Chapter 2
Dear Maddy,
Well, first off, would you prefer me to call you Maddy or Madeline? Because you said Maddy is what everyone calls you, but you didn't say what you would prefer. Just let me know. So moving on, it's me, the one and only Nicholas Jonas. But really, call me Nick please. It's been years since anyone has called me Nicholas, but then again that is when you sent the letter.
I don't know if you kept up with my events these past few years, or if you even remember your "favorite" broadway star. But the past couple of years I started a band with my brothers. To make a very long story short, we are now the Jonas Brothers. Whether you have heard of us or not, it's alright with me. You liked me in the early years, so that is good enough.
Now I'm gonna tell you how I got this letter. It was really strange actually. One day I was getting out of the bus with my brothers to get ready for the next stop on our recent tour. All of the sudden our head of security, Big Rob, hands me a letter with a pink envelope. He just grumbled that his neice was just dying for him to give it to me, and he had to. I took it and opened it, suprised at how worn it was. And that is how I got here. Sitting on the bus, writing you back, very curious who you are. It's been a really long time since you sent it, I just hope you still live at the same house.
Well, I guess that's it. If you wanted to write back and tell which name you prefer me to call you, you can send it to Big Rob's neice, he will make sure I get it. The address is at the bottom. Thanks again for the letter, it was suprising, but nice.

"Whatcha doin huh?" Joe said, plopping on the couch next to his brother. I licked the envelope quickly and sealed it, not wanting Joe to read it.
"Writing a fan back." I said, trying to sound casual. Joe nodded and looked off into space, a shiny quarter on the counter catching his attetion before he got up and retrieved it. I smiled at Joe's ADD habits as I addressed the envelope. This is was the first time I was ever excited to send a fan letter out. Sure it was always fun to hear girls replies to when we sent them stuff, but this was a little different. What is this girl like now? Is she a fan? Do I want her to be a fan?
"I guess i'll find out." I muttered pushing off the couch and walking to my bunk. As I layed there for a while, I gently reached under my pillow and pulled her letter out, reading it again. She was 11 then, so that would make her 15, just the right age. Thinking of my broadway days made me miss the music. Ugh, I could never tell anyone that I still have a secret liking for Broadway music. So before I turned the volume on my iPod way down before I scrolled through the tracks, finally finding the song I wanted. I smiled, mouthing the words to "Defying Gravity" before slowly drifting to sleep, her letter still laying beside my head.
please please please tell me what you think!!!! AHHH! READ IT! =)
Momo will update in two days. look forward to it.
