put the link in. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU SAVE IT TO SAVE IT AS A .FLV FILE otherwise it wont work.
then you just have to convert it to a different file. like for your ipod or something... you need an mp4 converter.
i suggest jodix mp4 converter for that.
