My first Jonas Brothers Concert

The Jonas Brothers concert in Reading, PA 3-13-08 was AMAZING! And I had the greatest experience of my life! Well first of all we were just about to turn the corner when right before we did JB's bus passed right in front of us. So we followed them to the arena and the guard told us to stop because they had to back up in the parking lot. So when the guard let us drive again we SLOWY went passed the bus and Nick and Frankie were sitting in the front! So I open that window and stuck my head out and waved hi like a manic. YOU THINK THAT WAS AMAZING??? NO! Not even close! Okay well it was about 5pm and the guards said the door would open at 6. So you know we were just hanging out having small talk with some of the other JB fans and their parentals, asking how they got their tickets and such. When we stumbled on to the NICEST PEOPLE ON EARTH! Okay here's how it went!
Sister: Hey did you guys get VIP tickets?
Lady (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name): Yea we actually got meet and greet passes and we won them off the radio.
Sister: Oh wow. We tried doing that too!
Me: Yea
(Me and my siser turn back around, me thinking "I wish I could have won those m&g passes, and couple of seconds later...)
Lady: Hey we actually have an extra meet and greet pass. I was gonna go with my daughter and her two friends but you can have it!
Me: Oh my gosh! Really?
Then I said about about a dozen thank you's. Those people were SUPER NICE! The girls names were Catherine, Sweeny, and Erin so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! OMJ! I can't believe the didn't even get they're mom's name or anything I was gonna send them a card. Okay anyway back to the story. So me and my sister were seperated for about maybe an hour or so because I had to stay with them. So we went downstairs to the VIP lounge. The guy said "Okay were on a time limit here so PICTURES ONLY!" So I was like "oh man". Then we got to go in I was waiting in line it went so quick. I was up next! So Kevin, Nick, and Joe were like "Hello!" and they shook my hand then we were about to take the picture and I was standing in between Kevin and Nick. I was standing with my hands to my side and right before the picture was taken I was thinking "hey I might not be able to have another chance for a while to touch Nick". So I finally just put my hand on his LOWER BACK! MWHAHA! YESS! And it was AMAZING! He grabbed my shoulder too! OMJ! Then Kevin was like "Thank you so much for coming" Nick said "Thank you!" and Joe said "Thank you" too. Then the concert was SPECTACULAR!!!!
HOW WAS THAT FOR A VERY FIRST JONAS BROTHERS CONCERT!! SOMETHING LIKE THAT DOESN'T JUST COME ALONG EVERY CONCERT!! I MEAN DOES SOME STRANGER GIVE YOU A FREE MEET AND GREET PASS?? I AGAIN JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THEMx5BILLION!! AND THANKS TO KEVIN, JOE, AND NICK TOO! !

Okay. Well my brain is like died apparently this summer. So I'm not going to be able to write about my concert. At least not today. But I promise I will soon, someday. Hey guys! I'm so sorry I haven't been on. The Hershey concert was UNBELIEVABLE!! It was truly amazing. And I'd like to thank EVERYONE for making it happen. The stage crew without you that staged wouldn't have rocked out! Tour directors and managers without you everything would be out of place! The band of course!! You guys are amazing and you rocked it all night long! Jack, John, Ryan, GARBO! You guys are awesome! The Jonas and Kibble family for all the love and support! And to the most talented, geniune, outstanding guys in my world Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas! We all love you! Keep on LIVING YOUR DREAM!!! Don't let anything get in your way!! Thank you for an amazing show!! One of the best nights of my life, thanks to all of you! :) ♥Nica

The Hershey concert 7.25.08 was UNBELIEVABLEEE!!!! (I'll detail tomorrow because it's 2 am.) Speaking about 2 am. We JUST got homeee. UGH omg! The traffic was out of control. It took us 40 minutes JUST to get out of the parking lot, 20 minutes to get on the highway, then another hour to home. Oh boy. What a night. More details tomorrow! Chow! |

Isn't the album cover for 'A Little Bit Longer' just so amazing? It makes me the good-kind of sad. :) Its just so incredible how far they've come and how much they've accomplished in such little time. And I've had a blast being there along with them to support. Burning Up Summer Tour 2008

Well, it seems our time together has come to an end. A few days ago my e-mail, ichat, myspace, and paypal accounts were hacked into by an unknown culprit. Some private information made its way to the internet. It was nothing controversial or scandalous, but the mere fact that someone was rummaging through my accounts made me feel like someone was in my house and walking around without me knowing. I wondered why this would happen to me. I'm not famous, nor do i want to be famous. A-ha! But alas, i DO work for someone famous! This blog was originally intended to keep my close friends and family informed of my whereabouts while on tour, but as the Jonas Brother's fame began to take off, so did the hits on this wee little blog. It was fun, and I still tried to write very candidly to give readers an insight as to what it's like to be a professional musician on the road. But I realized this turned me into an unwanted target for exclusive information about the Jonas Brothers. I'm not sure who or how my accounts got broken into, but I'd just rather play it safe and stop before it happens again.
Thanks to everyone who e-mailed me telling me they enjoyed reading my humble thoughts and nonsense. It was great to hear. We had a good run.
As we all slide down the banister of life, may the splinters never face in the wrong direction.
