Here Today Gone Tomarrow
It was Friday and it was the smell of Cinabuns, Corn Dogs, Abercrombie and Fitch, and sweat that gave Cassidy a huge headache. All of it was just too much to take in. There she sat, outside of Forever 21, clutching her stomach and fighting off tears.
An arm fell behind her back and squeezed her tight, "It’s okay, it wasn’t that bad, it could’ve been worse" Annette sympathized.
Cassidy lifted her head, stared at her friend and blinked, "I threw up on all those fifty dollar sequenced tops, and knocked down the entire mannequin display, it couldn’t have been worse."
Annette laughed and stood up whipping her hands on her pants, "Well we can’t just mope around here. If we’re going to go to the Jonas’s new CD release, we’re going to need killer outfits."
Cassidy groaned, "I could care less about the party, nevertheless the outfits… can’t we just go home?"
"No we can not just go home!" Annette said crossing her arms across her chest, "I slaved for hours over the computer just to get those tickets for you and me, while you were flirting with boys and your stupid basketball game, you’re looking for outfits, and you’re going to like it."
"I have plenty of clothes! I have enough to clothe the starving children in Africa and Iraq, I don’t need more! I’ll find something that is if I’m going to the launch party… I’m really not feeling well, Annette." She massaged her temples, "Just take me home, call your mom – PLEASE!"
Annette sighed, "No."
"What? Excuse me?"
"I said no, I’m not calling my mom, I’m not taking you home, I’m going to buy you some Tylenol, a Sprite, and a new shirt, and we’re going to have a great day. It’s only," Annette looked at her watch, "It’s only 11:00 a.m. and we’ve only been here for twenty minutes"
Cassidy groaned again, "Fine. But if I throw up again I’m blaming it on you."
Annette smiled with relief, she couldn’t imagine missing one of the only times she’d have to meet the Jonas Brothers. She’d been planning this since November, when the guys announced their new CD, she made some calls, pulled a few strings, spent endless hours researching, and she finally scored her, her friend and one adult V.I.P. wristbands to the release party. The second she heard the good news she called Cassidy and they cried over the phone for hours, tears of happiness of course.
Annette grabbed Cassidy’s arm and helped her off the bench, she held out her arm and said, "Will you allow me to escort you to H&M?"
Cassidy half smiled, "Why not? I’m going whether I say yes or no… so yes, you may." She linked arms with Annette and they hummed SOS while strutting their way to H&M.

Three pairs of jeans, three jackets, two sweaters, four tee shirts, two pairs of custom earrings, three bags of makeup, and two pairs of shoes later, the girls were wiped out.
Cassidy sighed and looked at her phone for the time, "Annette, you’re never going to find them, and it’s already three o’clock, we’ve been here forever, can we please go… my headache is coming back."
Annette rolled her eyes, "You didn’t have a head ache when you were buying that American Eagle Sweatshirt, or those juicy couture jeans, OR that Mac lip shiner set!"
"Well now I do!" Cassidy plugged her ears, "I hate this stupid rap music, why is Urban Outfitters playing Low? This song is over played."
Annette laughed, "Because this song rocks, and we’re not leaving because I still haven’t found my black- or red, Nick Jonas ray-ban knockoffs," She grabbed Cassidy’s shoulders and widened her eyes, "I need those glasses! I need them!"
"Fine, just get your hands off me." Cassidy did a 360, "Umm, I’ll help you look for some."
Annette hugged Cassidy, "Thank you! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!"
"It’s the least I could do after you got me an invite to the Jonas Brothers CD release!" Cassidy squealed, "I can’t thank you enough!"
"Well," Annette said raising her eye brows, "I have connections."
"Ha! I bet you do!" Cassidy smirked, "Now let’s see, were oh were will we fine those glasses" She looked over near the ties and accessories, "Omigod, that guy with the black jacket has red ray-ban knockoffs! Let’s go ask him!"
Annette rose up on her tip toes, "Who? Where?"
Cassidy grabbed her head and turned it to the left a little, "Right. There! With that black and red stripped beanie." She pushed Annette forward a little, "Go ask him!"
Annette stepped back, "No! I’m not going up to some random dude and asking him where he got his sunglasses, that’s stalkerish!"
"Well do you want them or not?"
"I do but, but, but can’t you go ask? I’ll come with you, but you have to talk, PLEASE!?"
"Fine, but only cause you bought me that adorable Tee from H&M." Cassidy thought for a second, "And cause you’re talking me to that party!"
Cassidy started walking toward the "stranger", anything for Annette. She still couldn’t believe it was possible, that she was going to be face to face with Joe Jonas. Face to face with Kevin or Nick was great, but JOE? She’d faint. The second she found out about the invite Annette scored, she was crying tears of joy… it was a dream come true. And she was living it.
She reached the stranger and gave him a tap on the left shoulder, "Eh-hm, Excuse me, where’d you get your glasses?" No answer.
Cassidy turned around with a "what-the-heck-he’s-ignoring-me" look on her face. Annette mouthed, "iPod earplugs… he’s listening to music."
Cassidy rolled her eyes, "Excuse me! Hello!? I have a question…" she tired one more time.
The guy took the iPod buds out of his ears and turned around, "I’m sorry, what?"
Cassidy’s and Annette’s mouth dropped, there standing right in front of them was a bushel of dark brown curly hair… it looked exactly like Nick Jonas’s.
Cassidy blinked blankly, "Well, we were just wondering where you got your sunglasses, but we were looking for ummm, fake ones… not the real ones you have."
"And why do you have sunglasses on inside?" Annette added not thinking.
Cassidy elbowed Annette in the ribs and said under her breath, "Do you know who that is? That’s N-"
But before she could finish her sentence they boy took off his sunglasses revealing a badly "make-up" covered black right eye, "I’m sorry, I got these at sunglass hut, and I don’t know if your budget is $400, but to answer your other question is because my brother punched me in the eye, accidentally- and I don’t want anyone seeing my black eye, those would be some bad pictures."
Annette pointed, "Wait, you’re – you’re-" She got cut off by someone behind her.
"Nick! Flirting again?" said a oddly familiar voice... the girls turned around and saw none other then Kevin and Joe Jonas standing less then two feet behind them, "And why’d you take of your sunglasses?" asked the oddly familiar voice- a.k.a. Joe Jonas.
Nick raised an eyebrow, "I’m sorry- am I not aloud to take off my sunglasses? YOU’RE THE ONE WHO PUNCHED ME! IN THE FACE!"
Joe raised his hands, "Dude, you were in the way of me doing a flip off the couch again, not my problem I hit you."
Annette froze but somehow managed to say, "Wait, you’re… you’re, the."
She got cut off by Joe, "The Jonas Brothers."
Kevin laughed, and Annette and Cassidy nearly melted, "Uh, can we have an autograph?" Cassidy asked excitedly
"Well we don’t have a sharpie or anything to sign… unless you buy this "103 Ways to Eat Pancakes" cook book- I guess we could sign that" Joe said laughing and liftiting up the oddly titled book.
Then Nick, Kevin, and Joe looked at each other, and nodded, "Well," Kevin started, "We could get your names on the V.I.P. list for our new album release tomorrow."
Annette got a sad look on her face, "Well, that’s okay; we’ve already got invites and wristbands."
Nick looked shocked, "How’d you manage that?"
"She knows some people." Cassidy laughed- then suddenly she felt this throbbing pain in her heart and she started getting a migraine that just kept on building up, "Oww!"
Annette realized that Cassidy wasn’t feeling well, "All you alright, Cass?"
"No, no, my head hurts really badly, and I feel dizzy…"
Kevin stepped on the right of Cassidy, "Is she okay? Cass was it?"
Annette smiled, "Ya, her name is Cassidy, I’m Annette. She hasn’t been feeling well today." She re-focused her attention on her friend, "Cassie, maybe you should sit down"
She started leading her to a bench no more then ten feet away- Nick and Joe followed- when out of no were Cassidy collapsed.
Annette screamed, "Ohmigod!"
Everybody rushed to Cassidy’s side and knelt on the floor were she lay, "What just happened?" Asked Joe worried.
Nick hit him, "She fainted you idiot."
"Stop you guys! Stop!" Kevin shot a look at his brothers, "Let me take her pulse." Kevin took his to fingers to Cassidy’s neck and felt a little pulse, "She has a pulse."
Annette bit her nails and put her left hand on her friends shoulder, "Cass, wake up... are you alright?" But it was all a blackout for Cassidy, she could hear every other word but other then that she had no clue what just happened- she just laid there.
"Cassidy, hello? Are you okay?" Joe asked.
Then slowly Cassidy’s eyes opened, and she managed a, "Yes." She let out a small sigh.
Nick started to help her up, "Come on guys, pick her up."
Joe and Kevin helped Cassidy stand up and walked her to the bench where Annette gave her her water bottle to drink from, "What was that about? Are you alright!? NEVER DO THAT AGAIN, YOU HAVE ME A HEART ATTACK!"

