It was New Years Eve,midnight rolled around I watched the ball drop, and sparks flew out,I turned around and you where no were to be found,where were you that New Years Eve when I was all by myself and everyone around me were with their lovers,well you know what, we don't need you....we don't need you. Introduction

Hi my name is De'Andra or Dee for short. I'm 15 years old and I'm from Knoxville,Tennesse. My parents are kinda rich. My mom is a fashion desighner and my dad is a famous rodeo cowboy. Ok I know what your thinking;having a dad as a cowboy could probably get embarrasing but it's actually fun. I get to go all around to different places. Now were going to Los Angeles,California for his competion or so I thought. Turns out were actually moving there FOR GOOD. Now I have to leave behind all of my friends and my school for a new one. As soon as thought that this move was going to be the worst things started to turn around.

Chapter 1

A New Beginning

So I'm sitting on this plane fixing to go to L.A. with my family and trying not to cry about losing my friends. Lucky I had a tv in front of me so to distract me. When I cut it on there was a band playing named "The Jonas Brothers". I had heard somewhat of them listend to their music now and then but I wasn't crazy in love with them like every other girl in America. I might as well get some sleep it's gonna be a big day tomorrow, so I put in my music and turned on some Nickelback and went to sleep. "Dee wake up were here." I awoke to see my mom standing over me and my dad standing toward the door. I quickly grabbed my things and hurried out the door. So far L.A wasn't that bad, but I had only been here for a matter of minutes so anything could happen over the next few days. When we got to the address of our new house I was amazed. Our house was like a mansion! It had to have had at least 5 bedrooms. When I went inside it looked so empty, big, and a little creepy at first, but when the boxes started coming in the place seemed less creepy and more smaller. By the time we were done packing and painting it was 3 o'clock in the morning and I had school in the morning, so I told my parents goodnight and went to my new room. It was so cool, it had a kinda garden theme. My walls were lime green, my bed was purple and lime green on a swing, and there were purple and lime green fluffy bean bag chairs. There was a window seat that you could see the moon shining in. I had a walk in closet and everything. Since the move my life was getting better, but the next would probably change my whole idea.

Chapter 2

First Days

"Dee hurry up your gonna be late for school!" yelled my mom. I got up from my comfortable bed, took a quick shower, and got my self situated. I decided to were my turquoise and white layered shirt with white skinny jeans and matching converses; in my opinion I looked awesome for my first day of school. Since my hair was still wet I decided to were my white hooded jacket so my new shirt wouldn't get wet. By the time I got downstairs my parents were gone so I fixed myself a poptart and turned on the t.v until the bus came. This morning my favorite show was on, "Gossip Girl". I had missed last nights episode so my t.v recorded it for me. Soon after the show was off there was my bus, so I grabbed my things and rushed out the door. On the bus was nothing like I thought it would be. Instead of everybody ignoring me like I thought, everybody staired at me until I sat down at the back. Since everybody else had their own conversations going on I decided to listen to my music, today I felt like listening to Linkin Park. "Hey don't mind them, they always treat the new people like that. I'm Demi Everlast." I looked quickly around to see if she was talking to anyone else, but no one else was there. "Hey, I'm De'Andra Furgouson but people call me Dee for short." We shook hands and then she came and sat next to me. "You sound like you have an acsent. Where are you from?" "Knoxville, Tennesse, but it's not that strong is it?" I asked hoping that it wasn't. I mean who would want to start the first day of school with a really strong acsent? I know I didn't want to. "No it's not that strong." she said laughing a little,"So what's your talent?". Oh did I forget to tell you; the school that I'm going to isn't a regular school, it's an academy for kids who have talents like singing, dancing, acting all that stuff. "Dancing and Singing." "Oh nice talents. Mine are Acting and Singing.". By the time we were done talking it was time to get off the bus. "Hey can I walk with you to class. I'm kinda new here so.." "Oh I know what you mean, but yea sure let me see your schedule" I handed her my schedule while trying to put away all my other stuff I was carrying. "We have the exact same classes so just follow me ok." I nodded in agreement. "Hey I'll meet up with you later, I got to go meet up with some friends." After that I begin the search of my locker number 315. When I finally found it there was a guy leaning on it with curly hair and stylish clothes. "Excuse me but your on my locker." I said politely. When he turned around I knew exactly who he was, Joe Jonas. "Oh sorry. I was just waiting for my brothers to get here." I was so surprised I couldn't even speak, all I did was stand there like an idiot. "I'm Joe Jonas by the way and you are...?" Finally I got out of my trance and could talk, "I'm De'Andra Furgouson, but people just call me Dee for short." "Well nice to meet you. I've never seen you around here before are you new?" "Yea I just moved here yesterday from Knoxville, Tennesse." "Oh cool my bros ex gf was from Tennesse. We went there a few times to visit plus we had multiple concerts there, but it was nice." "Yea it's always nice there." While talking I was trying to open my locker but it was stuck. Great. A stuck locker on the first day of school. When I glanced over to ask Joe if he could open my locker he was joined by his other two brothers Kevin and Nick came up. "Hey guys this is Dee. She just moved here from Tennesse." "Oh hey what's up? I'm Kevin and this is Nick." "Hi nice to...." , but before I could finish my locker door flew open, hit me in the head, and knocked me out. When I woke up I was in the clinic with Demi and the Jonas brothers standing over me."Oh my god are you ok?" still a little dizzy I answered, "Yea I'm fine, but totally embarassed. Some first impression as the girl who hits her head on things." They all laughed a little. "Well we better get to class before were late or it's detention." I cleaned up my forhead, bandaged it up, and walked out the door for class. When I got to class I had 1 minute to spare and everyone was already there so I handed the teacher all of my things and sat by Demi. "Good morning class my name is Mr. Appleton, and I will be teaching you Mathematics. Now before we get started I would like to point out our new student from Tennesse. Her name is De'Andra Furgouson and I want all of you to treat her with respect." Immediately after everyone turned their heads at me which was embarrassing. "Now I want all of you to team up and start on the questions from page 19. It'a going to be due tomorrow so work at a pace, and chose people wisely." I usually work by myself with questions, so I pulled out my book and started working. "Hey can I work with you. I'm not really good at this subject." I couldn't believe that Nick wanted to work with me. "Yea sure." "Do you understand the problems cause I don't get number....Whoa!" "What?" "Your already basically done." "Oh yea I'm kinda good at math." "Well then can you help me with this, this, this." Laughing I said "That's all the problems though." "I know." he laughed along. The day was starting out to be good. I found my first friend and possibly my first crush.

