The Ultimate Vacation

Chapter 1
Today I left Springfield behind. I am traveling with my family to Indiana for our vacation. We are canouing down a river. Well, Dad, Mom, and Blake are. I am staying at the hotel with some of my BFFs since I am deathly afraid of lake water and snakes. While they are twenty minutes away canouing, me, Lizzy, and Myrium (Mymy) are going to shop at the stores near the hotel. The next day we are going to the amusment park, Holiday World. But until then, i'm stuck in a van with six people on a five and a half hour drive. I would be so much more excited about the trip if Lizzy and Mymy got to stay for Holiday World. They are going to be picked up by Lizzy's mom right before we leave for the amusment park to attend a funeral. Since they are cousins, they have the same grandparent who died, so one of them doesn't get to stay with me and keep me company.
"How much longer until we get there?" Blake asked as if he were bored out of his mind.
"About three hours. Blake, how many times are you gonna ask that question in one hour?" my dad answered.
"I don't know. I just want to get out of this van! With Emily, Lizzy, and Mymy in the back seet singing to the Jones Sisters I feel like I could rip out my hair!"
"They're the JONAS BROTHERS! Not the Jones Sisters!" I said to him.
"Well who ever they are, it's annoying!"
"Who asked you?" Mymy replyed to Blake.
This fued went on for about an hour. Blake doesnt like the Jonas Brothers and he constantly makes fun of me for liking them. But I dont care. We sang S.O.S. out loud just to make him mad. And it worked!
"Why must you sing that song over and over and over again?" he said to us.
"Because it's one of the best songs ever! DUH!" Lizzy answered back.
About this time, we passed a huge bus that looked as if it were broken down on the side of the highway. It took me five seconds to realize......
"OH MY GOSH! DADDY! STOP THE CAR! THAT WAS THE JONAS BROTHERS!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, "can we stop and help them?"
My dad stopped the van on the side of the road.
"How do you know it was them?" Blake asked.
"IT SAID 'JONAS BROTHERS' ON THE SIDE!"
"I knew that."
Daddy got out of the car to go talk to the driver of the bus. Me, Mymy, and Lizzy were freaking out!
"OH MY GOSH, OH MY GOSH, OH MY GOSH!" I said with anticipation.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" screamed Mymy.
"This is so cool! Your dad is going to help the Jonas Brothers! Maybe we will get free passes, or autographs!" said Lizzy.
Outside, Daddy was talking to Mr. Jonas.
"Excuse me," said my dad, "do you need any help?"
Mr. Jonas replyed, "Yes, that would be great! It seams we've blown the engin and we need to get to Crydon, Indiana."
"I'm going to the same place. Need a ride?"
"Well, I have four people including me. Are you sure you have room?"
There are only eight seets in the van and six of them were already filled. What was he going to do? He already offered the ride........
"Yeah, you'll fit! We might have 2 squeese a little bit though."
Dad came back to the van and told us to pack the rest of our suit cases in the trailer and to lay down the back seat so some of us could sit in the floor. After we did, we saw Nick, Kevin, Joe, and Mr. Jonas heading toward the van with suit cases. Daddy welcomed them and helped with their bags. After everyone's stuff was packed, my Mom, Dad, Blake, Me, Lizzy, Mymy, Nick, Kevin, Joe, and Mr. Jonas were somehow packed into our van. What could go wrong?
Chapter 2
In the two front seats, was Dad and Mom. In the two middle seats were Mr. Jonas and Blake. And in the floor where the back seat was folded down was Nick, Me, Lizzy, Joe, Kevin, and Mymy.
"Thanks for the ride....ummmmm I dont recall getting a name......?" said Mr. Jonas.
"Oh, sorry about that. My name is Peter. This is my wife, Katie," my dad said pointing to my mom," and in the back with the brown curly hair is my daughter, Emily."
"Well its very nice to meet you. My name is Paul."
While the parents were carrying on a conversation, Blake looked like he was in awe! It was like he could not believe that someone famous was in his back seat! He got out his video camera and who knows whats gonna be on that!?!
Meanwhile, we were chatting in the back with our favorite celebrities.
"Wow. This is so cool! My name is Myrium, but you can call me Mymy." she said to Kevin.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Mymy. I'm Kevin. But im sure you already know that...."
