they played a clip of this during the daily 10 and e! news. the part about demi and about miley. and they said "joe to the resuce, again" and then played nick talking about how they aren't feuding with miley. silly e!. ;]

It is not illegal for someone 18 to date someone under 18. It is against the law/illegal for someone 18 to have sex with someone under 18. My guess is that since Demi is 14 and Joe is 18 he probably not date someone that young, at least "not yet" until she is older. Just a guess .

hahaha..I love how everyon is freaking out because Joe said "not yet" and the whole ilegal thing. It's not illegal to date someone under 18 if you are 18 guys. And by the way Demi is dating Cody Linley...look it up on google or something it was on J-14 or one of those magazine I can never keep up with :)
