I could NOT wait so my sister and I bought bundles for Philly (Section 100) and Hershey (13th row!) and we'll just get our refunds since we were already fan club members.

It took me so long to get my code but I finally did, the website was so slow and it kept restarting and saying the connection was lost and the was high traffic. I eventually got my tickets though! =-]

We kept at it, we cried, we laughed, we did 'campfire' until our fingers ached, we did the 'Jonas snap' until it felt like our arms were going to fall off, it took us over an hour of clicking and reclicking and refreshing and starting over to finally get our code but we ended up 10th row Nick's side in Sacramento. Woot! We are thrilled but still feeling for everyone who didn't get them or hasn't been able to get them...

My Dad tried for 2 hours and finally got a code, but the only seats left were far away from the stage. My friends Mom purchased the bundle membership at 11:00 and was able to get better seats. It doesn't seem fair that they allowed people that paid a cheaper price to get better tickets.

My friends Dad got awesome seats. Middle Floor section with center seats! Im so excited and my other friend go seats right next to the stage off to the rught. So hopeflly now my sister can go too!!!!

Took me about an hour of crazy refreshing, and restarting but I ended up getting 6TH ROW FRONT AND CENTER!!! It'll be my first JB concert and I am beyond excited....you have no idea. I documented the entire process and there were many panic attacks and ups and downs....it was ridiculous....I went on at exactly 10 and it took me 15 minutes for the site to even load....I think they need to figure out the system a little better. My entire floor (I live in a dorm) was freaking out because they thought I was dying (there were many extremely loud moans, groans and screams of frustration...and then excitement) coming from my room. In the end it all worked out!

my mom told me it took foreverrr for my aunt to get the code buut i ended upp with row 32 onn kevinn's side :] yess i loove kevinn he is amazing buut the tickets were over 80$ each that`s just crazyyy.buut i am really happy i hope the other fans get to get tickets!good luckk on saturdaay :]

my friend and I skipped half our classes today and sat in our math teachers room for FOUR hours desperately trying to get our code. we finally got the code and told her mom who had been sitting on her computer AND the phone all morning. We got ok seats finally at 2 pm. It was ridiculous. And we're traveling for this concert so it's kind of upsetting.
But we'll manage.
We also documented the day. The LONG day. haha.

im just gonna wait till saturday cause i checked out ticketmaster for the sleep train pavilion show in concord but all they had was sec 207 Row KK seats 12-13 which is a pretty stupid row i wanna at least try and get the 100 section's or the 1,2,3 or even the pits which i doubt will happen cause my dad h8tes the pits lolz but my dad and mom said i can t8ke my bff dree!!! eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek so excited!!!

me and my cousin did SO well - we had FIFTH ROW!!! but then i typed something in wrong and i pressed the back button- i lost the tickets! :( it sucked- but i finally got some tickets- they arent' THE BEST but they're good enough and we can see so well!

i wish that they still did small venues because then you mostly always have pretty good seats
the first concert i went to, i was super close & they were some of the worst tickets
but it's alright because it just means their doing bigger & better things

It's rough...I wish they could, like, dishonor the scalpers' tickets and reissue those seats!! It's so wrong that they snatch them up and resell them for such ridiculous prices....did you see, 6th row center at the Garden are listed at $3000 apiece?!?!

Okey I know they state you are not guarenteed tickets and they are not a ticket club however they advertise join the fan club for pre sale tixs like crazy and we all think this is the way to get some good seats to fans. I joined the fan club just for the pre sale tixs like so many others. I did just what they had said go ahead and be logged onto ticketmaster ect..What sucks is I got through by 10:06 to the last processing page and then it went blank. After that I spent hours trying to get back to that point.I noticed some people had said if you made it to that point check your account and the code will probably be there. That would have been great information to have at 10:06 when I had a great chance of getting good seats. Now all they have is seats that are to far back. Im not throwing down hundreds of dollars to see a light show and thats what you get when your way back.I just dont get why everyone was routed through that one website if it couldnt hold all the traffic. Why didnt they just email everyone their code a one time code right before?People say its not their fault but I look at it like this its a buisness and they fell short on the customer service end. They knew the volume that would come through that site. It should have been able to handle the volume or they should have had each states at different times. The thing that stinks is you had to pay to join the fanclub to get a code and it was useless to many . Anywhere eles if you paid for something and recieved bad service you'd be pissed Jonas Brothers is no different to me.Its your hard earned money that keeps them going.

