Hey everyone!

Today is a day we have been waiting for since last summer. We are announcing the first dates for our FIRST WORLD TOUR!!!

We are thrilled to announce that we're getting back out on the road for our FIRST WORLD TOUR - - THE JONAS BROTHERS WORLD TOUR 2009! We are so excited to come to your city and play you all our NEW music from our upcoming JUNE 15th album release! We will have very special guests opening for us on this tour - JORDIN SPARKS and HONOR SOCIETY! We've been hard at work in the studio and can't wait for you to hear/see our new music. We've setup an amazing NEW STAGE for this tour that allows us to be even CLOSER to each and everyone of you. There are also fun new tricks like a Water Screen and other crazy stuff. Tickets in select markets go on sale March 20th (or March 16th if you're a Fan Club member) and all dates are on sale March 28th. We are so excited and can't wait for this amazing opportunity - OUR FIRST WORLD TOUR!!!

We have several concerts planned in the Bahamas and Puerto Rico before the summer tour begins.

Our WORLD TOUR begins in LATIN and SOUTH AMERICA. We cannot wait to visit South America for the first time. We will be in Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

After South America we start rehearsals for our most ambitious tour, stage, and performance ever. There will be NEW SONGS from our new CD, as well as our new TV show. There will also be more special features than you can imagine.

After rehearsals we fly to EUROPE where we will have shows in Spain, France, and London, England and a few cities in the US for the WORLDWIDE RELEASE of our NEW CD. We are in the studio now working on new songs and sounds. We cannot wait to share them with you.

Then we come back to NORTH AMERICA and tour throughout most of the summer in the US and CANADA.

Our first World Tour date is in DALLAS, TEXAS at the NEW COWBOYS STADIUM. This will be an EXTRA SPECIAL show that will include SPECIAL GUESTS like we have done in previous shows in LA and Nashville. You never know who might join us on stage!!!! We are so excited to start our tour in this amazing new stadium.

The rest of the summer tour will bring us through cities throughout North America.

Hey everyone!

We are writing to you from our hotel room in Houston, Texas. We are here for the Houston Rodeo. It is a huge rodeo. They bring singers in from all genres of music.

They told us that there will be over 72,000+ people here today for our show. This is the biggest audience we have ever performed in front of as headliners. It is very exciting!

It is so great to be back out in front of fans. This is what we love doing more than anything.

We are so excited to announce our World Tour dates on Wednesday. We will be announcing the dates, opening acts, details about the show, and also when the concert dates will actually on sale. Really hope we will see you on tour this year. Keep checking for details.

Hey everyone!

We just wanted to write to you and thank you for another amazing week. You continue to allow us to LIVE THE DREAM.

We have been busy with our new TV show. It is doing so well and we think it will be out in MAY. Our cast is amazing. The writing is so funny and smart. We cannot wait for you to see it.

This week we were able to attend a truly historic event in Washington…

The Inauguration of our new President!!!

We performed at a special Kids Inaugural Concert. It was so cool to see the First Family singing and dancing to our music. They were so amazing to us. This is a memory we will keep for the rest of our lives.

Today we went to a special screening of our new 3D movie in the Dallas Texas area. We sent out a special invitation to our Official Jonas Brothers Fan Club - TEAM JONAS. They had no idea we were coming to see it too. It was so exciting to walk into the room and see tons of fans wearing JB T-Shirts, clapping and singing all the songs. It was like being at a concert but better!

We have lots of things planned this year. We cannot wait to share the entire year with you. Let’s make this the best year ever!

Here are more information on the Jonas Brothers new show: JONAS

Kevin, Joe and Nick Lucas are three extraordinarily talented teenage brothers who make up the world’s most popular rock band, JONAS, in Disney Channel’s new comedy series of the same name. While doing their best to live ordinary lives, albeit with sleek guitars, concert tours, cool clothes and throngs of ardent fans following their every move, the guys always seem to find themselves smack in the middle of absurd situations.

The series is set in the Lucas family’s New Jersey home (a converted fire station on Jonas Street, the inspiration for their band’s name) and at their private school, Horace Mantis Academy. There the brothers experience all the fun and at times unusual situations that come with being teenage rock stars. They’re accompanied by their childhood friend, fashionista Stella Malone, who helps keep the brothers grounded while making sure they always look their best. Along for the ride is Stella’s gregarious best friend and the school’s star athlete, Macy Misa, who is also the self-proclaimed #1 JONAS fan.

Luckily Kevin, Joe and Nick don’t have to experience teen years without the help of their loving family. Their dad, Tom, is the band’s manager and the boys’ hero. His dedication to his family, passion for his sons’ music and his kid-at-heart antics keep the family close-knit. Monitoring the brothers’ daily lives is their mother, Sandy, who does her best to maintain a normal grounded family.

Little brother Frankie has a mischievous heart-of-gold and keeps these brothers on their toes. The family wouldn’t be complete without The Big Man, the JONAS bodyguard.

Home life comes with a few rock-star embellishments for the Lucas brothers: The bedroom loft they share comes complete with specialized bunks, musical instruments, three fire poles for quick entrance into the kitchen and an expansive closet with a touchpad computer for quick fashion-icon assembly.

Despite their best efforts to keep things normal, the brothers’ off-stage life can get as lively as a sold out concert performance. Whether it’s re-creating the family’s destroyed home movie collection, judging a beauty pageant, crushing on their classmates, meeting the Queen of England or taking the trash out to be greeted by a mob of hysterical fans, the brothers always seem to be walking a comically fine line between being average teenagers and chart-topping rock stars.

It is really amazing when two worlds collide!! You are probably what the heck is she talking about!! Well my two worlds have collided. My best friends the JONAS BROTHERS and my amazing friends of HONOR SOCIETY have been working very closely together!!!! The JB have been working with HS now for months. HS has been in the studio recording, writing & working with JB getting ready to deliver some amazing music. The guys of HS recently have opened for a number of JB’s shows and also opened for Demi! I can truly say they are such amazing group of guys who love their fans and appreciate every single thing that comes their way. They are passionate about their music and I am so excited to hear their new stuff!! So I am so HAPPY that my two worlds have collided! We should get ready for amazing things from them in 2009! It’s hard to imagine what will be more exciting for Sasha and Malia Obama next week: their father’s historic swearing-in to the Oval Office – or seeing the Jonas Brothers perform live.