"Hehe. Yes I do. But it is always good to entroduce yourself just in case someone doesn't know your name..........PSH! YEAH RIGHT! who doesnt know your name?!"
Mymy and Kevin got along very well. Even though she was two years younger than him and the same age as Joe, it was like they had everything in common!
While those two were talking, Lizzy started a conversation with Joe by making funny faces at him. Insted of talking to each other, they were making the other one laugh by doing crazy things. Joe would stick his toung out then Lizzy would take a picture of him and they would laugh at the picture for five minutes! It was prety funny to watch.
Me and Nick were kind of quiet. I was watching Lizzy and Joe but at the same time I was trying to start a conversation with Nick. I didn't want him to feel left out while his brothers were having a good time.
"Hi, I'm Emily." I said holding out my hand to shake his,
"Hello. I'm sure you know my name." he said while shaking my hand.
"Yes I do, but it would be proper for you to say it any way." I said with a smile.
"Ok then. Hello, my name is Nicholas Jonas. But please, call me Nick."
"I can do that. So, Nick........ummmmm where is your concert tonight?"
"We dont have one tonight, tomorrow or the next day. Its our vacation time. We are going to Crydon to just hang out. I'm not sure what we're doing yet."
"Well, we are are going to the same place then on saturday we're going to Holiday World."
"What's Holiday World?"
"It is an amusement park. And they have the BEST water park around. Im inviting you to come with us if you'd like."
"That sounds like fun! I'll ask my dad."
Nick called up to his dad in the middle seat to ask. Everybody got quiet to hear what he had to say.
"Hey, dad. Are we doing anything saturday?"
"No, I haven't planned anything yet. Why? Do you have an idea?"
"Yeah! Emily is inviting us to go to Holiday World With her and her family. Can we go?"
"If its alright with Joe and Kevin."
"Joe, Kev, do you guys want to go to an amusent park and a water park on saturday?" asked Nick.
"Sure! sounds fun." said Kevin.
Joe was too caught up in laughing and all you heard was, "Yaahahahaha". We took that as a yes.
So it was settled. My family was going to spend a day with the Jonas family at one of the funnest places around. I couldn't wait! I felt sorry for Mymy and Lizzy though. They had to miss it.
Chapter 3
While Nick and I were talking, Lizzy and Joe goofing around, Mymy and Kevin carrying on, and Dad, Mom, and Paul talking, Blake had his video recorder out again. He kept laughing and I didn't know what he was laughing at. So I asked him......
"Blake, what are you laughing at?"
"Oh, nothing."
I didn't trust him so i asked again in a sort of louder and meaner voice.
"Blake, please tell me what your laughing at! And what are you recording?"
"I told you, NOTHING!"
I still didn't believe him, but i didnt want to mess with him now because we were approaching the hotel.
"Yay! we're here!" said Lizzy in an excited voice.
"Yep! Hey, dad, are we staying in the same hotel as them?" asked Kevin.
"Yeah, I guess so."
"Ok."
After we got out room key, everyone went outside to unload the trailer. You wouldn't believe how much stuff we had! Everybody was carrying at least two bags and some of us had to come back for more! The Jonas family was three rooms down from us so it wasnt hard to cary the bagage if we had the wrong suit case. After we got settled and my mom parked the van, she stopped by the Jonas room.
"Knock. Knock." Mom said as she was opening the door. "Is everyone decent?"
"Yeah, come on in." Paul said.
"I came over to discuse the plans for tomorrw. My family, excluding Emily, is going canouing down the Blue River. I wasn't sure what you guys were doing or if you had any plans....."
"We don't have anything planned. I think it would be fun to go down the river. Can we come with you?"
"Sure! Do all of you want to go?"
"Well, I know I do. Nick, Joe, Kevin, do you guys want to go?"
"Yeah! it sounds like fun to me." said Kevin.
"Sure, I'll go." Joe replied.
"Ummmmmmm I think I might stay here..........canouing isn't really my thing. Now, if it were wiffle ball, that would be a different story." said Nick.
"You can stay here with the girls if you want to." said my mom.
"Ok, I guess i'm fine with that."
Chapter 4
My mom came back over to our room and we were STILL freaking out about this whole deal.
