend ever since I ran into her at that stupid Starbucks five years ago. Whenever I had girl problems, or my brothers were bugging me, I'd call her and complain. She'd always listen, giving me advice.
One day, though, she didn't come to the phone, and all her mom told me was that Izzy was too depressed.
That long-brown-haired, blue-eyed beauty?
I found out that her father had knocked her out.
Her beat her, and her mother didn't care.
She also got beat up at school, and she didn't have any friends.
By the age of 17, Izzy was suicidal.
On top of the roof
The air is so cold and so calm
I say your name in silence
You don't wanna hear it right now
The eyes of the city
Are counting the tears falling down
Each one a promise
Of everything you never found

My lungs burned as I sprinted up the stairs in the old factory building.
I choked back tears as I clibed. "Save them for later," I thought.
The cool air rushed around me as I pushed my way out onto the roof, and the wind whipped around my torn jeans and black shirt.
I couldn't help it. I sprinted towards the edge of the building, tears racing from my eyes, running my eyeliner. My feet got soaked through my Converse because of the rain water there.
I climbed up on the edge of the building, looking down.

I scream into the night for you
Don't make it true
Don't jump
The lights will not guide you through
They're deceiving you
Don't jump
Don't let memories go
Of me and you
The world is down there out of view
Please don't jump

I found myself, in my little "street disguise" - a hat, scarf, baggy jeans, and sunglasses - walking down the old streets of New Jersey, and near where Izzy's apartment was.
But instead of laughing children in the night - I heard screams and sirens. Where was it coming from? What was happening?
I sprinted around the corner to see an ambulance, police cars, and people crowded in front of an old factory building. I ran forward to the front and looked up to see... Izzy?
On the roof?
She looked down at me with solumn, dead eyes. Who was that girl that I had known so well? Had cheeks were red from crying and the chill of late fall, and her clothes were soaking from the rain. I stared back at her, thinking "Don't Jump."
So I ran, I had to find an entrance.
Oh, no. I looked down to see my best friend, Joe.
He looked at me with a frightened expression at first, but then it hardened.
"Don't jump," it read. I shook my head and let my hair fall into my face.
I heard shouting down below.
You open your eyes
But you can't remember what for
The snow falls quietly
You just can't feel it no more
Somewhere out there
You lost yourself in your pain
You dream of the end
To start all over again
I ran around the building, until I found and entrance, and I ran up the stairs.
I burst out the top, and sprinted towards the figure that stood atop the edge.
Rain poured down, and there were puddles collecting with every step. I could her her slow but steady breathing.
I scream into the night for you
Don't make it true
Don't jump
The lights will not guide you through
They're deceiving you
Don't jump
Don't let memories go
Of me and you
The world is down there out of view
Please don't jump
Don't jump

I heard running footsteps, but willed myself not to turn around. I heard a soft meoldy in the distance, and  I started to sing,
I don't know how long
I can hold you so strong
I don't know how long...

I finally turned around and jumped right into Joe's arms.
Her arms wrapped around my middle, and I held her tight. Her tears picked up and stained my shirt.
But as I rocked her back and forth in my arms, I sang softly,
Just take my hand,
Give it a chance,
Don't jump....
But then she whispered,
"Joe.. everything's over..."
"No," I breathed.
"What isn't?" she asked.
"Your life."
I scream into the night for you
Don't make it true
Don't jump
The lights will not guide you through
They're deceiving you
Don't jump
But I pushed him away and climbed back up ontop of that edge.
I looked down below.
Then I turned around and looked back at Joe.

"Don't Jump," I whispered.
Don't let memories go
Of me and you
The world is down there out of view
Please don't jump
Don't jump
And if all that can't hold you back
I'll jump for you
And then right before my eyes,
She fell.