“We know Sasha and Malia are fans of ‘Burning Up,’ so we’ll be playing that,” Nick, who will perform with his brothers during next week’s Inaugural festivities in Washington, D.C., told reporters at a Television Critics Association panel for their Disney series Jonas Friday.

This won’t be the Jonas’s first encounter with the First Family-to-be: Nick, 16, says the Obama girls beat him at ping-pong backstage at The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “[There was] a little pressure with the 25 Secret Service agents there,” Joe Jonas, 19, piped up in his little brother’s defense.

The Jonas’s Camp Rock co-star Demi Lovato is also Washington-bound. “I’m ridiculously nervous, to a point where I don’t know what I’ll be able to do with myself,” she said.

“It’s a huge honor to be a part of this especially because it’s not any just any other president. It’s an amazing opportunity,” said Lovato, 16, adding that she would be performing “Get Back” and “La La Land” from her album.

Although she’s not old enough, Lovato says she can’t wait to vote and is interested in politics. “We’ll get into political debates, me and my friends, and I get into heated debates,” she says, adding that she won’t share her viewpoints publicly. “I’m definitely private on that matter.”

With any luck, Nick Jonas says this won’t be his last time in the nation’s capital: “I’ve always talked about working in the White House one day,” he quipped.

JB Set To Present At Golden Globe Awards

After all the awards racked up by the Jonas Brothers in 2008, they will ring in 2009 by giving one out for a change…

On Sunday, January 11th, the Jonas Brothers will hit the stage to present an award at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards. The awards will broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton starting at 8:00 PM (EST) on NBC, and in addition to JB, presenters will include Hayden Panettiere, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cameron Diaz, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Ricky Gervais, Jennifer Lopez, Seth Rogen and many more stars.

The Jonas Brothers took the stage at the legendary Ryman Auditorium and as promised, it was an amazing night for Jonas fans, friends and family, not to mention the boys themselves!

The “friends” who stopped by to sing and jam with the Jonas Brothers turned out to be a host of superstars from the pop, country and gospel worlds, including Jordin Sparks, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Phil Vassar, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith and Steven Curtis Chapman. And the music was beautiful too - the band performed versions of classic songs including American Pie (Don McLean), Free Fallin’ (Tom Petty), The Weight (The Band), Waiting In Vain (Bob Marley) and of course, all the JB classics.

It was the perfect start to 2009, and with all the big things in store for the year, it’s only getting better from here on out. So, Team Jonas, hold on tight and enjoy the ride!

Hey everyone!

What a year this has been. There are probably not enough words to describe what an amazing year we have lived in 2008. It feels like we were just sitting here writing a blog for the end of 2007. Time has really moved faster than we could have imagined.

As we end the year we wanted to list some of the things we are thankful for in 2008 (and a few things we are excited about for 2009)

In 2008 we are thankful for:

The opportunity to be on the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tour and the HM 3D movie (which opened at Number 1)

The When You Look Me in the Eyes Tour which started in February.

Our first ever Kids Choice Award for Best Group

Our first ever Teen Choice Awards. You made it possible for us to get 5 awards.

Our first opportunity to tour outside the US. WE opened for Avril Livigne in Europe. It was a great opportunity to meet people from all over Europe.

The launch of Camp Rock in the US and around the world.

Radio playing our songs - This year they played When You Look Me in the Eyes, Burnin’ Up, and LoveBug.

Our videos were well received - WYLMITEs, Burnin’ Up and LoveBug and you guys made them successful on TV and especially online.

We did a short reality series for the Disney Channel called Jonas Brothers - Living the Dream. They followed us on our WYLMITEs tour.

We had a wonderful summer tour with The Burning Up Tour. We started in Canada and toured all over the US. It was amazing from beginning to end. Some of the highlights included, 3 Madison Square Gardens, release week for our ALBL CD, playing at Woodstock, Toronto, etc.

During the tour we filmed our 3D movie. A lot of you might find yourself in the movie because we filmed it on most of the Burning Up Tour.

We visited MuchMusic in Canada following the European premiere of Camp Rock. It was a total surprise to see that many people in Canada that knew about our music. We can’t wait to visit more of Canada on our next tour.

We released on new CD, A Little Bit Longer, around the world. It debuted Number 1 on the US Billboard Chart.

We released our 2 CDs and Camp Rock around the world.

Jonas Brothers and A Little Bit Longer have gone Gold or Platinum in 27 nations outside the US (not inlcuding Camp Rock). All 3 CDs went Platinum in the US.

We started filming our new TV show for the Disney Channel called JONAS. We can’t wait for you to see it. We have been working hard on this since September.

We won our first American Music Award (AMA) for Breakthrough Artist. It was your votes that allowed us to win.

We release our first book of photos from the last couple years that made it to Number 1 on the New York Times Bestsellers List for its category.

We won an award for Best English act in Mexico. Then we went back for our first stadium show.

At the end of the year we were nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy. We don’t even know what to say about this honor. It is a complete shock and thrill all at the same time.

This has been one of the best years of our lives. None of this would have been possible without you. You have made our dreams come true.

Thank you Disney, Hollywood Records, TV, radio, film, etc. But most of all THANK YOU!!!!

Timbaland has revealed that his new album, the follow-up to 2007’s ‘Shock Value’, will be hitting stores on February 14th. The album features 20 brand-new tracks including the new single ‘Meltdown’ that features guest vocals from Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake and will be impacting on radio from January 5th.

What’s a Jonas Christmas like?

Joe: Last year was spent in New York City and that was really cool.

Kevin: Fantastic! One of our favorite Christmases.

Nick: I think this year will be really nice though because we’ll be for the first time at our home in Texas so it will be warm enough to play golf which I’m gonna love but also cold enough to feel like Christmas and all that. And we have our Uncle Josh who lives in Texas and now with our new Aunt, they just got married. Family, friends.

Joe: I think our grandparents are going to come out too.

Nick: It’s going to be really nice, we’re really excited about it.

We’re in the Bahamas which is so strange to me - I hear Christmas music and I’m wearing flip flops! I’ve never been in a warm climate for Christmas!

Kevin: Absolutely, no it’s really funny. We were driving in and this is very new to us being able to be in a warm climate.