Forty-Five minutes later Cassidy felt brand new, she’d gotten a hug from Nick, Kevin, and Joe, and an invitation to spend the rest of the day with them, and they were now running through the back halls of the mall with Big Rob silently walking behind them, trying to get to the boy’s car as discreetly as possible- they didn’t need any mobbing fans at the moment.
"Hey, I thought just fainted, now you’re laughing, screaming, and running like there’s no tomorrow!" Joe laughed walking next to Cassidy.
"Well I did just faint, thanks for reminding me, and a hug from you guys could do any girl good." Cassidy smiled.
"Thanks," Nick laughed, "but did you figure at why you fainted in the first place?"
"Not really, but I think it’s because Annette wouldn’t let us stop for lunch at the food court, she was on a shopping rampage! Good thing I got a soft pretzel before we left just now or I’d be on the floor again."
"Hey, Hey, Hey! That’s not true!" Annette said, "I offered to stop for a slice of pizza but you said no cause you just had to have those shoe’s from Macy’s, remember? You thought someone was going to go buy the last pair they had- which happened to be your size. And I was not on a shopping rampage! We barley got anything!"
Kevin raised his eyebrows, "You barley got anything? I don’t think so; you girls have like nine bags here! In which you are making us carry."
Cassidy looked at Kevin, Nick and Joe carrying their many bags, "No, No, you offered to carry our bags, remember??"
"That was before I knew I was going to get stuck with the Hollister bag!" He said lifting up the bag that had a picture of some guy with no shirt on, "These models need some clothes, what are they modeling if they have no clothes on!?"
Annette shrugged, "Good point."
The group reached the final exit…
"Game plan! Joe said, "Huddle."
Nick, Joe, Kevin, Annette, and Cassidy gathered into a circle and bent down – like a football huddle, "How are we going to get to our car?" Kevin asked in his best agent voice.
Joe nodded, "Well if we’re going to get out of here alive we’ll have to work together. We must make sure Dr. Harvey Fleischman won’t get his hands on the "Accumulator" again."
Nick looked around, "Well it better be discreet and quick, before they release the dogs…a.k.a. fans."
Joe busted up, "Dude, I can’t take you seriously with that black eye- put some sunglasses on, just incase someone notices us. I don’t want paparazzi thinking I’m a bad brother, beating up my little bro."
Nick agreed and put on his sunglasses, "Better?"
Annette looked at Cassidy and Cassidy looked at Annette and they laughed, "What? What is this?" Cassidy started.
"A scene form J.O.N.A.S.?" Annette questioned with a smile.
Joe smiled, "Maybe…"
Cassidy looked at Nick, "And did you just call your fans- which include us- DOGS?"
"Not in a bad way! You know what I meant." Nick said defensibly.
"Riiiight." Cassidy smiled.
"Seriously, let’s just make a run for it. Our car is kind of far away so let’s just run." Kevin started opening the door.
"No. I’ll go get the car and bring it up front." Big Rob said closing the door.
"Nah, you don’t have to do that." Kevin said, "You start walking toward the car while figure out what we’ll do."
"Okay." Big Rob said opening the door. He walked outside.
"So we’ll just make a run for it?" Joe said when the door shut.
"Yup." Kevin nodded, "Like we always do."
Joe, Nick, and Kevin counted down,
"ONE"
"TWO"
"THREE!"
Kevin pushed open the door, "Go! Go! Go!"
Joe ran out, followed by Nick, Cassidy, Annette, and Kevin. While trying not to trip over their own feet, the group was busting up, "The cars way down there!" Joe pointed.
"Why’d you park so far away?" Cassidy asked
"There were no other spots and we-"Nick was interrupted by a loud voice yelling, "Nick! Nick! STOP!" The boys, Annette, and Cassidy halted and turned around only to find a group of about 7 girls who running after them. Once they approached they were flipping out screaming and shrieking holding out iPods, receipts, and binder papers for the boys to sign… basically anything they could get their hands on.
The redhead ran up to Joe, "I love YOU! Can I have a picture?"
Joe smiled sweetly, "Of course!"
Annette and Cassidy stepped back, giving the boys and their fans some space. It was kind of embarrassing seeing the girls freak out like that. But Annette and Cassidy both knew they’d be doing the same thing if they were in the other fans positions- but from the celebrity point of view, it looked sort of silly.
"Annette, Cassidy, can you come over here please?" Kevin motioned for them to walk over to them, they did, "I’m really sorry but could guys take a picture for these girls with us?"
"Why not?" Cassidy shrugged reaching for the camera that the blonde with the tight micro mini skirt had in her hand.
"Who are you?" she said handing her camera to Cassidy.
"Oh, I’m Annette, and her names Cassidy." Annette smiled
"I didn’t ask for your name- I asked who you were." The blonde glared.
"They are friends." Nick pipped up.
The blonde smiled at nick and then turned her smile to Annette and Cassidy, "Oh okay!" she said all happily, "Here’s my camera." She narrowed her eyes and said ever so quietly, "Don’t break it." Then she skipped over to Nick and put her arm around his waist.
Annette glared and said under her breath, "Poor nick, he’s in pain right now."
Cassidy nodded, "Well I bet… ugh, that girl shouldn’t be worried about me breaking her camera, but her ugly smile."
Annette laughed. "One, Two, and Three… Cheese!" Cassidy smiled at the group.

"So now what do you guys want to do?" Kevin sighed from the backseat of the SUV.
"Blind fold me and take me to Disneyland." Joe said putting his head back and closing his eyes.
Nick shook his head, "No, it’s too hot for anything outdoors… That’s the only thing I hate about summer. Hey Rob," Nick leaned forward, "Could you pump up the A.C., it’s so hot in here."
"Aw, come on guys, you’re acting so down…" Annette frowned.
"Yeah, I thought you boys were supposed to be upbeat and wild or something." Cassidy turned around facing Joe and Kevin.
Joe lifted his head, "Well don’t believe everything you read in magazines." He then dropped it back again.
Kevin rolled his eyes, "No, we’re just tired. And we have so much to worry about, we’re like really busy."
"With what?" Annette raised her eyebrow.
"Stuff." Nick shrugged.
Cassidy’s mouth dropped open, "OH NO! No, No, No… you guys aren’t busy, you’re just lazy. The only thing you have to do this month is the CD release."
Joe straightened up, "Again, you’re wrong. We have the CD release tomorrow, then later in the month we have a Popstar photo shoot, Bop photo shoot, Kewl interview, we’re going to be on Ellen again, a private benefit concert for the Diabetic Children, and we have to film for J.O.N.A.S. So, you’re wrong."
"I’m sorry; I didn’t know you were that busy." Cassidy said sincerely.
Annette shook her head, "Ya, but are you busy today?"
The boys looked at each other, "No." Kevin said.
Annette smiled, "Then let’s go do something fun… me and Cassidy- you’re two new favorite fans-"
"Friends." Nick interrupted.
"Two new favorite friends," Annette grinned, "are going to give you the day of your lives."
Kevin shook his head, "No we’re going to give you two the best day of your lives!"
Cassidy shrugged, "Okay, fine by me."
Joe snapped his fingers, "To PINKBERRY!"

