You don't understand.
Jonas brothers are massive in the US, yes. But in the UK, not many people have heard of them as they haven't brought their first single out yet. Yes their UK gig did sell out but it was only a small venue they played at, not like a massive arena tour like the one's they've played in the US. Believe me, the Jonas brothers at the moment would NOT be able to sell out an arena tour in the UK. Avril is big in the UK, that's why she is playing massive arena tours here. The Jonas Brothers are supporting her, they are her support act. You have to remember that they haven't brought out their first single or album here yet. They may be big over here.. just have to wait and see.

Avril has been around a lot longer then the JoBros and has sold out many shows on her own.
I think what she means by helping them out is that she's helping to get them exposed more (cause lets face it, older Avril fans probably don't listen to the JoBros cause its a bit of a different genre), and is giving them more opportunity to play over in Europe..

but in a way she is right. she's been out for a long time and has a big fan base across the world, so she is helping Jb expand their fanbase internationally, as well.

They are doing a joint concert. There will be a mix of people there, a great way to make new fans. Alot of Avril fans don't like JB either, but they are alittle older and know that when she sells millions of records, the fans are buying them, not there parents buying it for them. Don't get me wrong, I am not a big Avril fan, I only like a few songs and never bought her record. I love the Jonas Brothers and bought all 3 of theirs. But, I hate when people slam people without really knowing anything. That is just mean. Avril & Jonas Brothers are happy and fine with it. That's all that matters.

UR wring! they don't need to introduce them in Europe or any other continent! have u turned on the tv or picked up a mag lately? They're all over them, u on the other side..well not so much. I like Avril's music but not her attitude.

yeah uh ha sure...avril wake up and smell the JONAS! THEY'RE BIGGER AND BETTER THAN U! i tried to get tickets...but i couldn't... but i was going to the concert for th JONAS BROTHERS and my friend i was gunna take was going to go to c the JOnas brothers, but then we could not get tickets, but now that i know avril is gunna b there idk that i still want to go! k i do still want to go, but only for the JBs!!! shes soooooo wrang! the Jonas Brothers don't need her to help them out! THEY'RE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER! IF ANYONE IS HELPING SOMEONE OUT IT BE THE JONAS BROTHERS HELPING AVRIL!

yeah, she's wrong. without the jonas brothers with her, she would have like three people at her shows. and i bet everybody will leave after jb finishes playing. i would. has she been under a rock for the past year? the jonas brothers are HUGE now, and don't need any of her help.

ok well maybe she is still semi (realllllly semi) popular, but it took her how long to hit it big? It took the Jonas Brothers less than 2 yrs. w/o any help. She may be introducing them to Europe but by the end of the concert, shes going to lose what little fans she has left.

first off...JB is alot bigger than avril right now...they're helping her more than shes helping them....w/ out them....she would still have her shows with MANY seats available...i think its wierd how a band this big is just an OPENING ACT!! thats messed up...