Joe: We were in California and like, it’s super hot out but, you know, we’re listening to Christmas music and it’s something we’ve always done every year, listen to Christmas music, and get in the spirit. But it’s much easier when its freezing cold and there’s snow on the ground!

Nick: We’ve been listening to Christmas music for about 2 months now.

Kevin: It all started…

Joe: Being in Kevins car…

Nick: The minute I put another layer on, like other than a t-shirt, when it was cold enough to put like, a long sleeve shirt on, I was like alright! Yeah!

Kevin: I pulled out the turtleneck the other day! I’m like, it’s on! [laughs]

Joe: A scarf, it’s all over. [laughs]

Nick: “Are you tutlenecking?”

Kevin: Yeah, he goes, “Are you turtlenecking right now?” You know it! [laughs]

Joe: It was such a classic “Ron Burgundy” turtleneck.

Kevin: It was like the beige..

Joe: It was like faded beige!

Nick: Faded beige, I like that color.

Kevin: You mean white? [laughs]

Nick: Kind of. [laughs]

What do you guys like to find under the tree? Is there anything every year you look forward to?

Joe: Presents.

Kevin: Stockings are fun for us, it’s all our necessities, like our razors, things that you know you need.

Joe: Stockings are awesome. Chellus are the best. Mom! Chellus! Like little chocolate covered strawberries, the best.

Kevin: Giving gifts is just so exciting.

Nick: The best thing was when I could pay for things with my own money, when I turned like 13 and I could finally have something that I could pay for as opposed to someone else paying for it and that was such a great feeling and then I fell in love with giving gifts as opposed to, you kinda become that age and oh, it’s so much more fun to give them.

Joe: It’s so nice seeing their face when it’s like, “wow, I would totally use this” or “I really like this.”

Kevin: You purchased it like a month ago already, and you’re like, I want to give! You keep going to your closet and ohh, that persons gonna love this, you know, you just get excited! Half our gifts are already in Texas waiting, so.

Nick: I’m not done shopping. I have a couple more people to get…

Kevin: I have not shopped for you boys, I’m gonna be honest with you.

Nick: Me either!

Kevin: OK.

Nick: I say we just don’t give gifts to each other, that’d be good.

Joe: Well I already got your gift.

Nick: Alright, that was me trying to get out of it. [laughs]

Kevin: The gifts that matter are the things you paid attention to someone saying like 8 months ago. That they still don’t have or things like that.

Responding to a report in Star magazine, the Jonas Brothers took to their MySpace page to insist that Kevin is not setting out on his own to record a solo album of “mature music.”

 

At the end of a long post about their “amazing two weeks,” they wrote, “There is a rumor that one of us is leaving [the] group. Not true. We love what we are doing and hope to do it together for a long time.”

Now that they’ve cleared that up, they can go about being properly excited for their Best New Artist Grammy nomination.

“When you start in a band as an artist you say, ‘One day, I’ll be nominated for a Grammy.’ It happened, and we’re just so honored,” Nick Jonas told MTV News at the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday. “As young guys, we know that this is a privilege, and we do appreciate that. We’re grateful.”

On their MySpace page, they revealed how they celebrated the nomination. “Our heads are still spinning since the announcement,” they wrote. “We are fans of all the other artists that are nominated in our category. It really is an honor. The crew from our TV series ['J.O.N.A.S.'] even threw us a party the following day congratulating us on the nomination.”

They also revealed that they’re hard at work on their TV show. “We are working hard every day on our new TV show, ‘J.O.N.A.S.,’ and can’t wait for you to see it,” they said. “But it was exciting to get back out there and be in front of our fans and friends again. We miss and love you so much.”

Hey everyone!

It has been longer than we wanted since we wrote another update blog. This was a VERY busy few weeks but it has been wonderful.

In the last 2 weeks we

Performed TONIGHT on the AMAs (American Music Awards) and THANKS TO YOU won our first AMA. This meant so much to us because it was voted on by the FANS. That means you made it happen. We could not be more thankful.

After the AMAs we had a special FREE concert for our fans at the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd in LA. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The entire show was acoustic and we played some of our favorite songs. During the concert some of our friends joined us onstage. Some of the people included Dan Akroyd (from the original Blues Brothers), Demi Lovato (who sang an amazing version of John Mayer's Daughters), Jordin Sparks (who sang No Air and a killer version of Superstition), Honor Society, Jess McCartney (who sang his hit song Leavin') and Frankie J (who sang When You Look Me In The Eyes IN SPANISH!). We were able to be the house band for all of our friends. It was amazing.

The next day we did the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He is always so great. We had decided to sing a new song at each event this week. It was fun to change it up a bit. We did SHELF.

The next day we were on the Jimmy Kimmel Show and sang BB Good and Video Girl. The crowd was amazing!

After the show we flew all night and did some press and rehearsals for the Dallas Cowboys Game for Thanksgiving.

On Thanksgiving we performed for the Dallas Cowboys Game with hundreds of people and a huge stage. They really made it amazing. We sang TONIGHT, LOVEBUG, and BURNIN' UP with Big Rob. One of the highlights of our career so far.

Then we flew all night again to be in New York City for Good Morning America to discuss our new book, BURNING UP on tour with the Jonas Brothers. It is always good to be there.

We went from GMA to a book signing in NYC that was CRAZY. There were over 500 people there that had camped out on the streets for days (including missing Thanksgiving) to meet us. It will never cease to amaze us that people will camp out to see us. We really do have the best fans in the world. Then we had the night off.

On Saturday we flew to Las Vegas for 2 shows at the MGM Grand. It was so good to be back in front of our fans for shows. This is what brings us the most joy.

On Sunday we flew back to LA for a show at the Palladium. Once again we heard that people had camped out and missed Thanksgiving to see us. Can't believe the commitment of our fans.

THIS WEDNESDAY was a special concert for the Nominations of the GRAMMY AWARDS. We knew that John Mayer was performing so we really wanted to go. We finished filming our TV show for the day and raced to the awards so that we wouldn't miss the concert. When we arrived they rushed us to our seats then...

