CHAPTER 1:To The Concert
I'm getting ready for my first jonas brothers concert. it's 4:55 we're leaving at 5. Omj! i only have 5 min to get ready!!! I put on my brand new black converse on a gave one last flip of my hair grabbed my camera my jonas brothers cd and my poster and ran out the door. I got in our car and waited for my mom. In about 2 hours i would be seeing my favorite band!!! Maybe just maybe i'll meet them!!! So we leave and a long hour finally goes by and we are in the parking lot of the concert!!!!!
CHAPTER 2: The Concert
I'm sitting in my seat trying to pass the time. "Mom, can we go look at the t-shirts?" i ask. "Yes, let's go" so i picked out a black nick jonas a little bit longer t-shirt. then we head back to our seats. Demi Lovato opened for them and she was really good. i liked her songs Get Back and Stronger. After she was done performing the jbs did the duet between demi and joe from camp rock. it was awesome. then finally what i had been waiting for!!! the jonas brothers!!!! i screamed myself so hoarse that night. So then we go to the meet and greet. the line was insanley long but i was going to stay. about an hour later a lot of people left b/c the wait was to long and other people had already met them. so it's my turn now, i'm like flipping out inside! i start to walk to the table but Big Rob gets in my way and says "Sorry, the boys are only meeting 200 people and you are 201st." "What!?!" i was so upset. but then Nick said "Let her stay" And Big Rob said "Are u sure?" Yes" "Thanks so much" we got a picture and then they all signed my poster. while they were signing i asked nick, "why did u let me stay?" "Idk ther was just something about u." i gave him a confused look. "A good thing about u." "oh, thanks." "What's ur name?" asked joe. "Lauren." "That's a pretty name." said joe. "Thanks" "why don't u come back to our tour bus with us?" said Kevin. "ok" i was so excited!!!
CHAPTER 3: The Tour Bus
so, we all go in and the place is awesome!!! they all showed me their bunks, and frankie's too. it was cool. so we sit down, and start talking. i was talking about school and my friends who also have ojd. Then joe and kevin left and so it was just me and nick talking. he randomly said to me " Has anyone ever told u that u have the most beautiful eyes?" I was like flipping out inside again. Nick Jonas said i have the most beautiful eyes!!!!! i answered "No." "Well, they should have because it 's true." "Thanks." i said. "So what city are u heading to next?" "We're going to Cincinatti." "cool" i said. he's sooo amazing i thought. all of the sudden he leaned down and kissed me on the cheek.
CHAPTER 4: The Date
so right then and there nick jonas had just kissed me on the cheek. being stupid i said "omj!" "what?" nick asked. "Uh, you just kissed me on the cheek!!!" "Oh,that." we both laughed. "So, uh why don't you go to dinner with us tonight? me, joe, taylor, kevin, and danielle that is. "I'd love to!" "good!' Nick said. so we got ready and got in the limo. we ended up going to this fancy italian restraunt. i had the greates time. we got back into the limo and went back to their hotel that they were staying at and i told nick i should go. "ok, if u have to go... let me give you this" it was his phone number!!!! omj!!! "Thanx this way we can keep in touch!" "yeah that's what people use phones for" nick said. we both laughed again. he was so funny i thought to myself. "Here's mine." 'Thanks" he said. we'll have big rob drive you back to the arena. ok. so me and nick got in the car and we drove. we talked and laughed the whole way to the arena. There was my mom standing there just waiting to ruin my life. i hadn't told her we had left! "omg, i forgot to tell my mom we left!!!" "don't worry we had our assistant tell her before we left." he whispered in my ear. "oh thank you so much, i would've been in so much trouble!" "well here we are." i said. we both got out of the car and kissed me on the lips softly. "Thanks" i said. "no problem, don't forget to call me." he said.
CHAPTER 5: The Sleepover
"Did you have fun tonight?" my mom asked. "Yes!!! i had sooo much fun!!!" i said. "i can't beleive i went on a date with Nick Jonas!!!" "So, what did you guys do?" "First, we went to the tour bus and talked for a while then he invited us to dinner. then we came back. It was amazing!!!!" I can't wait to tell Mabeline what happened!!!" When we got home I called Mabeline (who also has a bad case of ojd). I told her everything but she didn't believe me. "Why don't you spend the night and I can call Nick and prove to you that I have his phone number!" "Ok, let me ask my parents real quick." she said. "Okay." i said. "Yes! I'm allowed!!!" "Awesome! are u coming over now?" "Yeah, is that okay?" "Yep, that's perfect!" "Lauren, Mabeline is here!" my mom yelled. "Kay, i'm coming." i said. "Hey!" "Let's go to my room." "okay. Let's call Nick now!!!" "Okay, here is his number right here on my cell phone!!!" i said.
