~Taylor's POV~

I watched Nick across the room as he kept his head bowed,I figured he was praying about what was going on with Kevin and Heather.I got up walking over to him as I sat down next to him.He looked up at me.

"I'm sorry about what I said."He said as he took my hand"I didn't mean I don't want to marry you I meant I'm not ready to get married just yet."

"Yeah I know."I said softly as I sighed"I'm sorry I even said anything about it."

"Don't be."He said softly as he took my hand"I'm glad that I have you here with me."

I smiled a little as I laid my head on his shoulder.

"I hope that they're ok."I said softly as I bit my lip.

"So do I."Nick said as he put his hand over my shoulder"So do I."

~Heather's POV~

Joe came back a few hours later I had yet to deliver the baby,they said it was too soon but that I would probably give birth in the next two hours or longer.Joe sat down as he looked at me.

"Kevin's ok."He said as he looked at me tears falling down my face as I had another contraction"He had some internal bleeding but they stopped it."

"Where is he?"I asked.

"He's in the ICU and they're waiting on him to wake up."Joe said as he looked at Lanie she was still holding me hand"They said if he wakes up anytime soon that they'll wheel him down here."

I cried out in pain as I squeezed Lanie's hand and hoped that he woke up before I actually gave birth.Joe looked like he was about to be sick.

"You don't have to stay here."I said as I looked at him.

"Hey this is my nephew we're talking about."He said taking my hand"And if Kevin can't be here for you I will."

The nurse came in and the looked at all three of us and then at the monitor before she quickly walked out and the doctor came in looking at the monitor as he started to put his gloves on.

"Alright I'm going to need you to push."He said as he sat down in a chair,as soon as he did the door opened and they wheeled Kevin into the room,he was awake but pale,Joe moved out of the way so they could wheel Kevin next to me.Joe walked over and stood beside Lanie and she held onto my hand.I looked at Kevin as I took a deep breathe and tears fell down my face.

"Sorry I almost missed this."He said weakly as he took my hand and I squeezed his.

"Don't worry about it."I said before I screamed in pain.

Thirty minutes of pushing and our baby boy was born,I watched as they checked to make sure everything was ok with him,I glanced at Kevin and he smiled at me weakly as he leaned over slowly and kissed me.

"I love you."He whispered before he laid back down.

"I love you too."I whispered as I looked over at the nurse,She was bringing Ryan over to us.

She gently placed him in my arms as I looked down at him smiling he looked just like Kevin with hazel eyes and black  hair.

"He's beautiful."Lanie said with a smile as she looked down at him"I can't wait until our little one gets here now."

"Hey there little guy."Joe said as he leaned over"I'm your uncle Joe."

I looked down at him as tears of joy fell down my face.

"Hey there Ryan."I said softly as I took his little hand.

They had fixed Kevin and my bed together so that Kevin was sitting right next to me,he leaned over as he took Ryan from me tears falling down his face.

"Hey there little one."He said as Ryan looked up at him"I'm your daddy."

I smiled as I leaned against Kevin and watched as he talked to Ryan telling him about how he was going to teach him how to play the guitar and everything else.

After awhile the whole family came into the room.

"Wow I'm an uncle."Frankie said as he held Ryan in his hands.

I smiled as I glanced at Kevin he was drifting in and out of sleep.

"Go ahead and go to sleep."I said"You need it."

He nodded his head slowly as he closed his eyes.

"I can't believe I'm a grandma."Denise said as she took Ryan from Frankie"Goodness seems like it was just yesterday that you and Kevin were playing outside the house."

"Yeah."I said softly as she handed him to Nick.

Both him and Taylor were looking down at Ryan with smiles on their faces as they whispered something to each other,I figured they had made up and whatever it was that they had gotten into a fight about was way behind them.

Mr.Jonas was next to hold him.

After awhile the nurse had to take Ryan so Kevin and I could rest,Lanie and Joe were going to head back to the bus because Lanie's back was hurting and the other were going to go out and eat.

I looked over at Kevin and sighed a little he didn't look good at all and once again he would be canceling a tour.I laid down as I slowly started to fall asleep.

When I woke up again it was to Kevin waking me up and it hadn't even been two hours since I had gone to sleep.

"I need to talk with you about something."He said.

"What?"I asked.

"I think we should go in to hiding."He said as he looked at me the color still gone from his face.

"Kevin what are you talking about?"I asked"Going into hiding means..."

"I give up the band I know."Kevin said interrupting"But it's for the best for us and for Ryan especially with Cappie on the lose."

"Kevin."I said softly.

"I'm not going to risk losing you or Ryan."He said shaking his head as he took my hand"And I don't want the two of you to live without me."

I let the tears fall down my face as I though about it.

"What about Joe and Nick?"I asked.

"I'll talk with them as soon as we get out of here."He said"I'm sure they'll understand and I'm hoping all my fans will understand too."

I nodded and looked up as the nurse brought Ryan in and handed him to me so that I could feed him.

As much as I don't want your daddy to give up the band maybe it is the best for us.