They announced the first award for Best New Artist. We completely freaked out when they announced that we were one of the nominees. We STILL can't believe it. Our fans are amazing and have voted for us on a lot of different awards but this is voted on by people inside the music industry. We were completely shocked. Then LL COOL J came over to interview us. Not sure how we answered him because we were in shock about the nomination and then we were in shock that we were talking to LL COOL J. What a night! After the announcement we were moved to a press room. During the night we met so many people that we have admired including BB KING, SMOKEY ROBINSON, and finally we met JOHN MAYER. He was so great to us.

Our heads are still spinning since the announcement. We are fans of ALL the other artists that are nominated in our category. It really is an honor. The crew from our crew from our TV series even threw us a party the following day congratulating us on the nomination.

We are working hard every day on our new TV show JONAS and can't wait for you to see it. But it was exciting to get back out there and be in front of our fans and friends again. We miss and love you so much.

Even as they celebrated their first ever Grammy nod, the Jonas Brothers still remembered what’s most important. “Did anyone call Mom?” asked Kevin, not long after learning that he and his brothers had been nominated for best new artist.

 

Nick couldn’t stop smiling after the band’s nomination was announced Wednesday, says an onlooker. Meanwhile, Joe hugged everyone around him and Kevin leapt out of his seat.

Still, come Thursday morning, the brothers were back at work on the set of their upcoming TV show, JONAS, where the cast and crew toasted them with sparkling cider and showered them in confetti.

“It’s a huge honor for us to be nominated,” the brothers said in a message they later posted on their MySpace page. “As songwriters and musicians, we are truly grateful … We thank every one, from our hearts, who voted for us. We are truly living our dream.”

The Jonas Brothers step outside their New York City hotel early Friday morning to pose with fans before heading over to Good Morning America, where they donated the coats off their backs and $10,000 to the One Warm Coat Drive.

Nick, Joe and Kevin performed at the halftime show at the Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Day Game yesterday in Dallas, TX. They performed their hit singles, “Love Bug” and “Burnin’ Up”, as well as watching their good friend Demi Lovato sing the national anthem:

The Jonas Brothers will kick-off The Salvation Army’s 2008 Red Kettle Campaign with a live halftime show performance during tomorrow’s Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game.

Nick, Joe and Kevin will also be hosting their own virtual red kettle for one week beginning today. Fans can visit their official website to donate or join the Jonas Brothers kettle team. The owners of the top-three grossing team kettles will win authentic Salvation Army Red Kettles autographed by Jonas Brothers.

Pretty cool, huh?

The brothers will be joined by Salvation Army National Commander Israel Gaither and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones right before their performance to kick off the campaign. Nick shared, “We’re excited and honored to be participating in The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign, and to help this worthy organization improve the lives of others.”

Nick: It’s kind of like our own personal little scrapbook of this last year and a half and how amazing it’s been. The photographer Rob Hoffman has become a close friend of ours now and he kind of started taking pictures at kind of a pinnacle point for us at the Texas State Fair, hence the moment where I think we all kind of said “Wow, this could be something great.” He stuck on for about a year and a half and it’s been amazing ever since then.

Kevin: I think every moment is an amazing story. It’s an amazing memory for us to look back on. We’ve received so many fan books in the past year – couple years – scrapbooks of their journey to the shows and all these pictures. We thought it was definitely time to give back our book to them and it was really exciting.

Joe: It’s really cool to look back at these pictures. You forget and go “Oh my gosh that was only a year ago!” We just walked down the -

Kevin: We looked at the pictures of the rehearsals from the AMAs from last year and we were at the AMAs just last night so it was really cool to look at these memories and kind of go “Oh!” It puts a smile on your face.

Joe: For me, I have a Polaroid camera that I bring with me everywhere on tour and for the past 3 or 4 years I’ve been taking pictures of everything from our fans, to being on stage, to our small little club shows and so it’s really cool to be able to have this piece in the book with just my Polaroid’s. And I kind of wrote notes on every single Polaroid with individual things explaining what it is. I have thousands of Polaroid’s at my house just from over the years, but this is just a little piece of it. Maybe one day we’ll make another book of just my Polaroid’s.

Joe: I think it’s cool because for us when we were on the European tour with Avril Lavigne we were on the cell phone calling back telling stories about every picture we approved for the book.

Nick: Well, there was a time difference while we were on tour so we’d get off stage around 11 every night and -

Joe: And talk to our mom.

Nick: Yeah, and talk on the phone for two and a half to three hours and then go to bed and then wake up and do some more. She probably had up to 24 hours total of just us talking about things in the book. I think fans will be really surprised that it’s really us telling all these things. It’s not just some writer writing from articles that they’ve read. It’s really us saying every individual story from the Texas State Fair to even just what it’s like having breakfast everyday.

Kevin: I think the title BURNING UP is just kind of where we’re at in the moment when we decided it was the single, it was the tour, a lot of pictures from the tour. Really more I think than anything, it just felt right and we don’t want you to burn the book, but you know. [Joe and Nick laugh] We’re hoping it –

Nick: See, that never came to my mind!

Kevin: Yeah, I know that just popped in now – that’s a new one!

Joe: Burning up?

Kevin: Yeah, but really we’re just really proud of it and I think for Rob especially, this is a big moment and we’re just really happy and proud of him for working so hard with us and it’s not posing. So it’s not us hanging out in front of a backdrop, it’s our real life. It’s us backstage playing guitar. That might be a picture, but it signifies – we can look at it and we can go – we looked at a picture in the book today and Nick goes “this is the first time we played LOVEBUG for my dad.” It was in a bathroom of a venue so it was like “Wow, that’s that memory.” He took a picture of it and we’ll always have that so I think that’s why it means so much to us.

Nick: Awh! It was so amazing!

Kevin: We did not know we were going to win. And we were like “YES!”

Joe: We were all sitting there kind of like – the last time at the MTV Video Music Awards we didn’t win and so it was kind of disappointing, but you don’t know what to expect when you go into those things.

Nick: The cool thing was that Ashley Tisdale was the one who presented us with the award. So when she walked out she kind of gave us this look like “You got this” so we were kind of encouraged, but we didn’t know.

Joe: All of our reactions were different. Nick was like “YES!”

Kevin: I stood up immediately and started clapping! [Laughs] I don’t know!

Joe: I was just like “Uh!” I couldn’t believe it – it was just a breath of fresh air.

