Lovebug

Intro

Hey the name is Taylor-Marie. Im pretty much just you average girl but recently everything has changed. New home in a new state, new school, new dad. Its like someone pushed the reset button on my life and changed everthing. This transition has been kind of hard. Leaving behind my besties Destiny, Cara, and Sarah, and having to leave my dad was the worst. My mom constantly tells me "Tay Tay just relax everything is going to be fine. You can make new friends and start everying over on a good note." Each time I'll tell her "How can you be so sure? I know things back home wasn't the best for me especially with the mean kids always hating and teasing me but it was my besties that kept me from heading down the wrong direction and even though I cant see my real dad anymore everday anymore he was just right around the corner when I needed him for something big or small." Even thought I knew nothing was gonna be the same I know I have to be strong for my mom and especially for my brother Hayden because if I continue to be negative about everything it my just rub off on him and that wont make things better. So for the sake of this family staying together I got to tough it out and maybe just maybe mom would be right and everything will be fine.

Chapter 1

So it's the first day in my new neighborhood. It's called Westlake and even though I kept tellin' myself that I would hate the idea of moving to a new neighborhood, I have to admit I was pretty nice. As we pulled up to out new house the rest of the Uhaul trucks had to turn around and back up in the drive way so we can start unloading our things. The moment I went in my new house I headed start for my room, since I never seen it before, to see what I could do to the place. As I was  unpacking some boxes in my room I couldn't help but notice one of the most cutiest boys ever. He had curly hair, the cutest face you'll ever see, even though he had on a tank top you could tell he had a nice body, and his arms were amazing. From the first glance of him I quickly thought to myself "Wow looks like mom was right. Things are starting to get better already." I turn my attention away from him for a moment thinking I heard something and when I looked back him and the other boys, who I guess are his brothers, were heading back into their house. I guess they were checking out the new neighbors in town. It was later on that afternoon and we were almost done unpacking and my bro Hayden came up to me. "Taylor I saw how your eyes were glued to the boy across the street. Why didn't you go over there and introduce yourself since it was clearly written all over yourface that you were dying to meet him." I couldn't believe him, even though our surrondings have changed it's nice to know that atleast one person stayed to same. I tried to reply but I was to embarrased. I could just since my whole face turning completely red. So I did what anybody body would do...I change the subject. "Hey Hayden how about you give me a lil tour of your room." I asked. "Sure" he replied. So we went up stairs  and he gave me a quick tour of his room and after it was done he got all MTV Cribs on me and kicked me out like that. The house was amazing but I was still wondering why mom never brought us here before we moved. I loved every single inch of this place and one of the best things about the house was the extra room mom and Robert (my step-dad) let me use as a studio plus it is sound proof. I walked back to my room still thinking about the boy from before. I got to my room and notice that the boy house across the street had a light on in one of the up stairs rooms. It seem like I kept seeing a small figure moving about in the room. Not to sound all stalker like but I took some binoculars and took and quick peek. To my surprise it was him again. Since it was late I had a pretty good guess what he was doing..........and I was right. He was shirtless and waist wraped with a towel with the water still drippin' down his body. So you can clearly see he just stepped out the shower. I wanted to look away but the site was to good and like Hayden said my eyes were glued to the boy across the street. I mean he was lookin's pretty good. So I finally put the binoculars down and layed on my bed and wonder to myself just who is this boy who I can't get out of my mind. Times goes by and eventually I started to feel sleepy so I said my prayers and hoped that tomorrow will be as good as today so I kicked off my slippers and got under the covers and eventually off the sleep I went. It was a great first day in my new neighborhood of Westlake of Dallas,Texas and great way to kick off my new life. Even though I didn't meet any new people tomorrow is a new day.