"Mmm, look at this sweet swirly goodness!" Joe said leaning over Nick to show Cassidy and Annette his plain frozen yogurt topped with strawberries, bananas, and fruity pebbles.
Cassidy looked down at hers, it was the same as Joes… and Kevin’s… and Nick’s, only Annette’s was different, "Well seeing that we all have the same flavor besides Annette, I think we all like it."
Annette shook her head, "You all are suck followers… we all know that plain frozen yogurt with strawberries and granola bits are the best."
"Well I’m allergic to strawberries." Joe said taking another bite of his Pinkberry.
"No you’re not!" Nick said laughing.
"You," Joe said pointing his spoon at Nick, "don’t know that."
Kevin laughed, "Well once you two are done arguing over stupid things again, we need to find out what to do next, it’s already 4:30…"
Annette hit her forehead, "Holy Crap!"
"What?" Cassidy asked.
"I forgot to call my," Suddenly Annette’s ring tone went off, of course it was SOS… the boys smiled with delight, "Oh, Hey mom… what’s up?" Annette gulped, "Um, we’re at Pinkberry… No!...No…Yes…Well I’m with…No we’re not with boys!" Joe, Nick and Kevin dropped their mouths, "Well I am… yes… well you won’t believe what happened…well… see me and Cass were at the mall and she fainted... Yes she’s okay… I don’t know why I didn’t call you… I know!... but… The Jonas Brothers!... no I’m not lying… mom! … No… no don’t come pick us up… no I’m not on drugs… Mom!!... Stop yelling… we’re fine… here talk to big Rob… their body guard… the Jonas brothers!" Annette mouthed "please" to Big Rob and he took the phone, "Hello? Hi Mrs. Casanova…"
Kevin laughed, "Mom?"
Annette rubbed her temples, "Yes… I don’t know why, I totally forgot to call her. She’s so mad."
Cassidy half smiled, "Did she believe you? Is she coming to get us?"
Annette shrugged, "I don’t know! She said that she is… She doesn’t even know who you guys are so she won’t believe me" Annette looked at Joe, Nick, and Kevin.
Cassidy laughed, "Like she never goes in your room! You’d think she’d notice the thousands of posters of them on your-"Annette kicked Cassidy from under the table, "Ow! That hurt!"
Nick smiled, "Awe, you have posters of us on your wall??"
Annette turned red, "No!" She shot Cassidy the "I-Hate-You" look.
Cassidy gave Annette the, "I’m-Sure-You-Do" smile and said, "No I was just joking…"
Kevin smirked, "I’m sure you were." ****
"She was joking, okay!?!" Annette pushed.
Kevin put his hands up, "Fine. Fine, whatever you say."
Joe smirked, "We know you love us."
"Yes Joe, we love you to death." Cassidy said, not too sarcastically.
The group laughed, then Big Rob came to the table.
"What she’d say… is she mad at me?" Annette asked concerned.
Big Rob smiled, "Big Rob has got it all covered."
Annette ran up to him and hugged him, "Thank you! Now I don’t have to be so worried."
Kevin looked at Annette and Cassidy, "Excuse us for a second, we need to talk privately."
The boys and Big Rob got up from the table and walked toward the back of the store…there they stood huddled obviously whispering.
Cassidy grabbed Annette’s arm, "A, Omigosh, do you realize were we are right now?"
Annette squealed, "At pinkberry with the Jonas Brothers!"
"We’ve been kidnapped by the Jonas Brothers!" Cassidy smiled, "And I never want to be found."
"Tell me about it. I mean how many physco obsessed fans get to do this?"
"None!" Cassidy melted.
"What do you thin they’re talking about," Annette motioned toward the huddle.
"Maybe were they’re taking us next!" Cassidy widened her eyes.
Annette laughed, "If we’re lucky they’ll take us to jump over the moon… imagine, in space with the Jonas Brothers!"
Cassidy cracked up, "That’ll be the day!"
Annette shrugged, "It could happen."
"Ya, like you marrying Kevin, it’ll happen, right?" Cassidy said sarcastically.
"You’re just jealous! And If I play my cards right, it will definitely happen." Annette said crossing her arms.
"Well at least we’ll be sister in laws… I’m so going to marry Joe!"
"How cool… we could all live like next door in Beverly Hills and-"Annette was interrupted by an obnoxious cough behind them.
The girls turned around only to find Kevin, Nick, and Joe, "Sorry to interrupt your conversation on which one of us you’re going to marry but we must kidnap you now." Joe smiled at Cassidy.
Annette blushed, "Um, ya… we were joking?"
"That didn’t sound too convincing Mrs. Jonas." Kevin laughed.
"Aw, none of you want to marry me?" Nick asked with a puppy dog look on his face.
"Well you have Miley," Cassidy shrugged.
Joe and Kevin raised their eyebrows… "I DON’T LIKE MILEY!" Nick frowned.
"Sorry!" Cassidy dropped her head.
"ANYWAYS," Joe announced, "We have no choice but to blind fold you to lovely ladies."
"So up, up!" Kevin said taking two bandanas from his front pocket.
Cassidy and Annette looked at each other then immediately stepped away from the boys, "Oh no!" Annette shook her head, "I don’t think this is such a great idea."
Cassidy nodded, "You guys will probably run us into a wall."
"Well we might run one of you into a wall." Nick whisper-muttered loud enough for only Kevin and Joe to hear, they gave him a "shut-up!" look.

Ten minutes later, Cassidy and Annette were back in the SUV looking stupid with blindfolds over their eyes, "Why did you stick us in the back?" Annette asked curiously.
"So that you couldn’t escape from the passenger doors." Kevin laughed.
"Well it’s not doing too good." Nick grumbled, "We have no leg room."
"Oh, quit being a baby!" Joe teased. Then Joe purposely started moving his arms and legs around just to get on Nick’s nerves, "How’s your room now?"
Nick smacked his arm and laughed a little, "Just perfect!"
"Where are we going!?" Cassidy complained… wanting to know so desperately were they were taking them.
"You’ll have to wait and see!" Joe taunted.
Cassidy and Annette sighed… staring in the pitch black in silence. They were both thinking, is this really happening?
Cassidy could feel Annette reaching in her pocket and knew that she had pulled out her iPhone.
Annette barley moved up the blind fold and started writing a text to pass to Cassidy. When she was done she moved her blind fold up to its place and quietly passed her phone to Cassidy’s lap, she didn’t want to get caught now did she?
Cassidy felt Annette’s phone land on her lap and barley moved up her bandana, great timing though because and the same second Joe turned around and saw what was happening, "What do we have here!? TEXTING?" He grabbed the phone from Cassidy’s hands and laughed.
Kevin leaned over Nick and tried to read what it said, "Read it aloud!"
"No don’t!" Annette yelled.
"I think that means we should." Nick teased.
"No!" Annette cried…
"How bad is it?" Cassidy whispered.
"You’ll see!" Annette whimpered.
"O.M.G!" Joe said in a girlie voice, "Do you know where they’re taking us? Well W.E.! This bandana smells good… It’s probably what Kevin smells like, I hope I get to keep it! I’d cherish it FOREVER!" nick started busting up and Cassidy gave a little laugh.
Annette sunk in her seat, "I hate you!"
Kevin blushed then laughed, "Don’t worry! I’m flattered!" He decided not to mention that it wasn’t his, but really Frankie’s.
"I’m sorry!" Joe said still laughing.
Annette decided to give them all the silent treatment.
"It wasn’t that bad." Cassidy encouraged.
"You can’t ignore us forever!" Nick smirked.
"You’ll have to talk to us sooner or later… at least me!" Kevin grinned.
Annette smiled, "Fine. I’ll talk to you… but only if you guys stop embarrassing me!"
"People don’t embarrass you, you embarrass yourself!" Joe pointed out.
"No, people don’t embarrass you, JOE DOES!" Annette pouted. Everyone laughed.
Nick sighed, "Well we’re almost here."
"Really!? Yay!" Cassidy clapped, "Can we take these stupid bandanas off now?"
"No!" The boys said in all at once.
'' I GOTTA PEE YOU GUYS!!!'' Annette laughed, reaching for her bandana.
"TMI! (too much information)" Joe quickly said in his "girly" voice.
But it was a pitiful attempt to take off the bandana because Kevin quickly reached over the seat and grabbed Annette’s hand before she even touched the bandana, "Don’t cheat! You can’t ruin the surprise!"
Annette felt her heart skip a beat the moment Kevin touched her hand. She just couldn’t help but blush and smile.
"Ooh Kevin...I think she likes that!!" Joe said, in a funny way.
Annette's smile vanished and she quickly put down her hand. "Shut up Joe!" she said, getting angry at him.
"Shuts don’t go up!" Joe quickly said, everybody – even Big Rob- started laughing. Except Annette.
"Point! Point one for Joe!" Cassidy proclaimed through her still covered bandana eyes.
Annette sat there dumb founded, "I hope you all realized that that didn’t make ANY sense."
"No, we must have missed that." Joe laughed.
"That’s it!" Annette reached for bandana for she had enough of waiting for the surprise; she looked out the window and grinned, "Omigosh. I thought you were joking!"
Kevin quickly turned around, "What!? You took the blind fold off? Why?"
Cassidy quickly did the same as Annette and smiled, "You really did blind fold us and take us to Disneyland." She said sparkly eyed at Joe.
Joe shrugged, "Yup." He quickly turned to a serious face, "But you two ruined the surprise!"
"Sorry." Annette bit her lip, "But I was begingn to think you were going to kill us…"
"And put us in your trunk, then take us to the desert…" Cassidy joined in.
"But bring us back… TO MAKE SURE WE’RE ALRIGHT!" The girls said together.
"Hmmm, a Joe quote, very good!" Nick laughed, and then everybody joined in again.