"This is like a dream come true!!" I yelled.
"You got that right! Man, I wish me and Mymy got to stay." said Lizzy.
"Maybe you can! Call your mom and ask if you can stay. Maybe she will let you since, well, YOU KNOW!"
"Ok. I'll try." said Lizzy.
While Lizzy dialed the phone number, me and Mymy were crossing our fingers.
"Hello, Mom?"
"Yes, sweety?"
"Can me and Mymy stay?? PRETTY PLEASE??"
"Do you have a good reason to stay?"
"Yes! On our way to Crydon, we picked up the Jonas Brothers cause their bus was broken and they didn't have anything to do so they are canouing with Emily's family but Nick is staying here with us because he doesnt want to canou and then the next day they were going to Holiday World with them too and I was wondering if we could stay cause' the Jonas Brothers are, like, our favorite band and this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance and........" Lizzy said as fast as she could.
"Ok! Ok! Ok! Settle down!...... I guess you can stay............"
"YAY! Thanks mom! Your the best! Love you! Bye!," Lizzy hung up the phone..... "WE CAN STAY!!"
After the cheering was over it was time for bed. But no one could fall asleep. Well, except for Blake. Mymy, Lizzy, and I were too excited. We whispered to each other back and forth talking about our day. But once we did fall asleep, I was sure we were going to have great dreams.
Chapter 5
After everyone woke up and got dressed, we met up with the Jonas gang to eat breakfast.
"Where would you guys like to eat?" my dad asked.
"IHOP!" yelled Joe.
"I don't care." said Nick and Kevin together.
"I don't know. Where would you guys like to eat?" said Paul.
"IHOP sounds great to me!" I said.
"Me too." said Mymy.
"Sure!" Lizzy replyed.
"Ok, I guess we're going to IHOP!" said my dad.
"YES!" yelled Joe.
Since the Jonas tour bus was still broken down, everyone had to pile into our van again with the same seating arrangements as yesterday. Lizzy got our her camera and took more pictures. But this time, with everybody. She had everyone bunch up together (like we weren't already bunched up) and take a picture. Joe blinked so we had to do it again. The second time Nick wasnt looking at the camera so we tryed again. The third time Mymy sneezed and got boogers on the lense. Lizzy had to clean it so we didn't get to take a good picture.
It didn't take long to get to IHOP. Once we arrived, the van was sqarmed with Jonas Brothers fans. Nick, Kevin, and Joe put on sunglasses and hats that covered their hair. Then they took a marcker and drew fake mustaches under their noses, but made sure it wasn't permanint. We got out of the van and the screaming girls left once they realized it wasn't them (but it really was).
Once inside the building, Joe ordered pancakes with bacon, Kevin got waffles, Nick ordered cerial, Paul ordered the same as Joe, Mymy got waffles with eggs, Lizzy ordered pancakes with sausage, I got the same as Nick, and my Mom and Dad both ordered breakfast buritos. It took a while for the food to come out so we had pleanty of time to talk.
"What is the plan for tomorrow?" asked Joe.
"Well, we are going to rent two canous and two kyacks. The canous can hold two people, and the kyacks hold one." my dad said.
"Me and Peter will be in a canou, Kevin and Paul can be in a canou, and Blake and Joe and use the kyacks. Does that sound like a good plan?" asked my mom.
"I like that idea." said Blake.
"So, Nick, what are going to do here with all these girls?" Kevin jokingly asked Nick.
Nick didn't amswer. But he didn't have to. The food was here.
After everyone's stomachs were full, Me, Lizzy, Mymy, and Nick were dropped off at the hotel, and Dad, Mom, Kevin, Joe, Blake, & Paul were on their way to the river. What could they possibly do on a 20 minute ride? But the real question was what were WE going to do while they were gone?
Chapter 6
"So....... what should we do first?" I asked Nick, Lizzy, and Mymy.
"Well, we could go shopping!" sugested Lizzy.
"I don't think Nick likes shopping." said Mymy.
"The only thing I like to shop for is shoes. But thats ok, you guys go on! I'll stay in the hotel room." said Nick.
"Mymy and Lizzy, you guys go. I'll go shopping with Nick in the boy stores." I said.