Chapter 2 *Author Note-I dont know Demi's mother real name so I made one up

I woke up this morning the smell of beacon and pancakes floating in the air. So I got up and did the everyday morning routine. Shower, brush my teeth, and do the morning hair look etc. As I made my way down stairs I notice more voices then usual. Turns out the neighbors made there way here already,not that it was a bad thing because I wanted to meet them. As I continued the head down the steps I slowed down the pace the try and pick up on any teen voices. I heard one girl and a little kid. I finally hit the end of the steps seeing my neighbors for the first time and they were all smiles. While I was still checking out the new people in my living room I notice Hayden was already down getting to kno the teen girl and little boy. Mom was quick to introduce me. "Denise, Sarah, Demi, and Frankie this is my daughter Taylor-Marie but we just call her Taylor. Taylor this is Denise and Frakie Jonas and Sarah and Demi Lovato." mom said. "Hey nice to meet you" Demi said to me. "Like wise" I replied. I could tell from Demi's voice that she could sing. Also come to find out Denise is my neighbor across the street which of course means she is that boys mother. " I wish you could have met my other boys but there gone with there father to go do something but they'll be back soon though" Mrs. Jonas said to me.  I left the room for a moment to go get my share of breakfast and when I came back I could tell by the look on Demi face she was hope for a way to get out of the parental talk so I asked her did she wanted to go upstairs with me. "Hey Demi wanna go to my room?" "Sure, I thought you would never ask." she answered. So we got to my room and while I was eating my breakfast we chatted and surprisingly quickly bonded. We mostly conversated about our love for music an she even told me that she wrote a song called "Get Back" and was writing a song called "Two Worlds Collide" for her bestie Selena for her b-day. She sang a couple of lines for me and she sounded very good. "See Demi like you I want to write songs as great as you but I doubt if I could." says me. "Just have faith in yourself and my music and just write whats from your soul."Demi replied. One of the things I really like about Demi is that she wasn't a totall prep and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty once in a while. After a few minutes later we decided to go for a walk around the neighborhood and Demi was gonna show me around so  it was a good way to see what was here. The moment we got outside I notice the boys were geting back from what ever they were doing ealier today. Demi all of a sudden calls them and I got so nervous. "Hey guys. Joe,Nick, and Kevin this is Taylor. Taylor this is Nick, Kevin, Joe."said Demi. So Nick is his name and what a beautiful name it was."Hi" I nervously said. "Nice to meet you" Kevin said to me. Joe-"So where are you guys heading" Demi-"Just going for a walk and Im showing Taylor around". "Hey guys get back here I need your help over here!" their dad yell from across the street. Nick-"Well I guess we gotta go so we will see you guys later" Demi-"Alrite bye". Demi-"So Taylor I saw the way you were lookin' at Nick." Me-" Wat are you talkin' about?" Demi-"Oh come on just tell me do you like him or not?". Me-"Well he is pretty hot and everything but it's kinda early for me to be thinking about some guy I dont even know." Demi-"I see where your comming from". So as we continued to walk around she started telling me about here friend Selena and that was where we was headed. Demi-"She awesome. Crazy funnay and has awesome fashion sense." Me-"Cant wait to meet her." She also started to talke about how Nick wasn't available and was dating some lame preppy princess named Meaghan. It took a few minutes but we finally reached Selena's house and what a pretty house it was. Selena seem to be skate boarding and she was really good. Demi-"Hey girl see your on that board as usual." Selena-"Hey. Who's the new girl?" Me-"Im Taylor. Im new in the neighborhood. Nice clothes Demi wasn't lying" Selena-"About what?" Me-"She told that you had good taste in fashion" Selena-"Well what can I say,she know how I do" We offered Sel to come with us and she said yes. So she went to got put up her board and came right along. I asked the girls who should I look out for once school starts. Selena-"Stay clear of Meaghan. If you haven't heard already she's Nick Jonas gf and if you haven't heard of him he is one of our good friends." Demi-"I told about them already" Selena-"Oh but yea stay away from her. She is major bad news and always tries to get her way no matter what it takes. Last week she stole a teachers cell and framed me by putting it in my locker" Me-"What! Are you serious?" Demi-"Oh trust it's true." Me-"Now that is seriously messed up". I couldn't believe what I was hearing with my own two ears. In the middle of our walk we decided to head back and on the way I notice some girl head in our direction. It was the terrible Meghan and as we cross pathes she purposely rammed into Selena spilling some grape juice all over Selena rainbow hoddie(which was so cute). By the look on Selena and Demi face this was about to turn ugly.

