 ABC News has an article on stars with diabetes and Nick Jonas is covered in the article. They pull a quote from diabeteshealth.com which recently did an interview with Nick:
"Don't let it slow you down at all. I made a promise to myself on the way to the hospital that I wouldn't let this thing slow me down, and I'd just keep moving forward, and that's what I did. Just keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward with it. Don't be discouraged."

I think that it is great for nick to not take this as a burden bt as an opportunity to push harder and acceive his dreams.

Nick is so amazing, I cried when I read what he says to others who have diabetes. Even though I don't have it, I think Nick is very strong and I love him for that. I have had an uncle that had died from diabetes, and hearing what Nick has to say makes me feel stronger, and I know that my uncle is no longer suffering. I love you Nick. I love the Jonas Brothers!!

poor Nicky you've had diabetes for a while now and have been staying strong my papaw has diabetes and i know it's no trip around the park! I LOVE U BERRY BERRY BERRY BERRY BERRY ect. much Nicholas Jonas!

And this is why they are such an amazing band. They can sing, but they have a story, a reason. They are inspiring people to all of us. But they still have so much fun with everything they do. That's the kind of band that should be making all these headlines, and it's a good thing the Jo Bros are!