Kevin: And we had to go up and still perform so like if you don’t win it’s like “Oh well, that was fun!”

Nick: Very excited.

Kevin: She performed really well – it was great! And then we were even more – we were super happy about our free concert after the show at the House of Blues. We played a free concert last night and we were just totally pumped about doing that for our fans and we just played. A bunch of our friends came – Jordin came, Jesse McCartney came, Dan Aykroyd played a song with us, Demi – it was awesome!

Nick: We played for about two and a half hours.

Kevin: It was totally stripped down, acoustic.

Joe: Yeah, the longest we’ve ever played.

Kevin: We played mostly covers. It was really, really cool.

Nick: A lot of John Mayer.

Joe: A lot of John Mayer. We did “Daughters” by John Mayer, we did -

Nick: “Gravity”

Joe: “Gravity” – we did some Tom Petty, Bob Marley, “Superstition”

Nick: With Jordin!

Kevin: That was awesome! Go to YouTube for a video of that – that was awesome!

Nick: A lot of the songs we played we had never played before in our lives so we were just calling up friends and being like “Hey, it’s a night of music, a lot of fun. We’ve never played this before, but let’s give it a try.” It worked out nicely!

Nick: Also, we’re working with some new artists this year – HONOR SOCIETY are dear friends of ours. We’re co-producing and co-writing on their record, just signed them to kind of our label and we’ve got new artists and we’ll continue to write for our record next year and then like Joe said – working on a TV show for Disney and then a 3D movie in February.

Kevin: The Christmas tree is going to be a big one for us, that’s really exciting, but right now we’re getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Nick: We’re going to be home this year for Christmas.

Kevin: Yeah!

Nick: We’re going to be in Texas – first time in like two years.

Joe: No, we want to go and see what it’s all about!

Nick: Congrats to the cast!

Kevin: Yeah, congrats on the #1 movie - $70 mil! We have a movie coming out in February and we’re crossing our fingers for it! Hopefully you like the book.

Set in New Jersey (where they grew up), the brothers attend private school Horace Mantis Academy with their longtime friend, Stella Malone (Chelsea Staub). They also meet a self-proclaimed #1 JONAS fan, Macy Misa (Nicole Anderson), who is Stella’s best friend.

Since Stella believes that fashion is a sixth sense and finds a lot of ways to personalize their school uniforms, how will she personalize Nick, Kevin and Joe’s? The series premieres in 2009.

Mom Sandy Lucas is upset to see that her boys are growing accustomed to the perks of fame. In order to keep her boys grounded she calls for more normal family activities, chores and a family dinner. Kevin, Joe and Nick Lucas find it hard to complete even the simplest of tasks like taking out the garbage. While visiting a thrift stop owned by their friend Macy's grandmother the boys get stuck inside after they are mobbed by fans. They frantically try to find a way out to make it home in time for their mom's dinner.

Last night, the Jonas Brothers put on a private concert at The Roxy for celebs and their kids to celebrate the launch of 77kids by American Eagle. Guests included Jenny McCarthy, Patricia Heaton, Melissa Joan Hart, Brooke Burke, Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Camryn Manheim, Victoria Justice, and many more. In addition to watching Kevin, Nick and Joe perform, guests got goodies from the 77kids by American Eagle gifting lounge such as denim, hoodies, t-shirts and other treats. Sweet!

New besties Maya Kibbel and Brenda Song cozy up together at the Jonas Brothers‘ private concert for the launch of 77kids at the Roxy Theater on Friday nigt.

For those of you who don’t know, Maya is Nick Jonas’s best friend! Her mom, Kiyoko, is actually one of the JoBros‘ assistant and the two travel with the band all the time. They even went to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate Kevin’s 21st birthday with the family. Pretty cool, huh?

Next thing you know, we’ll be seeing pictures of Maya and Camilla together!

Denise Jonas is the mother of the Jonas Brothers – Kevin, Joe and Nick, and son number four – known as the bonus Jonas – Frankie. To Our Fans from Joe, Kevin and Nick:

It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward.

We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.

There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.

We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.

To Our Fans from Joe:

This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.

Several things I will state with all my heart…

I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the “27 second” phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.

There were later attempts at communication that had no response.

I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Hope this helps enlighten a little.

Hey everyone!

There has been so much happening recently. We have been working on the new show (JONAS), recording music, doing a few shows, etc.

This week was Kevin’s birthday so we took the last day to celebrate his birthday with family, the band, and a few friends. It is so awesome to stop and appreciate all that has happened to us because of all of you.

We are writing this from the beach…doing nothing! First time we have stopped in a while. Can’t get better than this. We are already feeling refreshed.

Hey everyone!

Kevin here. Still can’t believe I just turned 21 years old.

Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the comments, messages, etc. You helped make this one of the best days ever.

We were busy all day filming our new show so everyone showed up at the set and sang Happy Birthday.

Then a friend let me use his car (a Lamborghini) for the day. It was so much fun to drive it. Although it is great…I still love my Tahoe Hybrid!

Had fun all day with friends and family. But one of the best things was reading all the comments you left.

Nick Jonas takes a break on the set of his new Disney Channel series, JONAS, to tape a PSA on Juvenile Diabetes that will air this Sunday, November 2nd. The PSA will air on Disney Channel following an episode of Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream showing how the 16-year-old popstar manages his own battle with diabetes.

EW.com also splurged on an exclusive look at the new series premiering on Disney Channel in May 2009. Oldest brother Kevin says of the episode they recently filmed, ”We’re trying to cook Mom a special birthday cake. We destroyed our family’s home videos, so we have to find ways to make up those memories.” .

Hey everyone!

It has been a busy month. We got off tour and immediately went into production of our new DC show - JONAS. It is so exciting! We have completed 4-5 episodes already and they are going great. We can’t wait for you to see it. We are not sure when it will start airing but we are all really proud to work with the people in the show.

We are also releasing a All Access Book from the Burning Up Tour. We picked out all the pictures and shared a lot of stuff that we hope touches our fans.

In February we will be releasing our first movie in 3D. The movie is from this summer’s tour and covers a lot of the things did this summer and places that we visited. We just had our first screening and all we can say about the movie is…

I bet you already know, but in case you don't: The Jonas Brothers including little Brother Frankie are going to make their Biggest Big Screen Debut yet!!!