The gang stood in the Tower of Terror plaza gazing up at the screaming people who had suddenly dropped a good 50 feet from the top…
"Wow." Big Rob chuckled, "Good luck with that."
"Let’s go on Tower of Terror!" Joe said.
"That thing!? Do you know how tall that is?" Annette said in panic, "No no no, I have a deathly fear of roller coasters! Just the thought of getting on one makes me nervous!"
Cassidy crossed her arms over her chest, "It’s not a roller coaster it’s a ride… But you told me you rode Space Mountain. And you said it rocked!"
"Well that was because I didn’t know it was a rollercoaster when I
was in line for it", Annette explained, "The only reason I stayed in
line was because there was a really cute guy in front of me. And, I don’t care if it’s a roller coaster or not it’s a tall ride with screaming people… no good for me."
"Well if you rode Space Mountain I don't understand why you can't
Ride this one." Cassidy said.
Annette gave Cassidy a mean stare. "Look at that thing!" Annette
pointed at the Tower, "Its like 5x as big as space mountain, not
to mention 5x as fast. It drops you like a million miles a minute!" The sudden scream of descending people made Annette jump. Annette covered her ears, "Ugh!"
Cassidy said," Come on Annette, its not like the ride’s gonna suddenly drop you all the way down to the Twilight Zone and everyone’s gonna die!"
Annette shuddered, "That’s it I’m not getting on."
"Annette...come on. You’ll have Kevin to hold on to!" Cassidy convinced.
Annette looked to Kevin who was just listening to her and Cassidy argue.
"Its ok if you don't want to go." Kevin told Annette, setting a warm hand on her shoulder.
Nick chipped in, "Yea, I'll stay here with her and Big Rob. You guys can go ahead and go on."
"Fine, your loss!", Joe sing-songed. He left with Kevin.
"Take care of my little goober you guys." Cassidy said, calling her by her nickname, she turned to Annette, "Don’t let them go running off with any other fans okay?"
"Of course Froot Loop." Annette assured her, "And watch out for those guys!"
Cassidy smiled and gave Nick and Big Rob an I’m-watching-you look. She ran to catch up with Joe and Kevin.

"Omigod I hate this part!" Cassidy wiggled and covered her eyes.
"What? This?" Joe pointed to the unopened door, "The part were they turn off the lights and lock you in that room?"
"Yes!" Cassidy shivered, "It’s so freaky. I have to be in the middle."
Kevin laughed, "There’s like twenty-five other people with you, how is that scary? You know its fake… right?" he joked.
"Yes I know it’s fake!"
"Then what’s there to be scared of?" Joe asked.
"I don’t know! I hate the dark!" Cassidy complained… because she really did- she thought back on how she HAD TO have the bathroom light on when in bed.
"We’ll protect you!" Joe said in his best general voice.
My hero!,
"Please enter," the "hotel" attendant said while opening the door.
Cassidy grabbed Kevin’s arm, "Save me!" she pushed him ahead, "You go first!"
Kevin shook his head, "You’re being such a baby." He said jokingly.
After everyone was in they turned off the lights and a big crack of "thunder" went off. Cassidy closed her eyes, "Please be over soon!" she whispered to herself.
"Not too long ago a group of people boarded an elevator… little did they no, they’d never come back…" Cassidy blocked out the sound of the T.V. which was telling what had happened that one "dreadful night at the Hollywood Hotel."
Suddenly, someone grabbed at her rib cage and Cassidy screamed and turned around to see what happened. Of course, there she found Joe looking up pretending he hadn’t done anything… while everyone else was looking at her in the dark like she was crazy.
Cassidy hit Joe in the arm and whispered, "Payback… it’ll come soon!"
Joe shook his head in a "no" way and smiled. The lights came back on and everybody was rolling there eyes at Cassidy, Kevin, and Joe.
"Way to make scene!" Kevin pushed Joe toward the exit, "must you always be the center of attention?"
"Oh you know it Kevin." Joe laughed.
"Grow up." Kevin stared at Joe, "didn’t she say she was scared? Why did you scare her?" he pointed at Cassidy.
Uh-oh
"See? She’s a good sport!" Joe started walking next to Cassidy. They all waited in line.

Back with Nick, Big Rob, and Annette:
Big Rob had left to the little boy’s room and Nick and Annette were sitting on the ground.
"Okay, I spy with my little eye...something that's always below us." Nick said.
"Um...ground?" Annette responded in a you're-too-easy way.
"Yea, you're really good at this." Nick said.
"Or maybe you just suck." Annette teased.
"Yea you're probably right."
"Okay my turn!" Annette clapped. "I spy with my little eye..."
Annette snuck a peek at Nick. His luscious curly locks looked so soft and shiny in the sunlight. She started to notice how cute he really was...or maybe even how gorgeous he was! "Something breathe taking."
Nick looked around. "Ooh that's hard. There are so many beautiful things here."
"Okay let me give you another clue...god broke the mold when he made this one."
Nick made a cute laugh, "So it’s a person?"
"Yeppers!"
Nick looked around. There were a lot of people around; Annette could be talking about anyone. He started to think how cool it was that no one had recognized him yet.

Twenty minutes later they were on the "1" "2" and "3" marks for the front row, waiting to board the elevator.
"Now I’m excited!" Cassidy jumped, "I’ve never been in the front row!"
"Really?" Kevin asked shocked, "Why go on this ride if you’re not going to be in the front?"
"It’s the BEST!" Joe added.
Cassidy thought for a second, "Let’s all make funny faces!"
Joe stuck out his tongue and squinted his eyes, "How was that?"
"Not now!" Cassidy laughed, "When they take the picture."
"You need to be more specific with your demands." Joe replied.
"My demands are fine! I’ll keep them how they are," She crossed her arms
"Yeah. Right. Anyway" Kevin started until he was interrupted by the elevator attendant who said, "Step this way," he motioned to the open elevator, "row one."
Joe led their line to the front row and took his spot, Cassidy next to him, and Kevin next to her, "Are you ready?" Joe asked Cassidy and Kevin, they both nodded.
After everyone was onboard, the attendant started closing the elevator doors, "Tell me if you enjoyed the ride… if you ever come back!" SLAM the doors closed and automatically the elevator turned around into a "starry night sky" and the Twig light Music started playing.
Of course, Cassidy closed her eyes and screamed and that one unexpected drop but once they were at the top the view was beautiful… she tried to see Big Rob, Nick and Annette but couldn’t. Then she felt a tap on her right arm, "Funny face!" Kevin shouted.
Joe did the same face from when they were in line, eyes squinted and tongue out, this time to the side. Kevin tilted his head to the left and opened his mouth in an "O" way with his eyes big eyed. Cassidy did the "Ashley Tisdale" wink with her mouth opened and her left hand pointing straight out in a peace sign… her right hand? Well she didn’t realize it but it was gently right on top of Joe’s.