CHAPTER 6: The Call
"Ok, here it goes." i said. ring ring ring..... "Hello?" Nick answered. "Hey, Nick it's Lauren." "Oh, hey wassup?"Nick asked. "Nothing here. You?"I asked. "Nothing here really we're on our tourbus just hanging out. What's happening with you?" he asked. "I'm just hanging out with my friend Mabeline, remember I told u about her?" "Oh yeah i remeber her she's the one that loves kevin." "Yep, that's her." "Hey ask her if she wants to talk to Kevin." "Yes, I would love to" Mabeline said before i could tell Nick he was on speakerphone. "Ok, here he is." "Hello?" asked Kevin. "OMJ!!! OMJ!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M TALKING TO KEVIN JONAS ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMJ!! OMJ!!! OM- "Wow, big fan i can see." "Yes, she is." I said. "Well we're pulling up to the hotel but i'll make sure Nick calls you tommorrow." "Ok, bye!" we said together. "I LOVE YOU!!!" Mabeline shouted. "He's already hung up." i informed her. "Oh, well." "I told you i had Nick's number!"
CHAPTER 7: School
"Omj! I can't wait to tell everyone about you and Nick!!!" Mabe said. "What!?! You can't tell anyone!!" i yelled. "Why not? You don't want to rub it in everyone's face?" she asked. "No, because that would be mean and I don't want Nick to think the only reason I like him is to rub it in people's faces." I said. "Nick won't even know." "I'm still not telling. If you tell i will NEVER EVER let u talk to Kevin again!!!!" I hollered. "OK, fine. i hope u know that i don't agree with u but i won't tell." "Good." i said. "Well, I have to get to Spanish." "Alright see you later." Mabeline said. I head to my class and i was like a second late and got detention. So then i sit in my seat and pretend to pay attention. "Spanish is so boring." I thought. Next thing i hear is ".....When you look me in the eyes tell me that you love me..." "Oh my gosh!!" i yelled. "What is that?" my teacher yelled. Of course, someone told on me. "It's Lauren's phone." someone said. "Is it your phone, Lauren?" asked the teacher. "Yes, it's mine." (by that time it had stopped ringing.) "Well 2 detentions in 20 minutes that must be a record for you." My teacher said. Then as I'm giving my phone to the teacher, "...When you look me in the eyes..." "Well, are u going to answer it." said the teacher. "What?" i asked. "I said aren't you going to answer it?" I look at the caller id. It said Nick. "Oh, no!" i thought, i can't answer it! Everyone will find out about Nick! "Well?" said the teacher. "Um, i think we should get on with the lesson." i said. "No, answer it." the teacher said." "Um, no really." "No, answer it now." "Hello?" "Hey, Lauren, it's Nick." "Hey, um can i call u back? i'm in school!" "Oh my gosh, i'm soo sorry i didn't know. "Nick said "It's alright, ttyl." I said. "Bye, I love you." Nick said.
CHAPTER 8:The 'L' Word
"Omj!!" I said."Omj what?" my friend Alexis asked. "Oh nothing." I answered quickly. "It sounded more important than an 'oh nothing'." Alexis said. "I uh just overreacted." i said. "ok if u say so." she said sounding unconvinced. "May we continue with the lesson?" my teacher asked. "Yes." i said thankful that the convo was over. I sat there the whole class daydreaming about Nick. "...Nick has the cutest hair...oh, and the most beautiful eyes..." "Lauren?" my teacher asked annoyed. "What? Oh um, what was the question?" I asked slightly embarrassed. "I asked how do you say 16?" she repeated angrly. "Oh, um diez y seis." i answered. "That's right but next time you better pay attention or otherwise it will be detention." she said. "Ok." i answered not really paying attention to her anymore. I was thinking about what Nick had said. The bell rang and i went straight to the bathroom to call Nick. Ring..... "Hello?" Nick answered. "Hey Nick it's Lauren." "I thought you said you were in school?" "I am in school but i'm in the bathroom, so I won't get in trouble." I wanted to tell Nick I loved him back but, I thought it my be to early, I had never ever told a boyfriend of mine that I loved him. "Hey do you want to meet at the beach later?" i asked him. "Yeah, I haven't seen those beautiful eyes in a while." Nick said. "How about 4:30?" i asked. "Perfect." he said. "Well, i g2g, i was already late for 1 class today." I said. "Bye." he said. He hung up. I hit redial. "Hey Lauren." he answered. "Ilove you too, Nick." i said then I hung up.