Brace yourselves, Disney fans. The Jonas Brothers are about to get bigger than ever!

The teen pop stars have signed on to make their big screen debut in Walter The Farting Dog, the trade journal Variety reports.

The boys will appear alongside their younger brother Frankie – sometimes known as the "Bonus Jonas" – in the film, which is scheduled to start shooting in Spring 2009.

Based on a bestselling series of books by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray, the movie casts the teen heartthrobs as musicians whose sickly great-aunt asks them to care for her stupendously smelly canine companion.

"By the time they've driven the dog home, everybody's head is out the window of the family station wagon," said Peter Farrelly – half of the famous Farrelly Brothers directing team – who has been closely involved in developing the film. "But Frankie has a serious sinus problem and doesn't notice the stench coming from Walter."

So while his siblings provide the music, Frankie and the gaseous pooch get involved in a series of family-friendly adventures, eventually thwarting a team of jewel thieves.

This may be their first major movie, but Nick, Joe and Kevin are certainly no strangers to the camera. Their TV flick Camp Rock was a mega-hit, and they're now preparing for their own Disney series, J*O*N*A*S.

Sarah got to attend an exclusive 3-D Movie Sneak Peek of the upcoming movie, “Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Movie Experience”! Below is what she said:

“I have exclusive news about the Jonas Brothers. Friday night at 6:00 p.m. there was the first private screening of the ‘Jonas Brothers: 3-D Concert Experience’ movie! Only 50-60 people were allowed in, and there was no Jonas Brothers sightings, but, however, Mr. Jonas was there to see the opinions of all the girls. I personally got to be a part of this, and it was an amazing movie and it is very well done. The boys will be so proud! And for all of the silly girls out there, Joe and Kevin are shirtless in a part of the movie!”

Yahoo has just posted an article about the Jonas Brothers' album just gone platinum THIS WEEK!!!

Jonas Brothers’ A Little Bit Longer tops the 1 million mark in sales this week, as it inches up from #16 to #15. The album took just 10 weeks to top the million mark. The trio’s eponymous sophomore album took 29 weeks to reach the milestone. As of this week, Jonas Brothers has sold 1,637,000 copies. “Burnin’ Up,” the biggest hit from A Little Bit Longer, has sold 1,210,000 downloads. That’s more than “S.O.S.,” the biggest hit from Jonas Brothers, which has sold 1,180,000 downloads.

E! Online just posted a review on the "Love Bug" music video:

The Jonas Brothers premiered their new music video for "Lovebug" last night on the Disney Channel, and it’s everything we’ve come to expect from them—adorable, magical and overly cheesy enough to push it into the “aw, these boys are too cute” category.

The video is set in the '40s and follows a couple as they fall in love and separate during the war, but it's hard to pay attention to the thin premise when the boys are killing it in their retro getups. The Notebook plus the JoBros really is the perfect recipe for some swooning.

The boys wanted one woman in particular to star in the Philip Andelman-helmed video — Belle — and they got her!

One would assume the Jonas Brothers could have almost any girl they want — but there’s only one they wanted for their latest video, “Lovebug,” set to premiere this weekend on the Disney Channel.

Actress Camilla Belle, known for her work in “10,000 BC” and “When a Stranger Calls,” will be the lead in the boys’ new video.

“It was really funny, because we had, like, three days to prepare the video and they gave me a dream list of people they’d want in the video,” director Philip Andelman (Lenny Kravitz, Jesse McCartney) told MTV News Friday (October 17). “They told me they know it’s a long shot, but ‘we are absolutely in love with Camilla Belle.’ And sure enough, it worked out.”

Even though Belle was also excited to work with the guys, Andelman assured MTV News that there were no romantic dalliances on set. “It was a canoodle-free set!” he joked. (Sorry, no Miley Cyrus/ Nick Jonas revelations here!)

Although Andelman admitted he “wasn’t that familiar” with the Jonas’ work before hitting the set with them last month in Los Angeles, “even though I live in the middle of the woods, I knew they were a big deal,” he said.

The video, set in the 1940s, revolves around a young couple who end up at dance where the Jonas Brothers, who play the couple’s friends earlier in the video, are performing. The guys came up with a rough concept for the video themselves.

“They sent me these four or five lines,” Andelman recalled. “They wanted something very romantic set in the ’40s. It was such a joy, and literally everyone was on the same page, and that’s how we were able to pull it off. I think [the video is] exactly what we saw in our heads. We fed off each others’ enthusiasm.”

Andelman, who had only two days to film an epic, period love story, said he owes everything to the professionalism of the crew and the Jonas Brothers. “It was a hustle,” he said. “You had no time to come up for air. It was a rare instance where everyone [involved] was the best in the business.”

The director, who worked with several boy bands as a cinematographer in the late 1990s, said he hasn’t met a pop group as professional and nice as the Jonas Brothers. “They’re literally nonstop working,” he said. “The one hour they had for lunch, they were doing interviews and promos, and it never stops. They never whine and complain. They are incredibly grateful. They never ever stop.

“They are dreamy,” he continued. “They’re so unbelievably professional and well-mannered. … It comes from [their dad], and he raised them to be such gentleman.

“Not to name names, but I’ve worked with some jerks.”

In the current issue of Rolling Stone, Elvis Costello superfan Nick Jonas sits down with his idol to talk about writing habits and handling fame. “As far as fans go: The only difficult thing is when they go in our house,” says Jonas. “That’s kind of odd for anybody, I think.” Costello sympathizes, as he spent his early days as a pop sensation. “Around 1978, every single we released in England was a hit,” he says. “It was hard to take seriously when it was happening, because I just thought it was so absurd. Hey everyone!

I know we are writing a lot tonight but we wanted to let you know about our trip this week to Europe.

We were asked to take our week off from the TV show to go to Europe to promote the new CD. It was amazing to see fans in other countries.

Our first stop was Milan, Italy. They had a special MTV TRL on Sunday for us. We were excited because Milan was a great stop on the Avril Lavigne tour. We were not prepared for the response. There were 20,000 people in the Plaza waiting for us and people lining the streets leading to MTV. It was crazy. Everyone had signs. Some of the signs were on huge bed sheets with pictures and drawings. Italy made us feel so welcome.