Nick's thoughts were interrupted by Annette calling him.
"Nick!" Annette waved her hand in front of Nick's face.
"Oh sorry..." Nick said blinking, "I was spacing out. Uhm...I give up."
"What so soon?"
"Yea...what was so beautiful?"
"You." Annette gave Nick a serious look but she couldn't help but smile.
"Wow thanks!" Nick laughed, "But you know you can't like your own husband’s brother!"
Annette sighed, "Well that's one thing your wrong about. The husband part that is." Annette dropped her head.
Nick saw the sadness in Annette. "I’m sorry. But hey," Nick lifted
Annette’s head by her chin, "You know Kevin isn’t the only guy in the world. Keep your head up, you'll find a guy who loves you."
Just then Cassidy, Joe, Kevin, and Big Rob arrived. Yes almost at the same time. Great timing though because they got the wrong idea.
"Ooh what is this? Nick?!" Joe crossed his arms, looking Nick dead in the eye.
"Oh, no, no it wasn't even like that I was just-" Nick tried to explain.
"Sure you were!" Joe interrupted. Nick stood up and helped Annette up too. [Authors note: he’s such a gentle man!] The six them gathered in a circle.
"So how was it?" Annette asked, brushing herself off and trying to change the subject at the same time.
"So fun!" Cassidy exclaimed motioning Joe to open the bag in which he was carrying.
"We bought the picture!" Joe said pulling it out of the bag and passed it to Annette and Nick. They studied it and laughed, Annette noticing the hand thing and whispered to Cassidy, "What’s this?" and slyly pointed to her hand toppled on Joe’s.
Cassidy turned red, "Oh my Jonas!" she said a little too loudly, "I didn’t know I was-"
"Oh my Jonas?" Nick laughed, "I’ve never heard someone actually say that!"
Cassidy shrugged and quickly stuffed the picture back in it’s bag and gripped it, she wasn’t letting anyone see this picture ever again.
"So it was fun?" Annette turned to Kevin
"Yup, except stupid Joe was making a scene again!" Kevin replied semi-glaring at Joe.
Nick wondered, "What did he do this time?"
"He scared me!" Cassidy exclaimed, "We were in that one room where you’re locked in and he came up behind me and scared me, of course I screamed! Then everyone was like rolling their eyes and glaring at me… in which I still need payback Joe, I promise."
"It was a friendly joke!" Joe said defensively.
"Whatever!" Cassidy turned away from Joe.
While everyone was laughing Big Rob looked around and saw a group of girls a few yards away from them whispering, giggling and one crying. They started walking towards them slowly but surely.
Big Rob started to walk towards the group of girls too, and once he got there he shook his head and said, "No. I’m sorry but you can’t step further then this-"
He was interrupted by the squealing girls; Big Rob turned around and saw Joe, Nick, and Kevin (Cassidy and Annette right behind).
Cassidy thought, "No No! It’s fine! It was funny really, I didn’t mind." Cassidy thought… but laughed instead of saying it.
"It’s okay," Kevin said to Big Rob, "We have time, no one’s bothering us." Nick and Joe nodded and smiled at the girls, in who were speechless until the redhead spoke up…
"Hi!" She shaked, "Um, I’m Marcy… and we just realized you guys here and…" Her voice trailed off.
"You guys want a picture and autograph?" Nick offered.
"Yes!" They all screamed.
Kevin motioned Cassidy and Annette over, "You guys, I’m sorry to make you our photographer again, but will you take the picture for us?" He handed them about three cameras.
"Of course." Annette smiled, she and Cassidy turned around stepping far back from the posed group to take the picture.
"Déjà vu!" Cassidy exclaimed, "We should start our own photography business, you know that?"
Annette nodded in agreement, "Too true."
After all the pictures and autograph singing the girls were looking at Cassidy and Annette in awe, wondering what they were doing with the Jonas Brothers.
Crystal- the one with the pin straight black hair piped up, "Are you guys contest winners? Did you win a contest to spend the day with the Jonas Brothers?"
"Um, no." Annette and Cassidy said at once.
"Then what are you doing?" The third girl asked curiously- her name was Anne.
"They’re our friends." Joe commented, "Just haning out."
The girl’s gasped, "You’re girl friends!?"
"No No!" Annette said, "Friends" The girls didn’t look too convinced.

After the fans left someone caught Kevin's eye. He turned to face her. Annette followed Kevin's gaze. There she saw the prettiest woman ever- well she looked about 18 or 20 but still! She had long curl brown hair, her skin was a glowing honey color with a touch of a warm chocolate undertone, and her eyes were a beautiful shade of hazel mixed with a few drops of purple. She wore a fitted dress and heels, which were about 3 inches high. Kind of weird for walking all day in Disneyland- but pain is beauty right?
Kevin smiled at her and she looked at him. She checked him out from his stylish boots to his curly brown hair. She smiled a beautiful pearly white smile and flipped her hair.
Annette gave her a mean stare. "Kevin come on, we have to go now."
Kevin didn’t even budge. Annette grabbed his arm and pulled him away. She didn’t let go of his arm because if she did, he might decide to go after hat "girl".
"Who was that?" Annette asked Kevin.
"I don't know but...I liked her." Kevin said, sort of blushing.
Annette was really mad now. The thought of losing Kevin was bad but the thought of losing him to another girl...was deathly. Someone was gonna die today.
"Well did you see her feet?!" Annette said, trying to talk Kevin out of this. "Not that I was looking but...those puppies make big foot's feet look small!"
"I could care less what her shoe size is. She’s super pretty and I want to get to know her." Kevin said.
Annette let go of Kevin when she saw how much she really liked this girl. But she wasn't going to give up.
Nick saw what was happening and walked closer to Annette, "You know. she’s not that pretty."
"At least you think so. But I’m not going to give up on him. I talked my auntie out of marring Mr. Toad, I think I can talk Kevin out of liking....Bigfoot!"
"Good luck with that." Nick said laughing.
"What, you don't believe I can do it?"
"I don't know. You can't really talk someone out of true love."
Just then Joe ran up in between Nick and Annette.
"Talking about love I see!" Joe said putting his arm around Annette. "Is he trying to hit on you? I told him you belonged to Kevin but he wouldn't listen."
"Uh no he never said that." Nick defended.
"But you do admit you were hitting on her." Joe said in his reporter voice.
"I was not hitting on her!" Nick yelled.
"Calm down Nick." Annette and Joe said at the same time. Annette laughed," Why don't you go with Cassidy?" Annette offered, "Where is Cassidy?" She looked around but couldn't find her.
"Oh she's with Kevin. They went to talk to some girl." Joe put air quotes around 'some girl'.
"What?!" Annette screamed, "Where are they?! How could he just leave us like that?! And you were supposed to be keeping an eye on Cassidy!" Her face turned red and she couldn't breath.
"Annette are you ok?" Joe asked concerned, "Breath...its ok!"
"No its not ok! How can you even think that! Kevin is off with another girl draped all over him! I was supposed to be that girl!" Annette worried.
"Well unless you grow some stuff and magically turn 20,its never going to happen." Joe said biting his nail.
Annette's face was burning with anger she turned to Joe and was about to hit him when Nick stepped in. "Annette calm down. He didn't mean it, you know how much he like to
kid around!" Nick hugged Annette and stroked her hair. "But that was a really low joke Joe."
"Hey , Kevin was already on the verge of hitting me when I scared Cassidy, I don't need another person doing the same." Joe said. He turned to Annette and touched her shoulder, "Im sorry Annette."
Annette calmed down. But she wasn't ready to accept Joe's apology. She turned away from Joe's touch and buried her face in Nick's chest.
Big Rob lost confidence with Annette because she was about to hit Joe so he decided to not let her close to him anymore.
Joe led them to were Kevin and Cassidy were. They we're all laughing and having so much fun.
"Oh hey guys!" Kevin smiled.
"Hey Kevin, who's this lovely lady here?" Joe asked smiling at her.
"This..." Kevin said holding her hand, "Is Rachel Skye."
"But my friends just call me Skye." Skye said.
Kevin introduced everyone and they had a nice little chat. Skye had to leave because she was meeting some friends. When they were leaving Annette looked back to see Skye scribbling something on a napkin and giving it to Kevin.
She left and Kevin just stayed there watching her.
Annette went to Kevin ,"She’s a keeper Kev."
"I know, she's just so amazing. I can't believe I found her here. I think..." he thought for a minute then nodded, "I think I’m in love."
Nick's words echoed in her mind,’ you can't really talk someone out of true love', Annette nodded..."Nick was right"
"Nick was right about what?" Kevin asked.
"Oh...nothing. But Kevin, love is a strong word. Are you sure you mean it?"
"I’m 100% sure."
"Then hold on to her, don't let her go to another. You can tell she loves you back Kevin. And she's very lucky to have a guy like you."
"Thanks Annette, you're a really good friend." Kevin smiled and hugged Annette.
Annette sighed and hugged him back.

After going on every single ride, they all left early to the light show. They wanted to get good spots so this is how they sat:

Big Rob was silently watching over them. They had a few snacks with them and only about 20 minutes until the parade started so they talked for a while.

