my sister and my mom tried it once at this chinese restaurant that was a buffet and they didnt like it.. probly because it was buffet and it was on the buffet thingy and good sushi is supposed to be FRESH! ... see the things i learn from watching food network?? haha...

First off...sushi is Japanese, NOT CHINESE. And that stuff they have at Chinese buffets...not real sushi...and yes, it is supposed to be fresh.