The next stop was Madrid, Spain. Last summer we had to cancel our concert in Spain because of the truckers strike. We did a signing in one of the main shopping areas. The crowd as so big and excited. They had to shut it down twice to call in extra security. We finally had to leave because the crowd was so intense. The Spanish fans made us feel so encouraged.

Then we went to Germany. As always the people were amazing. There were people outside of every venue and TV show. We always love Germany but this time we felt even more loved.

Next stop London. The UK is an amazing place and the first thing we had to do was go to our favorite French restaurant. Once again, there were people outside of every radio station, TV show, etc. It amazes us how much people go through to show us their support. Thanks

Last stop was Paris, France. We only did promotional stuff in Paris. The fans were awesome and followed us everywhere. The French fans are so passionate.

We can’t wait to get back to Europe again.

THEN we flew home and stopped in Phoenix, Arizona to do music for a figure skating special. The fans made us feel so loved. Thanks for all the love.

The Jonas Brothers have been in Paris the last few days promoting their latest album, A Little Bit Longer. Kevin, Joe and Nick performed on the French TV programs “Grand Journal” and “Star Academy”. Tomorrow (Saturday), they fly to Phoenix.

Earlier today, Joe and a pal went off to do a little sight-seeing and visited the Centre Pompidou. The pair, along with bodyguard Big Rob, stopped off for some snacks at a créperie.

The Jonas Brothers reportedly picked Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, as the person they’d most like to send into space because “she would show aliens the perfect body of a woman.”

People magazine posted a new article about the Jonas Brothers music video for "Love Bug":

Get in the swing of things!

The Jonas Brothers are going retro in their new, ’40s-themed video for “Lovebug.”

“We had a very specific vision,” Kevin told the Disney Channel, which will premiere the video on Oct. 19 at 8:55 p.m. (on both the East and West coasts). “You’re part of a world that you wish you could be a part of and that’s not around any more.”

The clip, directed by Philip Andelman, depicts a love story between a woman and a soldier who’s being shipped off to war. It stars 10,000 BC’s Camilla Belle – much to the brothers’ delight!

“We saw her in that [movie] and, to be honest, we all fell in love with her,” said Nick. “We said why not have in her a music video?”

The Camp Rock stars play multiple characters – including members of a ballroom band – in the video, which culminates in a sweeping dance number.

On the 19th, the Disney Channel will also air a behind-the-scenes look at the making of “Lovebug” during episodes of Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place.

So as you may have heard or seen, the whole media is talking about Jaylor's split, & it's a little bit, well really too much, so i'm not saying anything about it beacuse i truly respect them both but i will post every article or blog about it:

Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas called it quits earlier this month, Us Weekly reported earlier today.

The 19-year-old Jonas Brother apparently broke up with the 18-year-old teen country superstar over the phone in early October after dating for several months.

Says the insider: “He broke her heart.”

Her MySpace page even confirms this. Taylor crossed out the description of her prince charming, which seems to perfectly describe her ex-boyfriend:

“I’ve never been the kind of girl who needs a boyfriend. Plus, guys don’t ask me out because they know I’ll write songs about them. But I’m also the girl who still believes prince charming exists somewhere out there– fully equipped with great hair and an immature sense of humor.”

Sounds like Joe is the reason for the teardrops on her guitar!

The Jonas Brothers catch a departing flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Friday.

Kevin, 20, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16, recently told MTV News that they wrote their upcoming single “Lovebug” while on the road with pal Miley Cyrus.

Hello all-
Since my last blog, we performed at the VMAs, wrapped up our tour, filmed another video and rented out Dodgers Stadium for a little bit of fun. Speaking of Dodgers Stadium, it is also the home of the November 1st JDRF Walk where I will be with TEAM JONAS. Hope you had a chance to enter the W.I.N.S Sweepstakes, I can’t wait to see who is going to win and represent the team. Bayer and I thought this would be a great way to raise awareness regarding diabetes and diabetes care. As you know this is an important time of the year for diabetes as we all work hard to raise awareness and money for more research to find the cure. What better way to kick off National Diabetes Month than to be out there supporting the cause.

Production of our new Disney TV Show began this week, it is a pretty hectic schedule but I have to tell you it is nice to be sleeping in my own bed for more than one night here and there. The show is going to be taping thru the end of year, I wish I could say that was the only thing I am going to be doing, but you know better than that. JB has a lot of surprises planned for you before the end of the year.
It was great to see so many of you out on the road, I hope all of you had as great of a summer as I did.

Jonas Brothers fans can except a fun surprise soon.

The Bros are releasing their video for their latest single, LoveBug soon. And, Kevin Jonas says of the clip, “We have a dream of what it can be. It’s about capturing that idea. We want to make sure it’s always right.”

As for the song, the guys wrote it while on the road touring with Disney Slut Miley Cyrus.

Nick Jonas says, “We wrote it while on the Christmas break of the ‘Hannah Montana’ tour. So we were in the hotel room and sat down that night and wrote it in about 15 or 20 minutes.”

The inspiration for the song? It actually came from the movie Juno, the Jonai say.

Nick adds, “The vision for the song actually came from some different inspirations. But Juno was one of our favorite movies at the time, and the soundtrack is always kind of odd, so we decided to put those elements in the song, and it came very nicely.”

They also get influenced by other great musicians.

“I think there are a lot of things we draw from, but that song in particular is a Beatles influence,” says Nick.

And although Joe Jonas didn’t want to say the song was about Miley, he did say “It can mean anything. But for us, it’s throwing any past inhibitions to the wind.”

Nick added, “Really, just falling in love with somebody. And [how] if they break your heart — or however it ends — you think, ‘That’s it forever,’ until the lovebug gets you [again].”

The group hopes to release the Philip Andelman-directed video by October 15.

 Next week the brothers will hop through major European cities performing and appearing on media shows to promote their new album - A Little Bit Longer. They are also set to release the video for the single Lovebug.

The Lovebug video, directed by Philip Andelman, will release on October 15. The rocker siblings, who debuted the single at the VMAs on September 7, told MTV news that it is a period-piece love story inspired by The Notebook. They wrote the song while on the the Hannah Montana tour with Miley Cyrus.

“We wrote it while on the Christmas break of the ‘Hannah Montana’ tour. So we were in the hotel room and sat down that night and wrote it in about 15 or 20 minutes,” Nick explained.