CHAPTER 9: The Beach
"OMJ what am I going to wear?" I yelled to Mabeline. "Why don't you wear your black skinny jeans?" she suggested. "Yes, why didn't I think of those! They're perfect!" I exclaimed. "Ok, you only have 15 minutes till you have to meet Nick." Mabe said. "Ok." i said. "Is my hair ok? How about my make-up? my outfit? Is my-" "You look fine!!!" Mabe yelled. "Sorry, I'm just really nervous." i said. "You have to go down to the beach now or you'll be late!" Mabe said. "OK, this is it." I said. I get down to the beach and i see Nick standing there looking as cute as ever. "Hello Beautiful." Nick greeted me. I blushed like an idiot. "Hey." I managed to say. "So, how was your day?" I asked desperate for conversation. "Pretty good, we wrote a new song called 'LoveBug'. "Awesome, that's for ur new album right?" I asked. "Yeah." he answered. He grabbed my hand and started to sing to me. "...Called you for the first time yesterday, finally found the missin' part of me..." he sang the whole song to me. "OMJ I absolutely love it!" I exclaimed. "Thanks." he said. "Do you want to go out to dinner?" he asked me. "I'd love to." I responded. "I know the perfect place." he said. We ended up at a little resturaunt that looks out on to the ocean. "It's so beautiful." I said. "Just like your eyes." he said. He leaned over and kissed me on the cheek. "I love you, Nick." i said. "I love you too, Lauren. I've never felt this way about anyone before." he said. "Me neither." i said.
CHAPTER 10:
"Nick is leaving in 9 days for the tour." I said to Mabe. "What am I gonna do? I spend everyday with Nick, then he'll be gone for 3 months! I don't think I can handle it." I said. "Well, you should spend every second with him that you have left instead of complaining to me about how much time you have left to be with him." she responded. "Good point but, he's packing and doing stuff to get ready for the tour." I said. "Well, I'm sure you'll find some time to hang out together." she said. "I sure hope so." i said. "....When you look me in the eyes..." "Hello?" i said without looking at the caller id. "Hey, I want you to come meet me at the beach in 20 minutes, ok?" Nick said quietly. "Um, sure." I answered. "Why?" i asked curiously. "I have to go you'll find out later ok?" he said in a hurry. "Look, I gotta go, love you." he said, then hung up. I turned to look at Mabe, "I guess I have to meet Nick in 20 min."
CHAPTER 11: Meeting Nick
I reached the beach a few minutes early because I couldn't stand to wait much longer. Nick was already there. "Hey, wassup?" I said cooly. "Hello beautiful, long time no see huh?" Nick said quietly. "Yeah, i guess so." I responded. "So, what did you need?" I asked. "Oh, I have to leave in the three days for the tour instead of nine." he said and looked as if he was thinking very hard. "What!?! Why!?!" I asked quickly. "Our manager made us add six more concerts to the tour." he answered. "So..." I said trying to break the silence. "So, let's spend every waking moment together." he finished for me. "Alright." I said softly. "I'm sorry, I tried to stop it but they wouldn't let me." he said. "It's alright you tried. let's just have fun now, ok?" I asked. "Yeah, good idea. So, what do you want to do?" he asked. "We could go see a movie." I suggested trying to hide my sadness from him. Nick's phone started to vibrate. "Hold on one minute, Lauren." he said politely. "Ok." I said. "Um, I don't think we'll be able to go out tonight." he said after he hung up the phone. "Why?" I asked curiously. "We have an interview and a photoshoot at 6:30 and it's already 5:52. Big Rob is on his way to pick me up." I love you." And he left me standing there wondering what to do.