Apparently even before tickets went onsale scalpers were selling them online for 500 dollars! Because half these people will not be members of the club and still get the better tickets from scalpers, the members should get a membership card that cannot be easily copied or something with a unique code which would allow a fan club member to truely access the parties, m&g, etc. and not allow those people low enough to buy from scalpers from getting the potential perks... either that or gave us the codes a day before the presale

Hey Kevin, Joe and Nick!

We know you probably won't read this, but we would just like to get the word out about what happened today. We joined your fan club last week, because we wanted to get good tickets to your concert in Indianapolis this summer. The pre-sale started at 10am this morning. Maggy's mom logged on to jonasbrothersfanclub.com at 9:45. At 10 she went through as many steps as she could to buy tickets, but it would not give her the required passcode. She called us at school to let us know what was happening. She said that the page would not load and it kept taking her back to the homepage. She said she would keep trying for us. We were thankful for that, but she tried throughout the day and got nothing. We went to the computer lab during lunch at school and tried, but we could not order tickets either. Maggy discovered that by going to ticketmaster.com it gave you the option to buy the tickets AND the membership. We searched for tickets using this option and there were very good seats (floor seats). We however did not want to buy another membership, because we already had one and it costs $35. This just wasn't right. Now we have no tickets to the Indianapolis show this summer. We are very upset about this. We know that you boys wouldn't want this happening to your fans. If you are reading this you should tell your management to contact the department in charge of jonasbrothersfanclub.com and ticket sales.

my awesome teacher let me say after class in order to get tickets at 10AM. I tried the whole class period to get tickets, and the website was too slow to give out the password.

Eventually after school at 5:15ish, I got some ok tickets.

I was in school, but my amazing friend got to stay home and she said it took two hours but she called me(i was in the middle of class) and she was like "5th row kevin's side" i screamed so loud our principal came in to make sure everything was alright! I have to drive 8 hours but im stoked!

If they really wanted to make sure their fans got tix (and not scalpers), they'd set up an invite system... give street team leaders/known fans invites and let them invite others; it'd take a little while, but in a couple of weeks most of us would be in.

It could have gone better..grats to those who got amazing seats! I got 304 for Holmdel, NJ (first eleveated section) Row J. Then I got for Madison Square Garden in NYC Floor Section 5 Row A, which is pretty good (it's the second floor section, not like front front row) But I'm excited. I'm going to try for more shows this Saturday/for better ticks. My Mom was literally on there for over an hour before she got her code, but somehow my friend who got me MSG got hers in 10 min.

My friend and I shared a fan club membership in order to get tickets and her mom was on the computer practically all day trying to get tickets. Finally at about 130 she got us tickets. We're going to the Tweeter Canter and we're like 55 rows back, but still we're gonna be there and this is my 3rd and her 4th so I' just really excited to see them again.

JonasBrothers Fan Club members we are out $56, and no tickets!! The system was highly flawed, and for those of us with only Irvine as a possibilty are trully up a creek!! Why do the JB only have one date for all of Southern California? This is ludicrous! Only the scalpers will get tickets for that single event, and therefore will have a captive market. I think we should get our money back, and use it to buy a ticket from the scalpers. They'll be the only ones with anything good right at the beginin of the sale anyway.
JBFan Club, please offer a refund to those of us who trustingly purchased a membership for the "opportunity" to get a code, which we did not get at all.

This JBFan Club system was not well thought out. We are out $56 for the membership and no tickets! Please reconsider refunding this money, or offering a new way to purchase tickets=especially for Irvine since you only have one date and venue for all of southern california!!!!!

i had to wait 5 1/2 hours from the time they went on sale until i had access to a computer because i had school. yet i still got ROW 35, FLOOR SEATS!! i cant believe how lucky i was. i thought for sure that it was going to be sold out. i cant wait for july 21st!!!!