The Jonas Brother receive a lot of condemnation, which is very harsh considering just how far the brothers have come in such a very short time. 2008 is shaping up to be the Year of the Jonas Brothers, despite the fact some haters might not like it.

Let's look at what Kevin, 20, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16, have done so far this year.

The Jonas Brothers:

• Won 6 Teen Choice Awards
  
• Sold out their "Burning Up" tour
  
• Became the youngest group ever to appear on the cover of Rolling Stone
  

That won't stop folks from labeling them impostors to the world of rock'n'roll or questioning the legitimacy of their fan base. But if the JoBros keep on doing what they've been doing, they might end up owning the next decade in music.

The band has hardcore fans because they make music people like and they relate to fans in a way that is very rare. Since the most important part of the music business is "business", treating your growing fan base right cannot be the wrong thing to do.

It's time to hail the Jonas Brothers for the impressive job they've done in 2008.

It's only a matter of time before the guys who left you "Burnin' Up" will debut the video for their latest single, "Lovebug." The song isn't new to Jonas BrothersVMAs to "Dancing With the Stars." But MTV News got all the latest info about the song and its video, which is a period-piece love story inspired by "The Notebook." fans, who have seen them sing it everywhere from the

Selena Gomez just told our pals at J-14 that she’s trying to get the Jonas Brothers to star on Wizards of Waverly Place.

“I’m hoping!” she told the mag. “They’re right next door to us now, so that’ll be even easier. It would be great.”

Demi Lovato promises she's never dated a Jonas. She recently sat down with Entertainment Weekly to clear up the rumors surrounding her these days. In the interview, she said that although she played Joe's love interest in "Camp Rock," in real life, she's nothing more than his tourmate and friend. A friend who, she admitted, she was stoked to share the screen with for her big breakthrough.

''Imagine being new to Disney, and your first big job is being the romantic interest of one of the biggest heartthrobs on the channel," she said. "Any girl that is a friend of the Jonas Brothers gets hate mail and is automatically suspected as a girlfriend.''

But just because she's worked with him — not only on "Camp Rock," but also on her debut album, Don't Forget — doesn't mean the two have ever rocked each other's camps in real life. Nick Jonas is spotted driving a Classic Ford Mustang Cobra with his bodyguard by his side in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Jonas Brothers will be performing live at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on November 19th. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 4, and will go for $45, $65 and $89.25.

It was also announced that on November 15, the Jonas Brothers will perform at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, CA.

Team Jonas Fan Club members will have the opportunity to purchase presale tickets for those concerts.

Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers get some shopping done at the Studio City Mall in Studio City, Calif. on Thursday.

JoBros will being shooting their Disney Channel series starting on Monday according to Access Hollywood.

The series will be called Jonas, referring to the street they live on. The trio plays three brothers in a band known as the Lucas Brothers!

The “bonus” Jonas (Frankie) will be making recurring guest appearances.

The series is scheduled to debut next Spring. “It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” Joe said. “I’m really excited!”

The final night of the "Dancing with the Stars"' three-night premiere delivered a rock-your-socks-off performance by the fabulous Jonas Brothers! ET caught up with the teen heartthrobs before the big show, where they dished about their new Disney show "Camp Rock," and their excitement having a "DWTS" team dance to their music!

"It's really cool to see them dance to one of our songs because we didn't know what it would be like for somebody to dance to it," Joe Jonas proudly said. "And to see them choreograph it -- it makes you really excited and makes you want to perform a little bit more."

In our new video, ET gets the 411 on Nick, Kevin, and Joe as they talk candidly before their big "DWTS" performance. The Jo Bros may not have done the cha-cha-cha for the judges, but they certainly sang their hearts out at the grand ballroom!

Even though one dancing couple was eliminated in last night's competition and sent home, viewers still got to feast their eyes on the Jonas trio of hotties. Be sure to tune in next Monday night for week two of the power-packed seventh season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

The Jonas Brothers will begin shooting their new Disney Channel series on September 29, Access Hollywood has exclusively learned.

The series will be called “JONAS,” a source close to the show revealed to Access.

“They play three brothers in a band. But in the show, they are the ‘Lucas’ brothers and ‘JONAS’ refers to the name of the street they live on,” the source added.

The show, starring Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas, will be a single-camera comedy series.

The boys’ real-life parents will remain behind the scenes for the new show, with actors playing their TV mom and dad. In addition, real-life little brother Frankie (often called “The Bonus Jonas” by fans) will make recurring guest appearances as the youngest Lucas brother.

But while shooting will begin later this month, fans will have to wait until Spring 2009 for the series debut, the source said.

During a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, oldest brother Joe said the show would have a feeling similar to HBO’s musical skein “Flight of the Conchords.”

“It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” Joe said. “I’m really excited.”

Hi Everyone,

It’s been a great few weeks since we finished our summer tour. We were in London for the international release of Camp Rock and were made to feel very welcomed by all the fans overseas! We had such an awesome time but it’s also great to be back home. We filmed our Love Bug video last week- keep your eyes open for the premier soon.

It’s also been so exciting being onset for the first week of our new Disney Show, JONAS. We’ve been doing lots of fittings, table reads and rehearsals getting ready for our first week of TAPING next week. There will be lots of “surprise” guests and we are just so excited about it and hope you are too! Teen pop sensations the Jonas Brothers, heralding the launch of MySpace Music atop a billboard in Times Square. The launch of the News Corp.-owned social network's music service is coming any day now.

The Jonas Brothers display can be seen on the billboard on the corner of West 43rd Street, with the slogan "Songs We Can Agree On" and a short list of songs in the manner of a mixtape (which include selections from Elvis Costello, Prince, and Albert Hammond Jr.) That's a hint at the playlist-creation focus of the new music service. A URL for the Jonas Brothers' MySpace page accompanies the ad, indicating that high-profile artists will likely be pimping the service when it debuts.

Playlists and "digital mixtapes" are hot: we've seen this recently in the iLike developer API and the popular-but-shuttered start-up Muxtape.

MySpace Music will be launching with either three or all four of the major music labels onboard, depending on which sources are asked. It'll offer paid downloads as well as free streaming and concert tickets. And, presumably, it has the approval of the doe-eyed Jonas Brothers, or at least their publicist.