CHAPTER 12: The Email
After a half hour of sitting on the sand thinking, I decided to go home. It was already past dinner at my house, and my mom was freaking out of course. "Why didn't you tell me you were going to the beach?" my mom demanded. "I'm sorry, mom I thought I told you I was going." "You could have at least taken your phone!!!!" "Sorry, I had it but it must have been on vibrate." She didn't say anything after this, she just got up and heated my dinner for me. "Thank you." I said but it was only as loud as a whisper. After I ate, I ran up to my room and emailed Mabe.
Here's what I wrote:
hey mabe! It's Lauren. I went to go see what Nick wanted, he told me that they're starting the tour six days earlier! he tried to convince them to not add any dates to the tour (that's why it's starting early) but his manager said no. Then after that we decided to hang out but Big Rob called him and said he had to leave because he had an interview and photoshoot. mabe, idk if i'll be able to deal w/ nick being gone all this time. maybe i should break up with him. ~Lauren
CHAPTER 13: Broken Heart?
15 minutes later Mabeline responded. here's what she wrote:
Hey Lauren! omj that sucks about him leaving earlier! you can't break up with him!! it's not his fault! You 2 look sooo cute 2gether! maybe if u came to my house and spent the night it would keep your mind off of him? i mean don't feel like u have 2 but if u want come on over! i wish there was something i could do 4 u and nick! sry... ~Mabe
Maybe I will go over to Mabe's house, I thought. She's probably right, I'll probably forget all about it. i packed my stuff went downstairs, and this time I told my mom where I was going and left. I got to her house and alreafy felt relieved. For a minute...then everything reminded me of him. His eyes, his hair, his voice everything. Mabe didn't seem to notice so I didn't tell her how i was feeling. I didn't know what to do. He was the first bf I had told that I truly loved them. I don't want to break his heart over a tour.
CHAPTER 14: Misery
The next day full day i could spend with Nick. We were suppossed to go to the mall. But, he had to go to a last minute radio show with radio disney. So, I went home and logged on to jbf. It's funny when my dream-meeting and going out with Nick Jonas- hadn't come true yet i was very over obssessive of him and his brothers. I was on for a few minutes then decided to log off. I couldn't tell anyone about Nick anywyay. So I sat in front of the tv not really watching it, just staring at it. I flip to Disney Channel, naturally Livin the Dream was on, the one about Nick's diabetes. I watched it for a minute and decided I can't just sit around like this. I'm not wasting a perectly good Saturday in misery. I called Mabeline and asked if she wanted to go to the mall. She wasn't allowed. Then I called my other friend Alexis but she was busy too. So, I went up to my room and turned on my ipod. The first song that came on was Hello Beautiful. That was really sad. That's how Nick had always greeted me... Is there anything that doesn't remind me of him! I decided to read Breaking Dawn (Twilight Series) "....And so Edward leaned down and kissed me...." I can't even read my book!! This is ridiculous! ...when you look me in the eyes... "Hello?" I answered. "Hey Lauren, it's Mabe still up for the mall?" she asked. "YES!!!" I yelled. "Wow, you really want to go out, don't you?" "Yeah, it's Nick. Meet me at my house?" i asked. "Yeah i'm already on my way." Mabe said. "Kay, see you in few minutes." "Bye." Thank God, I thought I can finally get out of the house and stop thinking about Nick for a few hours. "Hey Mabe, let's get out of here." I told her all the things that happened this morning that made me think about Nick. We reached the mall. Everything was fine untill we went into claire's. They had a sale on everything jonas. Mabe just wheeled around and we went back down and out of the mall. "I can't do anything without thinking about him." I said. Once we were in her car, I said. "It's hard dating a huge celebrity." "Maybe I should drop you off at Nick's house." she suggested. "He's not home, he's at radio disney do-" "...when you look me in the eyes..." "Hey Nick! wassup? how was the radio show? Are you home yet?Are yo-" Woah, Lauren don't flip out. We're still at the studio. But, we got a break and I haven't heard your voice all day. So, I had to talk to you! How's your day?" he asked. "I miss you soo much.. everything I do reminds me of you. I'm soo glad you called!" I exclaimed. "Well, I wanted you to invite to my house and help me pack and hang out before i leave." "That sounds fun." I said. "I better go they're coming back. I love you, Lauren." he said. "I love you more than you know. Bye." I said.
