which code do i use? help me please?

okay so for the siggies that you have to get the url codes for, on photobucket and image shack...what code do you grab?

"URL", "Direct Link","HTML code","IMG code","Thumbnail for Websites","Thumbnail for forums (1)","Thumbnails for forums(2)","banner codes for websites","banner codes for signitures"

Which one? which one will work? does anyone know?????