Chapter 3

Selena-"You hag. You did that on purpose." Meaghan-"And you point is?" Selena-"My Point is now Im gonna rearrange your entire face and put your lips where your butt should be." Meaghan-"Ooowww Im so scared." Demi-"You should be" Meaghan-"Dont be so uptight guys I mean seriously anything makes that outfit look better.(spills more grape juice on Selena) See." Selena was clearly getting pissed by the second and before you know it WAM. Selena threw the first punch and it was a direct hit in the face. Now I have to admitt for a preppy princess Meaghan sure can throw a mean left hook. She got a few punches in herself. The fight was starting to get out of control. There was hair pulling, rock throwing, and Demi got in the mix. I wanted step in and stop it but I didn't want to make it look like I was defending the enemy. Thankfully out of no more Nick showed up. Nick-"Hey guys break it up!". As much as I wanted to continue to see Meaghan get her face pounded, it had to help it was such and unfair fight. Me-"Come on guys break it up!" Nick-"Stop the fighting NOW!". Finally we were able to break it up. It took a while but we did it. These girl wasn't lying when they said they had a serious hate for this girl. Nick-"What is wrong with you three! Why can't you three get along. I mean you guys use to be friends". Selena-"Maybe because she's a two faced, back stabbing, evil donkey butt face whore".  Meaghan-"Oh what ever. She's probably just mad because I got Nick and she doesn't any more". Selena-"Dont be so sure lil girl because 1 it was me who broke up with him in the first place". Nick-"Well what ever the reason you guys need to stop. Come on seriously, is this fighting worth it?" Meaghan&Selena-"YEAH!" Even thought it was kinda the wrong moment to be thinking this but I couldn't help but think why on Earth would Selena break up with Nick. Also I couldn't help but take notice how hot Nick looked while he was taking charge of the situation. I was enjoying every minute of it. Nick-"Taylor can you please help me out here?". Me-"I'd rather no get too involved but, Selena and Demi has a point. How would you feel if one of your bestfriends up and changed on you all of a sudden they start thinking their better than you and plus Meaghan did start it by spilling the juice on her on purpose at that." Nick-"Well I cant deal with this right now I'm leaving." Meaghan-"Hold on a sec. I'll go with. Bye you losers." Selena-"See there she goes again f***ing with us. When I get on her and beat the s*** out of her again she'll leave us alone."     So as we continued to walk back I was trying to calm the girls down. Eventually we got off the subject and just talked about what we were gonna wear on the first day of school and how much I'll like there other friends Alyson, Chelsea, Miley, and Jasmine. Unfortunatly since Meaghan was headed to Nicks house and the girls with me to my house we couldn't help but continue watch Meaghan annoyingly taunt us behinds Nick's back so believe our minds weren't to far away from wanting to beat her a**. At first I couldn't see why they hated her but now I can see it, she's a total b****. It's really hard to believe they were friends. I definitely have to stand clear of Meaghan. We all finally reached our destinations.

Nick's POV

Nick-"Meg that's not cool how you treat my friends and I heard the things you said to them on the way up here and I don't think I can take it any more." Meaghan-"I agree. I think you shouldn't be friends with Selena or Demi any more." Nick-"What are you crazy. I was talking about us." Meaghan-"So what are you trying to say?" Nick-" Im saying we should take a break for good." Meaghan-"Are you seriously breaking up with me?" Nick-"............Yes" Meaghan-(Slaps Nick across the face), Nick-"WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" Meaghan-"No one breaks up with Meaghan Martin o.k." Nick-" Well Im sorry but I just did. Now please just get out." Meaghan-"Fine but know this, this was the biggest mistake or you life and you'll regret it." Nick-"No the mistake was picking you over my friend for so long."

Chapter 4

While the girls and I were going through my closet trying to for get about what had happen eariler I started to hear screams from outside. They kept getting louder and louder so me and Demi took a look out my window while Sel was still madly in love with my clothes. Me-"OMG! Demi look." Demi-"It's Meaghan big surprise. She's forever keeping fuss." Me-"I know but look who she is fussing at." Demi-"OMG it's Nick." Selena-"What is that skank up to now?" Me-"Well we certainly cant tell from up here but from the looks of it, it's real ugly." Selena-"Maybe we should go over there." Demi-"No, not yet maybe when things could down a bit." Me-"So that's the plan, wait for the hag to leave then we'll see what's up." Selena-"Ok. So what are we suppose to do untill that happens?" Me-Frankie is still here with Hayden. Lets go mess with them. Demi&Sel-"Alrite."