"So how old are you really?" Joe asked Cassidy.
"What do you mean?" Cassidy said suspiciously.
"Well because you’re too tall to be 13!"
Cassidy laughed," I’m actually going to be turning 14 in (insert how many days/months here) so technically I’m 14."
"You're younger than Nick but you're taller than him...weird."
"How is that weird? I have some kids in my class that are taller them me! And Annette has a friend who is like 5'9"."
"Whoa..."
"Yea, she wasn't too pretty either."
Joe smiled," What did she look like?"
"One word: shrek!"
"That’s mean!" Joe laughed.
"And you aren’t?" Cassidy raised her eyebrow
"No… remember I’m the cute funny one- I’m just sarcastic."
"Riiight." Cassidy sighed, "Well at least I’m not taller then you! I was worried I was going to be!"
"You thought I was short?" Joe asked confused.
"Well when one website says you’re 5’6 and other says you’re 5’8" it’s hard to tell!"
"Ya… website rumors… tisk tisk!" Joe shook his head.

Nick and Annette:
"No no and no! I am not going to arm wrestle you!" Nick laughed Annette clucked like a chicken. Nick looked at her, "Fine!"
They scooted apart for just enough room and started...
Nick wasn't gonna look bad beating a girl so he let Annette win.
"Oh come on you let me win!!"
"Yes I did just let it go." Nick crossed his arms and pouted.
"Aww you look so cute!" Annette said, "I just wanna pinch your cheeks. In fact I will." She pinched his cheeks.
Nick laughed, "Do you always give compliments to people?"
"Yea, I don't know why. It just comes out."

"So how is it like being in band with your brothers?" Skye asked Kevin.
"Its great, the support is awesome," Kevin smiled, "But some people are surprised on how much we get along."
"I’m surprised too. I couldn't be with any of my siblings 24/7." Skye said, Kevin laughed," So what do you do for a living or job or whatever?"
"Oh um..." Skye's head dropped, "I’m a perspiring model… I haven’t booked much but I’ve done a few adds.."
"You’re a model?" Kevin raised his eyebrows.
"Yea... do I like not look "model ready"?" Skye asked worried- getting a little self conscious.
"Of course you do! You’re beautiful," Kevin stared into Skye’s eyes. He reached for her hand and held it. Skye rested her head on his shoulder.
Annette just happened to be looking their way and saw them.
"What’s wrong?" Cassidy asked from next to Nick.
Annette simply nodded in the direction of Kevin.
Cassidy looked over and saw Kevin and Skye. Joe and Nick saw too.
"They make such a cute couple," Annette admitted, "Why her and why right now?"
"I’m sorry Annette," Cassidy said, "He just seemed really interested in that girl." Cassidy said putting her arm around Annette.
Annette sighed, "You’re right. And it’s ok. It’s not like I had a real chance with him anyway." Annette semi-glanced at Joe.
Nick, Joe, and Cassidy started to feel sorry for Annette. Joe her a "Sorry" look and
Cassidy and Nick had their arms around her. Even Big Rob secretly felt sorry for her…
but continued to mind his own business.
All of a sudden...the light show started.

"Bye." Kevin said hugging Skye, "You'll be there tomorrow, right?"
"Yes! Or…" Skye bit her bottom lip, "I’ll try… I might be late."
Kevin looked confused, "Why?"
"Because I volunteered to read books to the sick kids at the hospital." She shrugged, "I know I’m such a goody two shoes huh?"
"No!" Kevin said surprised, "Take all the time you need. That’s really great of you, you know?"
Annette was listening on their conversation and the second she heard Skye "volunteered" she turned to Cassidy and rolled her eyes, "Is there anything she would or can’t do?"
"Oh come on!" Cassidy rolled her eyes at Annette, "She’s not evil or bad, and Kevin really likes her!"
"But," Annette complained, "But she hasn’t even heard a Jonas Brother song until you let her listen to SOS on your ipod, which by the way, I’ll never forgive you for."
Cassidy laughed, "I let her listen to my ipod and suddenly you’re my sworn enemy? Puh-lease!"
"Whatever!" Annette glared at Skye, "I still don’t really like her, yet."
Cassidy shrugged, "Maybe you will."
"Pssh! I’m not so sure!" Annette crossed her arms.
"Are you ready to go?" Nick walked up to them, he checked his watch, "It’s 10:25 and Big Rob said he told your mom you’d be home by 11- no exceptions."
"Yeah, we better go." Annette turned to Cassidy, "Are you staying the night?"
"Yup, I already called my mom, thank God Big Rob talked to her too." Cassidy said relieved. "Everything worked out perfectly."
Annette shook her head, "Almost everything."

"It’s the third one from the curb!" Annette said pointing at the medium tan house near the end of the road.
"So this is where we pick you up tomorrow?" Nick asked.
"What?" Cassidy sounded shocked.
"You’re picking us up? Why?" Annette added.
"Oh yeah," Kevin laughed, "We decided that we were picking you guys up in the limo to come the CD release party tomorrow… if that’s okay."
Annette and Cassidy looked at each other and as if almost on cue screamed, "OF COURSE WE’D LIKE TO COME!" Cassidy said jumping… they pulled up to the house.
"I’m speechless!" Annette breathed.
"We thought you guys would like to come." Joe said raising his eyebrow, "But we didn’t think you’d be screaming."
"Ya, I can’t hear you, my ear is full of melted brain!" Kevin said quoting his own line from when the JoBros guest starred on Hannah Montana.- everybody laughed.

"Can you believe the day we had today?" Annette said in the dark from her bed.
"No… It feels like a dream, seriously!" Cassidy replied from the ground.
"You know, no one is going to believe us when we tell them… all our friends?" Annette turned to her side.
"Who cares what they think! Their loss!" Cassidy rolled her eyes.
"Yeah…" Annette sighed, "I need to wear something killer tomorrow."
"Why?" Cassidy asked.
"Because! I need to look better than Skye!"
"What you NEED to do is go to sleep!" Cassidy closed her eyes.
"I can’t… too excited." Annette said.. because she really was. But too bad she feel asleep about three minutes later after Cassidy- both with Jonas dreams in their heads.

Cassidy rubbed her eyes wondering were she was. Once she saw the Jonas wall in front of her she recognized it as Annette’s. Why am I at Annette’s house? Cassidy wondered, then remembered what had happened the day before… she took a breath and collapsed back onto the mattress that Annette’s mom had laid out for her. She looked to Annette’s desk and saw the clock: 10:30 a.m it read. Cassidy then realized where they were suppose to be and screamed, "ANNETTE!"
Annette jumped up sacredly, "WHAT? WHAT? WHAT FIRE!?" She said in shock.
"The CD release Party! The boys! Eleven O’clock! Limo!" Cassidy managed to say while looking pushing the blankets around looking for her phone.
"What!?" Annette jumped out of bed, "I call shower!" She ran to her door and grabbed her towel.
"Oh no you don’t!!" Cassidy quickly jumped for Annette but landed on the floor.
"Ha-ha!" Annette said running down the hallway.
"Stop!" Cassidy leaped from the floor and barley caught Annette’s ankle causing her to trip. They both laid on the floor laughing.
"Ohmigosh!" Cassidy pointed to the office room to their left, "LOOK!"
Annette looked; Cassidy grabbed her towel and made a run for the bathroom.
"Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater!" Annette yelled while getting up running after Cassidy.
Cassidy was almost there when Annette jumped in front of the door, "This isn’t going to work." She said laughing, "We don’t have time for both of us to take a shower!"
"But that’s so GROSS!" Cassidy complained, "Plus, we’re going to be with the Jonas Brothers. Shower less?"
"That’s why God made deodorant hun… and leave in conditioner." Annette shrugged and walked back to her room to find something to wear.
"Yuck! That’s disgusting!" Cassidy headed toward the shower anyway.
"And don’t you dare go take a shower! I ban you from it: it’s already 10:40!" Annette called from her closet.
Cassidy rolled her eyes and headed back to Annette’s room, "Why don’t you just wear something you bought? That’s what I’m doing!"
"Hmm. No I’m good."
"Then why did you go shopping!?" Cassidy asked surprised.
"Because the mall was calling my name!" Annette said pulling something out of her drawer.
"I bet it was, so watcha wearing?"
Annette smiled mischievously, "This." She held up a pair of green high heels in her right hand and a pair of yellow skinny jeans and a green jacket in the other.
Cassidy smiled, "Sweet."