"Are you sure?" asked Mymy.
"Yep!"
"You don't have to do that. This is your vacation. Im just a visitor. Go with them." said Nick.
"No. I want to go with you. It would be unfair to you for us to just leave you!"
"Fine." Nick said, hiding a smile under his frown.
Lizzy and Mymy left for the stores and me and Nick walked the opposite way toward the mall.
"Do you think Emily will have fun?" asked Lizzy.
"Of course she will! She's with Nick Jonas. Im not worried," said Mymy. "In fact, I think she really really really wanted to go with Nick. Put yourself in her shoes. Right now she is walking with NICK JONAS to go shopping for shoes that he will wear on tour! She basically gets to help with his wardrobe! I would love that."
"Yea, me to." Lizzy said, "So why didn't we go with her?"
"Isn't it obvious?!?! Nick and Emily like each other. Why would we bother that when we have Joe and Kevin?"
"Oh! Good thinking! I CALL JOE!"
"haha Thats ok. I like Kevin anyway. He's so hansom, strong, goodlooking, sweet, tallented................
That sentance went on for a long time. but Meanwhile......................
"So, what kind of shoe store do you usually go to?" I asked.
"Any really. As long as they have good shoes."
"Oh. Ok. Well, I dont know what to look for. Im not a boy, so i dont shop in boy stores." I said smiling.
"HA! I would hope not!" He said giggling.
Currently at the river...........
"MOM........... I'M HUNGRY!" groaned Blake.
"Honey, you can wait till lunch."
"Fine." murmered Blake.
"How you doin' Joe?" Kevin asked, facing toward Joe who was falling behind.
"UGH! I'm fine. Just a little tired."
"You're already tired? We have only been on the river for and hour." said my dad.
"It's been that long?! WOW!" said Joe.
"When ARE we stoping for lunch Mr. P?" asked Kevin.
"I guess in a half hour. Why? Are you hungry?" asked Dad.
"No. I'm tired of hearing Blake's stomach!"
Chapter 7
"Oh my gosh, these shoes are so cute!" Lizzy screamed.
"Oooo they are!"
"I am SO getting these!"
"I'm not sure what to get yet. Any ideas?" asked Mymy.
"Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... OH! look at these!!" Lizzy said holding up a pair of bright orange sneekers.
"Wow. Those are deffinately very interesting." Mymy said with a disgusted look on her face.
"Yeah, i didn't really like them either." Lizzy tried to change the subject, "So, how do you think canouing is going?"
"I dont know. But I hope thay're having fun."
Turned out, they were having the opposite of fun..................
"What do you mean the food's all gone?!" asked Blake with a temper.
"Blake, settle down. We just left it in the van. No biggy." said Mom.
"So what ARE we gonna eat?" Blake said.
"I don't know. If you guys want, we can go back to the van and eat." asked Dad.
"I don't care as long as Kevin and Joe are up to it." said Paul.
"Well, I am pretty hungry." Kevin said.
Realizing that no one had heard Joe's oppinoin.....
"Where is Joe?" asked Kevin.
"Look!" Blake said, pointing to the kyake,
"Awwwwww. Poor Joe was so exausted, he fell asleep." Paul replied.
"We should probably wake him up if we're going to head back to the van." Dad said.
Meanwhile..................
"I'll have two soft shell tacos and a Dr. Pepper." I said to the cashier.
"And I'll have a small taco pizza without tomatoes or onions and a diet coke." Nick said.
"Picky picky picky!" I said to Nick jokingly.
Nick smiled back and asked, "Where would you like to sit madam?"
"Booth please!"
Nick found the perfect spot. We sat down with our food and neither of us started eating. After a short pause........
"Can I ask you something?" we asked each other at the same time.
I giggled.
"You first." I said.
Chapter 8
"Emily.....................umm...........will you........" Nick said slowly. " will you pass the katchup?"
I let out a sigh, "Sure."
Chapter 9
"YES!!! WE'RE FINALLY HERE!!" Blake said in an excited yet tired voice as they approached the van.
Joe slowly crawled out of the kyake. But quickly fell to the ground of exaustian.
"Joe, are you ok?" Kevin asked.
"Yeah...sure!" said Joe falling back to the ground.
