My family and my sister's bff's family took a trip to Washington, D.C. for the annual "Easter Egg Roll". I didn't expect anything special, but I thought it would be a fun way to spend my spring break. I knew the Jonas Brothers from their "Year 3000" video on Disney Channel. I thought it was good, but didn't even know their names or if they were actually brothers.

        A few days before, we heard that "Hannah Montana", Miley Cyrus, would be there. She is not my favorite, but I thought it would be cool to see her. I also heard that the Jonas Brothers would be performing. I was pretty excited.

        My sister's bff's family is related to someone who works in the White House, so we got to go to the sound check the day before. When we got there, the boys were already doing the sound check. Only about three people were watching!!! It was sooo awesome. I didn't dance or sing along because I would be the only one doing it, and I wasn't a huge fan(if I had been there today, I would TOTALLY do it!!!)

        After the sound check, we kind of walked on the lawn, and so did Kevin, Nick, Joe, and the rest of the band. They were taking photos in front of the White House. I was like 15 feet away from them!! Then my sister's bff's mom asked if we could take a photo with them. Their "body guard" or whatever told them to go behind the wood egg thing. When we were walking there, Kevin said " Hi, I'm Kevin." All I could say was "Hi" really quietly. I could barely even talk!! I was sooo nervous!!!!(but excited) We went behind one of the wood egg things for the picture. Nick put his arm around Kevin and the girl next to me. I could feel his hand on my back!!! It was sooo awesome. After the photo, I think I said like "You guys are so cool" or something. Even that was hard. Of course my mom said to Joe "If they could even talk, they would say they love you and you are awesome.". He just said "Thank you!!" and was soo nice. They were all sooo sweet.

         When I got home, I looked them up on the Web, and became a HUGE  fan. I have posters all over my room, they are like ALL I listen to, and I go to as many concerts as I can. I LOVE  them soooo much!!!! =)
