I Can See My Story's Ending

Chapter One
I Will Speak to the Dark Night
The cold sidewalk was all that kept me from falling. All that had kept me from falling, to the bottom of the world. To the center of the earth. My black hair was matted. Dirty. Filthy. My silver blue eyes bore no emotion what-so-ever. My heart was dead. I knew that I was alive, but I also knew that I was far too close to death. I was closer to death than life.
But I knew I needed to push forward. No matter how much I wanted to end my life once and for all. I needed to push forward for my child. The child that lay inside my womb. I needed to do this for her. So many times it had crossed my mind. I started her life, its only fitting that I end it. But I knew it. I knew that this child was something special. Not to the world, but to me. I never even went to see if it were male or female, and it was expected due in two months. Why had I been so stupid? So stupid to even think about it. But I did it. And I was punished with this child. I was punished by the feelings that came with it. I was punished with the feeling of love.
My name is Ashlynn Taylor. I am Broken.

Chapter Two
Was It Worth It?
I Have made all the wrong dicisions in the world. All the wrong choices. I had joined a gang when I wasn’t even a teenager. I had already killed five people by the time I had gotten into high school. I had faced death many times. Going dangerously close. I had done drugs. Illegal drugs. I had torn my life into pieces.
But what if I could go back into time? What if I could turn it all around?
Now we all know there was no way that any of this would happen. But what if I was found by a love. Found by somebody who cared? What if I were found. Found by somebody who looked beyond my brokenness.
But everybody knows the simple truth. This was as impossible as going into the past.
I had ruined my own life.