"Here you go." Mom said handing Paul a sandwhich.
"Thanks."
"Joe, come get your sandwhich before Blake inhailes it!" said my mom.
"Ok." Joe said as he slowly got to his feet.
"Peter, Kevin, Blake............" mom said handing out the sandwhiches.
"Thank you!!!" everyone yelled.
"Sure thing!"
In the mean time....
"So, LIzzy where do you want to eat lunch?" Mymy asked.
"I'm in a pizza mood. Which resturaunts sell pizza?"
"Ummm........ Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, & Dominos. Those are the only pizza places around here."
"Sweet! How about Papa Johns?"
"Sure!"
Mymy and Lizzy walked to Papa Johns.
"What kinds of toppings do you want on your pizza Mymy?" Lizzy asked.
"Peperoini and sausage! what kind do you want?"
"Green pepers, Ham, & anchovies!"
"EWWWWW!!!! Thats desgusting!"
"Every one says that, but i LOVE them!"
"We're getting separate pizzas"
"Hahaha ok."
Still in Taco Bell....
"So, is your taco pizza any good?" I asked.
"Yeah........................ want to try some?"
"Sure! Only if you try my taco!"
"Agreed."
Nick and I both grabbed some of our food and slowly stuck it in the other one's mouth, getting food all over the each other. Meat, melted cheese, salsa, and peppers were all over both of us. Witch made Nick laughed, then eventully I laughed....... soon we were both laughing uncontrollably! Once we stopped we continued eating and talking.
"Ok, its your turn to go shopping. Where would you like to go?" Nick asked.
"Well, we could meet up with Lizzy and Mymy and finish up with them."
"Great idea."
On our way out, I called Mymy.
"Hello?" Mymy said with her mouth full.
"Hey! its me, Emily. Where are you guys?"
"We are in Papa Johns eating pizza. Where are you?"
"Outside Taco Bell. We were wondering if you guys wanted to meet up."
"Sure. Hold on........" Mymy put her hand ove the phone, "Lizzy, do you want to meet up with Nick and Emily?"
"Yeah. That sounds fun!"
Back on the phone, "We both want to. where do you want to meet?"
"How about the mini golf hut? We could do a round of glow-in-the-dark mini golf!"
"Ok! Sounds fun. See you there."
Chapter 10
Everyone was at the Glow-In-The-Dark Mini Golf Hut. The golf balls matched the clubs and were the same color. I got pink, Lizzy had orange, Mymy had yellow, and Nick got blue. Mymy was keeping score and we came up to the first hole.....
"Ok, who wants to go first?" I asked.
"Go ahead." Lizzy said to me.
"Ok."
I came up to the hole. It was a straight line with a small hill in the middle. I placed my golf ball in the middle of the starting zone, took my stance, practiced swinging, then swung the club very softly. The ball rolled half way up the hill then rolled back to its starting place. I sighed.
"Maybe you have to hit it harder." Mymy said.
I tried it again. This time the ball went over the hill and missed the hole by two inches. I got it on the third try.
"Good job, Emily!" Lizzy said.
"Ugh. It wasn't very good. That was supost to be the easiest hole in the whole game!"
"It's ok." Nick said.
It took Mymy two tries to get the golf ball in. Nick got a hole-in-one, and Lizzy hit the ball, but she hit it too hard. It bounced into the next cource.
"Can I try again??" asked Lizzy.
"Hahahaha sure." I siad.
Lizzy tried again and got the ball in the hole in three tries.
The game went on like this for quiet a while. Nick would get them in very quickly, it took Mymy and I a couple of tries, and Lizzy was well, not the best........AT ALL.

"Yay! I won!" Nick said celibrating.
"Oh, man! I lost. I officially stink at the game!"
"Haha it's ok. I think you did fine." I said.
"Thanks."
Meanwhile, still at the river, Blake, Joe, Paul, Mom, Dad, and Kevin continued down the river, again, after finishing their lunches.
"OUCH!!!!!!!! I WAS JUST BITTEN BY A SNAKE!!!!" screamed Joe.
"Are you sure it was a snake?" asked Kevin.
"Yes! I watched it swim away! LOOK!" joe said holding his arm up for Kevin to see.
"Are you ok Joe?" mom asked.