CHAPTER 15: Nick's House
I couldn't sleep if my life depended on it. I was both excited and disapointed about going to Nick's house tommorrow. I was excited because well i was going to get see him for the first time in a long time. I was disapointed because I would have to say goodbye to him for three months. I looked to see what time it was and my clock said 5:30am. I decided I wouldn't be able to sleep considering I haven't all night. So, i took a shower, blow-dried, and straightened my hair. I had so much time it ended looked really good. I picked out an outfit I decided to wear a pair of blue denim skinny jeans and a gray/black tunic. I looked in the mirror it seemed appropriate. I slid on my converse and got my purse. I went downstairs and waited. By that time it was 7:30am. Big Rob was coming to get me at 8am. So I turned on the tv to mtv. They were actually playing music videos for once. They were playing Demi Lovato's new video "Lala Land", it was pretty good. Then they played "Burnin' Up" by that time Big Rob was at my door. The ride to Nick's house was as long as what seemed like an eternity. When we pulled into his driveway it felt like Heaven. There he was standing so perfectly waiting for me a huge grin on his face. I didn't even wait for Big Rob to open my door for me, I was too excited to wait. I ran torward Nick and put my arms around him and hugged him tightly. "I love you Nicholas Jerry Jonas!" I shouted. He hugged me back and said "I love you too, Lauren Nicole Jonas!" We both laughed. It was so easy being myself with Nick. Still in his arms, he said, "we better get started packing." "Yeah." I said a little sadness in my voice but luckly Nick didn't pick up on it. After an hour or so, we were finished and we had the rest of the time until he leaves to hang out. "I have a surprise for you." he whispered. I turned around to look at him to see if he was kidding. It didn't look like he was. "You know I hate surprises!" I told him. "I know you do, but I think you'll like this one." he said a smirk spreading across his perfect face. "Here read this." he handed me a note that said my name in his slanted printing. Here's what it said:
Dear Lauren,
I have a big surprise for you. Yes, I know that you don't like surprises but I couldn't resist and I believe you might actually like this one. Once I tell you, you won't believe me at first I'm sure. Well here is the surprise. You are coming with me for three months on tour!-
I stopped reading right there and stared at him in astonishment. He looked back at me with a big smile and asked, "Did you read the whole thing or did you stop at the surprise?" he asked intently. I didn't answer I just went back to reading.
-That's right you're coming on our tourbus with us! Don't worry about anything, it's all been taken care of. You'll be able to do school with me on the bus. Your parents didn't mind. I've had you going since October! It's January, honey! That's a long time to keep a secret-especially for me i'm not very good at it - Do you honestly think I could stand to be away from you for 3 months? I love you too much for that. Anway, we'll go back to your house and pack everything you'll need for 3 months. You know stuff like your toothbrush, hairbrush, your best friend, clothi-
I stopped again and asked, "I can bring Mabe?" "Of course! It would be very selfish for me to take you from your very best friend! I also figured she would want to come because of Kevin." he said. I laughed. "You have to finish the note!" he yelled. "Ok." i said.

I complained to him, "Another surprise?" "Yes, but a small one." I groaned, but did as he had written. He placed somehting in the palm of my hand. "Open." In my hand was a small light blue ring box. I opened it and there was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen. It had a gold band with a heart-shaped rhinestone in the center. "It's so beautiful, Nick! Thank you! But, you didn't have to do-" Nick cut me off." I didn't have to do it because I had to do it, I wanted to do it! Oh, and look at the left side of the ring. It was engraved. On the left side it said Nick and on the right side it said Lauren. The heart-shaped rhinestone was between the engravings. "Oh, I-I Nick I-I don't w-w-what to s-s-say..." "Shhhh.... you don't have to say anything. I'm just glad you liked it your mo-" I cut him off. "Nick I didn't just like it i loved it! It's the sweetest thing anyone's ever got me." "That's very nice of you. Anyway, your mom picked the ring out, I figured she probabably knew what you liked better than I would. I thought of the engravings myself though. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you, it's a purity ring, I know you kept asking your mom if you could go out and look at them." Nick told me. "Nick your the sweetest guy on the planet! I love you so much!" I exclaimed. "I love you more than life itself!" We laughed. "Hey we better get to your house and get your things." he said. "What about Mabe?" i asked. "She and her things are already packed and ready to go. Now, we'll help you pack and get out of here!" he said sounding extremely excited. He grabbed my hand in his, I felt his ring against mine, and right there and right then I finally knew what love felt like.
