Um where are thier parents.....my parents would NEVER let me go to the middle of hollywood AND STAY THE NIGHT, trust me i've been there it's not safe and it's not fair to all the ppl who ARE true fans but who's parents love them enough not to let them go sleep on the street in the middle of downtown hollywood...