"I think so, but it stings really bad."
"Maybe we should go to the hospital."
"Ok." Joe said wimpering.
They canoued back to the van again and drove to the hospital. Joe's arm was swelling and turning purple. Once ther arrived, Joe could hardly move. The nurses and doctors put him in a wheel chair and took him to the ER.
Chapter 11
Mom called me to tell me about Joe.
"Hello?" I asked over the phone.
"Honey, it's me, Mom. We think Joe was bitten by a poisonous snake. We are at he hospital."
"Oh my gosh, is he ok?"
"We're not sure. Tell Nick not to worry."
"Ok. We'll flag down a taxi and get there as soon as possible." I hung up the phone.
"Who was that?" asked Nick.
I took in a deep breath trying to figure out what I was going to say to Nick.
"Joe was bitten by a snake at the river, and we are supost to get to the hospital. But I'm sure he is going to be fine."
"Oh my gosh, lets go!!" Nick yelled as he ran out of the Mini Golf Hut. We ran after him. By the time we got there Nick was already waiting in the taxi for us.
"TO THE HOSPITAL!" I yelled to the driver. Before I knew it, we were going faster than a speed of light!! It seamed like the hospital was only a block away, we were going so fast. When we arrived, Mymy grabbed some money out of her pocket and tossed it to the driver. We were in that hospital faster than you can say peanutbutter.
"Oh good, your here. Joe is in the last room on the left. We're not alowed to go in there right now though." Mom explained.
"Whats going on? Is Joe going to be ok?" asked Nick.
"I'm sure he's going to be fine........"
But Nick just ignored her and ran down the hallway where he met up with his dad and Kevin.
"Nick." Paul said holding Nick on the shoulders."Joe is going to be ok. It was a poisonous snake but not poisonous enough to hurt him badly. He is supost to stay in the hospital for a couple of days just so they can get the poison out. I'm goning to stay with him. You and Kevin are going to go to Holiday World with the girls. Don't worry. He'll be fine."
Chapter 12
"Can I stay here with Joe?" asked Lizzy.
"Well, I guess you can if you want....." Mom said. "but do you really want to miss out on Holiday World?"
"I would miss anything in the world for Joe."
Chapter 13
Mom, Dad, Nick, Mymy, me, Kevin, and Blake took a taxi back to the hotel. Lizzy and Paul stayed behind to look after Joe.
"Isn't it so sweet that Lizzy would stay with Joe?" I asked Mymy.
"Yeah. That is so romantic!"
I glanced over to see Nick's face. You could tell he was worried. Then I wispered into his ear, "Don't worry. Your brother is going to be fine."
Nick smiled. "Thanks."
Chapter 14
Back at the hotel, we ordered pizza. But no one was in the mood to eat.
"Come on guys! Lets not let an incodent like this keep us from having fun." Kevin announced.
"He's right. Tomorrow we are gonna have so much fun, we will remember it for all times." Dad said.
That put everyone in a good mood. Even Nick.
After everyone finished their pizza, we got ready for bed.
"PILLOW FIGHT!!!!!! " I yelled, throwing a pillow in Nick's face.
"Oh your on!" Nick said chucking a pillow. Soon everyone had a pillow in their hands swinging them every which way. Kevin was on the bed knocking Mymy over the head with his pillow. Even my mom and dad joined in! But the fight didnt last very long. Soon everybody was tuckered out.
"Well, that was fun." Dad said.
"Yep. Time for bed!" Mom yelled. "We have a busy day tomorrow."
Chapter 15
Everyone pilled into the van. All seven of us. It was going to be a hour ride, so we had to find something to do.
"Hey, will you put this in?" Kevin asked, handing my mom a cd.
"Sure."
Soon after the cd was in, a familiar toon rang through the van.
"I love this song!" I yelled.
"Me to!" said Mymy.
We started singing Video Girl. I asked my mom to re-start the song so i could act out the voice at the begining.
"Oh em gee. Did u hear im dating a Jonas Brother? Its so hot!!" i lipsank waving my hand in the air. Nick and Kevin started laughing. Then Nick sang Joe's part while Kevin was playing the air guitar. Mymy joined in by singing Nick's part. We had our own mini concert in the back of the van!
The song ended.