"HONK HONK!" Cassidy rushed to the window only to see a long black limo awaiting them. At the same time of the "honk" Annette’s phone went off, so did Cassidy’s.
Cassidy flipped open her phone, "Hello?"
"COME ON!" She heard a chorus of yells.
"WE ARE!" She yelled back then hung up the phone.
"Hello?" Cassidy heard Annette answer her phone.
Two seconds later Annette laughed, "HOLD YOUR HORSES!" She tapped "end call" on her iphone, "Three very handsome guys are waiting for us outside."
"I know!" Cassidy squealed, but her happiness faded, "And we’re shower less! Thank God for Abercrombie perfume."
"That’s the way the cookie crumbles!" Annette stuck out her tongue then looked Cassidy up and down, "But I must say, you look ravishing!"
"I know. Don’t I?" Cassidy looked down at her outfit. She was wearing black leggings, dark blue flats, a jean skirt, and her new navy Hollister sweater.
The girls started walking down the stairs when Cassidy’s cell started ringing again, "What?" She asked into the phone.
"You guys are as slow as snails!" She heard Joe’s voice yell- then the line went dead.
"He hung up on me!’ Cassidy said shocked.
"Who? Joe?" Annette asked grabbing her purse off the couch
"Ya!" Cassidy said pulling her hair in a quick "half up half down" do.
Annette laughed then took a breath, "Are you ready?"
"Of course." Cassidy opened the door, "Our chariot awaits."

Cassidy and Annette stepped into the limo, "Wow." Cassidy said breathlessly, "This is so amazing." She marveled at the shiny black interior, the continually changing colored lights, the sparkle of the glass floor, and the three boys sitting against the left side of the limo.
"Did you break wind? Cause this just blows me away!" Annette said examining the limo too.
"Good one." Joe laughed.
"Ladies," Kevin said motioning for the girls to sit across from them.
"You guys!" Cassidy exclaimed, "This is so amazing, you get to do this all the time!?"
"No," Nick said, "Only to like premieres, we’d rather be sitting in the SUV, less blinding if you know what I mean." He pointed to the lights which were changing a painful bright blue.
"Ya, but it’s still amazing!" Annette said in awe. The limo started moving.
"Speaking of amazing, you guys look great!" Joe said smiling.
"You guys look adorable yourself." Cassidy said turning red- she’ll love Joe no matter what. Nick grinned and laughed, "Did the sun just come out?" Cassidy started…
"Or did you just smile at us?" Annette finished… everybody busted up.
"No seriously, you guys look great!" Cassidy said sincerely- because they all really did.
"Yes, loving the shoes Kevin," Annette said pointing to Kevin’s black boots.
"What’s with all the compliments?" Nick asked.
"Nothing, it’s just wow, this is so cool, do you guys do this to all the fans you run into?" Cassidy asked jokingly.
Joe shook his head, "Nope, just the ones we can’t get rid of."
"How rude!" Annette said mouth opened.
"I was joking!" Joe said, "Don’t worry, It’s all cool."
"You wouldn’t know cool we locked you in a freezer!" Annette said joking.
"Oh, point one for Annette!" Nick laughed.
"That was a bad burn dude," Kevin said disappointed at Joe.
"That’s fine, I’ll get you back Annette, just wait." Joe said with an "I-don’t-care" look on his face.
"Is that a threat or a challenge?" Annette said leaning toward Joe.
"Both." He simply said.
"And the pressure’s on!" Cassidy announced.
"So, did you guys get enough sleep last night?" Nick asked.
"Yup! Bright eyed and bushy tailed!" Annette smiled and glanced at Cassidy- because they both knew that she was lying.
"Great!" Nick replied
"You girls won’t believe what we got set up inside!" Kevin exclaimed, "We picked everything to the flavor of the cake to the colors of the tables.
"You’re making me nervous!" Cassidy said biting her fingernail.
"And we’re pulling out in front of the black carpet so you’ll follow us after we get out the limo, okay?" Nick said going over the game plan.
"What!?" The girl’s said at the same time.
"We are?" Annette asked surprised, "I didn’t know that!"
"Well now you do." Joe said, "Don’t let the paparazzi blind you too bad- they give that affect on some people."
"Paparazzi?" Cassidy asked nervously.
"Well of course, and like all the news stations." Kevin added.
"You guys aren’t helping!" Annette said turning red.
"It’s okay! You guys will be fine, Big Rob will be with us and if you just stick with us, it’ll be okay- we promise!" Nick reassured.
"Whatever you say." Cassidy said – now starting to pray she doesn’t do something stupid like trip.
"Here we are!" Joe said while they pulled up to the Virgin Mobile Center.
"Let’s do this thing!" Kevin clapped.

Blinding lights flashed as the driver opened the door. Kevin stepped out followed by Joe then Kevin. They smiled and waved at the cameras.
"Are you ready Cass?" Annette asked nervously.
Cassidy sighed and nodded, "Lets do this!"
Kevin and Nick held out their arms. Annette smiled and locked arms with them.
Joe held out his arm to Cassidy," Madam", Joe said. Cassidy wrapped her arm around Joe's and laughed.
Annette and Cassidy glanced at each other, sighed and look around at all the lights, screaming fans, and publicity. These boys were definitely living the dream!

The boys strolled down the black carpet covered with gold JB logos arm in arm with Annette and Cassidy.
"Jonas Brothers, Jonas Brothers!!" an annoying reporter yelled over the many others. The boys smiled and stepped closer to him.
"Chad Leighman,I run my own website. I’m doing an article about the Best bands out there!" Chad smiled.
"Nice to meet you Chad, I’m Kevin." Kevin said.
"I’m Nick, nice to meet you." Nick barley smiled.
"Nice to meet you, I’m Joe." Joe said.
"So who's dating who?" Chad eye-balled Annette and Cassidy.
"Oh no, they're just friends!" Joe laughed.
"I see. . ." Chad examined Annette, "Well it sure doesn't look like it. Would a friend be wearing that?" he pointed at Annette's neck.
She was wearing a black heart shaped necklace with a picture of Kevin pasted on the front.
"I don’t think 'friends' is the correct word for that." Chad smiled.
The girls saw the expression on they boys faces and new they had nothing to say. Nothing that won't make them look like liege that is.
Cassidy and Annette weren't about to let their boys go down like that.
"Aw, what’s wrong with my necklace?" Annette glared.
"No I was just-", the reporter started.
"Are we really judging people by how they look," Cassidy interrupted. "or what their wearing? Because we could judge back."
"Black shoes with a brown belt? I don't think so!" Annette said.
"Sorry, we’d hate to go, but we must. Thanks for the interview though." Cassidy fake smiled.
The girls did a little handshake, snapped and blew a kiss.
Cassidy and Annette walked away with Joe, Nick, and Kevin behind them, leaving the Chad stunned, wondering what just happened.

Nick walked in between Cassidy and Annette, "A little harsh guys."
"Whatever, he was getting on our nerves anyway," Annette crossed her arms.
"Well let's just hope he doesn't give us a bad name in his article," Kevin said worried.
"Hey, you guys didn't do anything," Cassidy said, "If anyone’s going down its us."
"Well we don’t want you guys to go down," Joe said.
"Its better us than you," Annette said.
"Plus, your fans won't believe you guys did anything bad," Cassidy smiled, "You guys are really like the nicest guys ever!"
Annette coughed, "Except for Joe!"
"I’m sorry what was that?" Joe stepped in front of Annette crossing his arms.
"Oh I just have something in my throat," Annette smiled.
Nick laughed, "Score 2 for Annette!"
"Not that this isn't fun guys but I think we should stop talking," Kevin said noticing people staring at them.
All the rest of the carpet was fun. The boys took pictures by themselves, group shots, and even took some with Cassidy and Annette. The two girls were imagining they themselves were stars, posing for the camera, waving at their fans. Paparazzi were flashing away while interviewers were giving them a who-are-you-supposed-to-be look. They reached the end of the carpet. The boys did one last interview, took a few more photos, and then it was party time!

The group walked inside and suddenly everyone started screaming.
"Oh." Cassidy started,
"My." Annette continued
"GOD!" The started screaming along with the crowd.
"This is so awesome!" Cassidy grabbed and shook Joe’s arm
Annette looked at all three of the boys, "How did you guys do this?!" She grinned. She looked at everything around her: tons of celebs- some in which she knew and others in which she didn’t, and everything was JB themed!! Their faces were everywhere! A Jonas brothers pinball machine, juke box (with all Jonas songs of course), a dance floor, huge posters hanging from the ceiling, a gigantic cake with what looked like fifty candles on it, shelves upon shelves of their new CDs, a long black table with three sharpies and stack of posters ready to be autographed, and a huge white screen showing a never ending slide show of the JB starting from "then" and "now."
"Like I said, we have connections." Kevin said slyly.
"Well I want to know where your connections are," Cassidy said, "because my bedroom NEEDS to be like this." She laughed.

