Yesterday we posted a great article from the Cleveland Plain Dealer Online about the boys. Now Nellie sends us another great article by Vincent Jackson entitled "Three New Jersey Guys Upstage a Disney Queen". Of course we know who the "Disney Queen" is, but you should definitly read this article with some great commentary by Kevin Jonas Sr., the boys father who says:
"They believed in the boys and saw what it could be long before the rest," Jonas Sr. "Disney didn't have anything like the Jonas Brothers. Boy bands like that didn't exist. ... The Disney Channel and Walt Disney were open to a group outside of their stable of artists."
We're sure you're going to love this story which gives some great insight into the Jonas Brothers and the people behind them.

that IS a really great article!
btw-
i just saw a commercial for the new cheetah girls movie,
and they said you can go online and vote for some little details
for the movie, and one was 'which disney channel star's poster
do you want to be on one of the walls in the movie?' so i went to
www.disneychannel.com/cheetahgirls and the options are Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, or Zac Efron. Obviously i voted for the boys, and i thought it was really cool that they were one of the options =]

wow. i really liked reading this story. it just showed how far the jonas brothers got in their career. i am so proud of them. you guys are the best band ever i love you guys!

Live Nation has inked a two-year, multi-million dollar worldwide touring deal with the Hollywood Records pop act Jonas Brothers.
The deal, billed as the first of its kind for an up-and-coming act, is expected to result in more than 140 theater and arena dates during the span of the agreement.
The first wave of "Look Me in the Eyes" tour dates, named for the band's current single, will begin Jan. 31 in Tucson, Ariz., at the TCC Music Hall. Tickets go on sale Jan. 12.
The group is exclusively managed by Johnny Wright for Wright Entertainment Group, Philip McIntyre for PhilyMack, Inc. and Kevin Jonas, Sr. for Jonas Enterprises. Creative Artists Agency is the exclusive booking agency for the group. Live Nation senior touring VPs Brad Wavra and Bruce Kapp are spearheading the company's efforts on Jonas Brothers touring.
Jonas Brothers spent last fall on the wildly successful Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds tour. By summertime, the band's profile should be significantly higher. The brothers have made two appearances on the "Hannah Montana" show, but their own Disney series and a Disney movie ("Camp Rock") are expected to break next summer.
"We haven't really started the Disney assault yet," Wright tells Billboard.com. Summer will likely also bring a new studio album, portions of which were recorded in a mobile studio sponsored by Gibson

what an awesome article!
disney has never had anything like them and that's what i like about them. they're not just pop singers like jesse mccartney, they can play instruments, sing amazingly and write their own songs!

they are living the dream!! im so proud. i havent seen them in concert since august because of the whole ticket thing and im dying to see them again. my new years resolutin is to get a meet and greet with them!! you dont even know ive been a fan for so long and watched everything from the beginning, i just hope they dont get to famous :(
