thank god!!!!!!!!! she did not seem right for him at all! i saw her on that win a prom date thing on mtv and she wasn't like funny at all, she had basically no personality! joe needs someone who has just as great a personality as him! she wassss lammeeee (although her dress that she wore for the vma's was by my mom's work! my mom works for kaufman franco :] look them up!)

whatever really went on i just hope they're both okay and that they stay friends. because if not we could be looking at some pretty big break up songs from the both of them, and then there will be all that "is this song about joe/taylor?" thing like with Miley's 7 things.

but, personally i think all of you that say your happy should rethink before you go off cheering and happy dancing. if they really did date, then Joe is probably upset right now. even if you dislike taylor you should at least think about how joe must be feeling right now.

I agree that the media does need to back off their personal lives. Has anyone else noticed that they now completely avoid questions about their rings or who they are "dating"? All the pressure from the fans/media must make maintaining a relationship extremely difficult. I hope the two of they do well and best wishes to them both.

Well I don't think Joe "intentionally" broke Taylor's heart. They both probably had strong feelings for each other, but something happened and Joe had to end it while Taylor still wanted things to continue. In other words, Taylor was still "in love" (if you will) but Joe was not. Perhaps he didn't realize that he would be "breaking her heart"?

if joe 'broke her heart' it was probably because he ended the relationship when she still liked him. she was probably crying to a friend, like all girls would do in this situation, and 'the source' (maybe her friend) told the media.

but what i think is stupid is the comments that are like:
"OH YAY I'M SO HAPPY! NOW JOE CAN BE MINE!"
really, guys? are you that shallow that it doesn't matter what their girlfriend has to go through, as long as you can have them? when that's not even ever going to happen?! i can understand if you're happy because you didn't like taylor FOR OTHER REASONS THEN HER DATING JOE.