One by one the boys were dragged away from Cassidy and Annette.
"Hey Nick," Miley came over, "Come on let's dance!"
You couldn't tell if he wanted to or not but he stood up and followed her into the crowd.
"Kevin," Mr. Jonas said to him, "We need your help on stage, can you please come?"
"Yea sure," Kevin said.
Joe, Cassidy, and Annette were left alone, there they stood for about five minutes just talking when Cassidy got a "great" idea.
"You guys wanna go dance?" Cassidy asked.
"Sure," Annette said. She and Cassidy stood up.
"You coming Joe?", Cassidy asked.
"Of course!" Joe smiled, "I’m the life of this party!" He put his arm around Cassidy, "Lets go!"
"Oh and what about me?" Annette said.
"What about you?" Joe asked.
"My shoulders lonely!" Joe stared at her blankly, "Fine I don’t want to dance with you, I’ve changed my mind." Annette said, sticking her nose in the air.
"Oh good! Does this one work better?", Joe laughed and then shook his head, "I was joking." turned and left to the dance floor with Cassidy.
"Ooh, score 3 for Joe," someone said behind her.
Annette turned around to find Nick and Miley."What are you keeping score?" Annette laughed.
"Yea," Nick smiled, "I’m on your side FYI."
"Oh really?" Annette asked, "What happened to your brotherly love?"
"Joe’s not my real brother, he was adopted." Nick shrugged and laughed.
"Nick, introduce me to your friend!" Miley smiled.
"Oh," Nick started, "This is-"
"Annette." Annette finished for him, "And I so know who you are, you’re Miley Cyrus! You’re awesome!" Annette smiled sweetly.
"Oh thanks!" Miley put her hand on her heart.
"No seriously, you’re great! I love your work!"
"Aw, stop, I don’t need all that praise." Miley glanced at nick, "Where did you meet Nick?"
"Um," Annette smiled, "yesterday?"
"Yesterday!?" Miley looked surprised, "Where?"
"I met her and Cassidy – the girl with Joe," Nick motioned toward the dance floor, "at the mall. No big deal."
"Oh, that’s cool." Miley said not too sure what Nick was talking about, "Well do you want to come dance with us?"
"He can’t." a voice said, Miley, Nick, and Annette turned around to see Kevin and Mr. Jonas, "We have to cut the cake now, Nick, go find your Joseph." Mr. Jonas said.
"Yeah, meet us over," Kevin pointed to the huge black table with the even bigger cake on it, "there."
"Okay." Nick nodded, he started walking toward the big group of dancing people, Annette and Miley following.
"OMIGOSH!" Miley shrieked, she started to run to who seemed to Annette like Vanessa Anne Hudgens, then she stopped and looked at Nick, "May I? It’s V, I haven’t seen her in forever!"
"No one’s stopping you." Nick said and Miley left.
"Wow." Annette said aloud.
Nick sighed, "Yup."
"Anyways, this party is so cool! You guys did great at planning it!" Annette changed the subject.
"Really?" Nick asked surprised, "it’s good? I’m not good at planning parties."
"Yes! Really good! The biggest party I’ve ever been to was at the bowling alley, talk about "spare me!"" Annette laughed.
Nick laughed then spotted Cassidy, "Hey!" He yelled through the music.
Cassidy turned around, waved and smiled, "Hi!" she mouthed and motioned for Annette and Nick to come over.
"Who’s she with?" Annette asked – because she didn’t see Joe.
"I don’t know- " Nick looked closer, "oh, that’s Jason Dolley, Emily Osment, and Selena Gomez." Nick said as they approached the group.
Annette fanned herself, "Selena Gomez? I love her! She’s my idol!"
"Like you loved Miley?" Nick asked eyebrow raised.
"No, I’m not lying this time!" Annette laughed.
"Hi guys!" Cassidy smiled once Nick and Miley where there.
"Hey Nick." Selena, Emily, and Jason said.
Nick waved, "Hi, how’s it going?"
"You know, just finishing the first season of Wizards." Selena gleamed.
"Ya, me too, but with Hannah Montana." Emily smiled.
"Cool." Nick replied, "So, I see you’ve met Cassidy."
"Yeah!" Cody nodded, "Joe ditched her."
"He did not!" Cassidy shot back, "he left!"
"Left where?" Annette asked confused.
"Umm to go with that one guy, Rodney?"
Nick laughed, "Rooney."
"Yeah!" Cassidy jumped, "him!" She was interrupted by a voice,
"Nick Jonas! Nick Jonas! You’re needed to cut the cheese, I mean cake!" The microphone blasted with Joe’s voice.
Nick blushed, "Oh God! JOE!" He ran over to the stage where Joe and Rooney were laughing their guts out.

Everyone in the room was gathered around the cake, waiting for Joe to light it.
"Joe, i don't think this is such a good idea." Kevin said wearily.
"Yeah, remember at my seventh birthday? You almost lit the house on fire..." Nick laughed.
"Dude, that was like forever ago, I'm more mature now." Joe said taking a match from the table, "Watch and learn."
Joe took the match and struck it against the black paper, he held the match so the flame was downward Cassidy realized this and yelled, "JOE! HEAT RISES!" but before he heard her the match was already to Joe's fingers, he yelled, "OUCH!" as the fire burned his fingers and Joe threw the match on the table. Bad idea because the table cloth was paper- of course- and it immediately caught on fire. The room started screaming and suddenly a huge siren went off- the fire alarm. "Oh crap!" Joe said starting to freak out a little.
"Way to go!" Kevin punched Joe's arm... five security guards came up with a few buckets of water when suddenly the sprinklers went off. Everybody started to panic when suddenly Joe's friend Rooney grabbed the mic and said, "A little rain never hurt! Let's DANCE!" He started to play a song and everybody took the hint, they all started laughing and dancing.
"Omigosh!" Cassidy said surprised, "This is the weirdest party in the world.
Annette laughed, whipping away her wet hair from her face, "Way to surprise the crowd you guys."
"We didn't plan this!" Nick said.
The security guards and managers where running around the party telling people to calm down, the funny thing is that no one was freaking out anymore, they all were dancing to Don't Take My Heart and Put It On The Shelf- the JB's new hit. Everyone was having fun- except Miley.
"No!" Miley screamed, MY TOP IS SEE THROUGH!" she ran into the girl's bathroom shielding herself.
The Jonas Brothers laughed with Annette and Cassidy when suddenly they stopped and Nick stuck his hand out to Annette, "Dance?"
Annette shrugged and then quickly whispered to Cassidy, "Looks like we got a shower after all" Cassidy laughed and watched Nick lead Annette to the dancefloor.
"Care to dance?" Joe asked Cassidy.
"Of course!" Cassidy replied laughing. She looked at Kevin, he looked so cute all drenched and she realized he had no one to dance with, "Join us?" She said smiled.
Kevin was about to say yes when Skye appeared and said, "No, I'll dance with him."
"Whoa! Where did you come from?" Kevin asked surprised.
"Heaven!" Skye laughed, "No! I was looking for you! I arrived like ten minutes ago, just in time to see Joe light everything on fire!"
"Yeah... My brother." Kevin smiled, "I'm so glad you mad it."
"What are we going to do? Just stand here?" Skye said sweetly, "Let's go!" She pulled Kevin to the dance floor.

*BEEP BEEP* Annette's alarm rang. She rolled over and smacked it off. She saw Cassidy lying on the mattress beside her, deep in a sleep. Annette looked around her room. The autographed posters, goodie bags, and Joe's jacket were sprawled on the floor.
She remembered the great night her and Cassidy had at the boys cd release last night. Joe lighting the place on fire, Nick asking her to dance and the jealousy she felt when she saw Skye and Kevin dancing, Joe giving Cassidy his jacket because she was DRENCHED. Then she suddenly remembered the invite the boys gave them, ''We have a photo shoot for Popstar magazine tomorrow morning at 11am, you guys want to come?'' Kevin's voice echoed in her head.