As we sat here playing with Frankie and Hayden I notice that its been a while since I heard to horrible screams of Meaghan. So it caught the attention to see if they were ready to go. Me-"So you guys ready?" Sel-"Yea, I guess." Demi-"So lets go." As we headed across the street me personally I was nervous. I can only imagine how he would act towards us since we were probably the reason for what went down especially with all this drama that has been happing recently. So after a long await here we are standing in front of his front door. Selena-"So whose gonna ring the doorbell?" Me-"I'll do it." Demi-"Go for it" (Ding-Dong)......One second! Joe-"Oh, hey guys whats up." Me-"Um is Nick in?" Joe-"Yea. He's on the balcony outside his room if you haven't notice." Demi-"Oh no he's in his little depress writing mode." Me-"Depress writing mode?" Joe-"It's when he goes into this state when he gets all down and goes on the balcony and starts to write down deep thoughts and evenutally it turns into a powerful song." Selena-"Like the song Sorry he wrote for me." Me-"That must have been some fight between him and Meaghan for him to do that." Joe-"Yeah it was. They broke up." Demi&Selena-"WHAT!" Demi-"Are you serious?" Joe-"Yea." Selena-"Wow I hate to sound excited at a time like this but I'm glad something came through to him to end it." Joe-"He didn't vent or anything but I over heard some of the argument and I heard him saying that he was done picking her over his friends and that was the mistake he made for so long or something like that he said." Me-"Well aren't you the little spy." Joe-"Well if you want your welcome to come in." Selena-"Thanks." As we headed for Nicks room I got all nervous again. I could only imagine what he could be going through or how he would respond now that he's in the whole depressing mode. We got to his room and their he was out the window on the balcony like Joe said. Me-"Hey Nick." Nick-"Hey guys." Selena-"So what wonderful master piece hove you created this time?" Nick-"Nothin." Demi-"Nick we have known you long he enough to know what you do up here." Nick-"Alrite. It's call One Man Show." Me-"Lets here it." Nick-"I'm a one man show. I dont need no one. I'll be fine along, oh yeah. You can call me but, I wont pick up my phone. Cause I'm a one man show, oh yeah! I dont need you girl." Me-"Wow. That's amazing." Demi-"So Nick we already know who's the inspration for this one so what was the reason for the break up?" Nick-"Well I was just fed up. I mean everthing was a big argument wit her. Most of the time over stupid little things." Selena-" Well I hate to say we told you so but WE TOLD YOU SO!" Demi-"Selena stop." Selena-"Im sorry but we tried to tell him this girl was bad news from the start but he didn't listen." Me-"Maybe you did Selena but he doesn't need this right now." Nick-"It's alrite Taylor she's rite. They did but I'm just glad i got out before I did something I would forever regret." Me-"Like what." Nick-"Like breaking up our friendship. Can you believe she actually wanted me to stop being friends with you guys?" Demi-"She's seriously out of it." Nick-" Yeah I know. Well it doesn't matter now besides my head wasn't completely in the realtionship anymore. I've had my mind on someone new recently." My mind began to rush with thoughts just wondering who could it be. From what I know I'm the newest thing here or maybe it's someone who he had feeling for but never said anything. Demi-"So who is it?" Nick-"Now that I can't tell you." Sel-"Why not?!" Nick-"Because I can't and lets leave it at that." So as we all sat there on the balcony we just watch the sunset in complete silence while Nick played his guitar. As we started to leave the Jonas house the thought of Nick's mystery girl was just killing my softly. Wondering is it me or someone else but please let it be me. When I got to my house i quickly ran to my room to call the girls. Selena-"So girls who do you think the new girl on Nicks mind?" Demi-"Maybe it's Chelsea or Alyson." Selena-"Or maybe it's Taylor." Me-"And what makes you so sure besides we barely know each other." Demi-"That maybe true but if he said if he would go with anyone it would be one of his friends and our other friends are just see him as only a friendship thing and your the newest thing here in 3 years so it has to be you." Selena-"good point Demi and plus he has been a little weird since Tay came to town." Me-"But still we barely know each other." Demi-"So get to know him and let me remind you on the first day you said you had a lil crush on him." Me-"Yea but.." Demi-"(interupts) but nothing" Selena-"Yeah girl Demi is right." Me-"Yeah but how would we make a connection everytime I'm around him I get to nervous to say something that makes sense." Demi-"Well we have a football game after school so how about you stay and you just spend the night a my house so your mom wont have to worry about a thing." Selena-"You just have things all planed out dont you." Demi-"Kinda but lets just sleep it on it for tonight and another thing Taylor." Me-"Huh." Demi-"Nick is a really great guy so I'd would consider going for it." Me-" Nice to know but I'll talk to you guys tomorrow. Bye." Demi&Selena-"Bye"