"That was fun!" Nick said.
"Yeah it was!" Kevin replyed.
"Oh! Mom, go to BB Good please!" i said, putting a giant smile on my face.
She turned the dial.
"Ill pick you up at & 7:00 we can drive around and see a movie," Joe sang in the radio, "Every scene will have a meaning, but you'll be the one that moves me."
We all stared at each other speachless. A long pause went by.
"I miss Joe." Mymy said.
"I think all of us do." Kevin replyed.
Another pause. Then the song continued......
"Listen girl, you gotta be good. I dont wanna hurt you. I WANNA KISS YOU!"
We all laughed.
"Thats what we're missing!" I said.
"What?" Nick asked.
"Joe's funniness!"
"Haha yeah... you right."
After listening to a couple more songs, we arrived at Holiday World.
"We're here!!!!!" Mymy screamed.
Everyone gave a sigh of relief.
"Let the fun begin!!" I said.
Chpater 16
After putting on sunscrean and descizes, (for Nick and Kevin) we descussed the plans in the park entrance.
"Do you guys want to split up?" asked my dad.
"Sure." Mymy replyed.
"Ok, me and your mom will go off together, and you guys can stick together. Soung like a plan?" my dad said.
"YEAH!" we said excitedly.
While my mom and dad went off alone, me, Nick, Kevin, and Mymy set off to ride the Ledgend. The second highest ride in the park.
"How long do you think we will be waiting in line?" asked Kevin.
"Im not sure. It doesnt look like its gonna be very long." i replyed.
"OK." Kevin said.
"Who is going to ride with who?" Nick asked.
"Well, i will ride with Kevin and you and Emily cn ride together?" Mymy said.
"Ok, im good with that."
It was our turn. Me and Nick were in the front row and Kevin and Mymy were somewhere in the middle. The announcer spoke telling us to buckle our seet belts and to make sure we had no loose items. The attendants passed by making sure everything was ok. Then the scary music started. The coaster slowly moved forward gradually gaining speed. We slowly came up the hill. Then it came. The giant drop. Nick and I screamed at the top of our lungs as the roller coaster raced past the trees. On every turn either i bumped into Nick or the opposite. We came to a halt. The ride ended.
"Wow! That was fun!" Nick exclamed.
"Yeah! We HAVE to ride that again later!!"
"Ok!"
"Hey, where are Kevin and Mymy?"
"Im not sure. Lets go find them."
We went back up the exit to find them. Sure enough they were sitting on a bench.
"Hey! Did u guys like the ride?" asked Kevin.
"Yeah. It was fun! Where to now?" asked Nick.
"Lets ride a couple small rides." Mymy sugjested.
"Good idea." i said.
Chapter 17
After riding more little rides, I got a call from my dad.
"Hey, Em, meet up at the Alimo. We'll eat lunch there. And I have a little suprise for you....."
"What is it??" i asked anciously.
"I cant tell. You'll just have to wait and see when you get here!"
"Ok, fine......"
Chapter 18
I hung up the phone.
"Guys, my dad has a surprise for us at the Alimo!"
"Then lets go!" Kevin said in excitement.
When we arrived we couldnt find my parrents.
"Where are they?" asked Mymy.
"I dont know they are supost to be here!" i replyed.
Using his finger, Nick glanced around serching. "Well, there's a person.....another person, a kid.......a hot dog sales man......Joe.......a person........JOE!!!!" Nick screamed running toward him.
We followed in excitement.
"Hey guys!" said Joe.
"Oh my gosh! What are you doing here?" I asked.
"They relesed me from the hospital! So I came here."
"It turned out it wasnt a snake bite at all." My dad explained.
"Then what was it?" Kevin asked.
"It was a lizard." Joe said.
"A lizard??" Nick asked in confusion.
"Yeah. I didnt see its legs when it bit me. hehe"
"Joe, ur crazy." Mymy said. "Hey where is Lizzy?"
"Oh she's in the bathroom." Joe replyed.
"She's here??" i asked.
"Yeah! Where else would she be?" said Joe.
"Haha i dont know! but lets grab her and ride some coasters!" Nick answered.
"Ok, but...can we eat first?" Joe asked.
I laughed. "Man, I sure missed you."
"So we can't eat?"