Chapter 3

Later On

Later after Science and Dance Practice it was time for lunch. Nick walked with me to make sure that I didn't fall over and that I made it there without getting lost. When I got there the line was really long and it was crowded. "Dee over here!" yelled Demi. I rushed to get out of the giant crowd to get to my seat before it got taken. When I finally got there she was sitting with Joe, Kevin, Nick, and other people that I didn't know. "Hey guys this is Dee the new girl I was talking about. Dee this is Miley Norwood she sings and acts like me, next is Selena Turner her talent is the same as ours but she dances." Yea I saw her in the dance class last period." " Oh thats good. This is Taylor Unford, she sings and is working on her acting." "Nice to meet you guys." "Likewise" said Miley. "Oh of coarse you know us." Joe said walking up behind me while I was drinking water which almost made me spit it out. "Yea." They all grabbed chairs and sat next to us. Nick sat on the right of me and Joe sat on the left. I think I was the luckiest girl in the world. "Hey Dee I was just wondering if you want to be my study partner." "Yea no problem." "Ok I'll give you a ride to my house." Going to the jonas brothers house?! Am I dreaming? "Yo Nick don't keep her for yourself me and Kev need a study partner too." "Hey I got an idea. Why don't we all just go over to Nicks house and make it a study group with all of us." Demi said to stop the arguing. "Yea thats a good idea. Everybody meet at the parking lot then we can give everybody a ride to the house." After coming up with the plan we all talked for a while. Then the bell rang for lunch to be over and for the next period to begin. All of our other periods were to practice our talents so I had Singing, and Athletics. My athletics were Skateboarding, Snowbording, and Surfing. By the end of the day I was wet cause for surfing we went to the beach sence it was right by the school. As I was walking to my locker Joe came up beside me. "Let me guess you had surfing for your last period." "Yea you could tell from my hair." We laughed about it and when I got my stuff out of my locker we walked to the giant truck together talking and laughing. In the truck Kevin was driving and Taylor was in the passenger seat. Nick sat by me of coarse and so did Joe in the middle row of seats, which left Demi, Miley, and Selena in the very back seat. "Oh snap!" "What what's wrong?" "I forgot to tell my parents I was going to your house." "We can stop by your house since it's right down the street from ours." "How did you know that?" "Oh I saw you getting on the bus when I came outside to get in the car." When we got to my house of coarse my dad was wondering why I was getting out of the car with two guys. "Hey dad" I said trying to distract him. "Hey Dee. Why are you getting out of the car with two boys?" "Oh those guys there um..." , but before I could finish Joe came up and put his arm around my shoulder, "Hi I'm Joe Jonas and I am friends with your daughter. We were just wondering if she could come to our house for a study group." "Nice to meet you Joe but...." I quickly shot him a begging look to try to make him change his mind. "Are their any other people going to be their?" "Yea some other friends of ours, and we live just down the street so if you want to check on her just stop by." Wow Joe really knew how to get on a dad's good side. "Dad please let me go it's educational and I'll call every hour or minute." "Ok, but be home by 10 and no later." "Yay thank you thank you thank you." I gave my dad a hug and got back in the car. When we got to their house I was in shock. It was like me coming to my new house all over again. There house was ginormous, bigger than mine even. Inside it had a new carpet smell. Their mom was in the kitchen fixing something. We sat in the living room and did all of our homework and studying. After we were done we decided to watch a movie. Taylor was cuddled up with Kevin which made everyone aware that they were going out. Demi, Miley, and Selena were on the couch eating a bucket of popcorn and I was on the floor with Joe and Nick as usual. Unexpectedly, Joe put his arm around my shoulder in the middle of the movie. It took me some time till I noticed that Nick had moved over by Miley and that Joe's arm was over my shoulder. "Um wheres your bathroom?" "It's upstairs, the last door on the left." I got up as quickly as I could to get away from the tention in the room. "I'll show you where it is." Demi volunteered. "Whoa major tention down there between Joe and Nick huh." Demi said while I standing outside the bathroom. "Yea and I'm the cause of it." "It's not your fault they just always have some rivalry going on." After I was done washing my hands I opened the door, "Really cause it's kind of hard to realize that it's not my fault." I stormed out past her and went down stairs. I grabbed my stuff and didn't look at either Joe nor Nick. "Hey what's up?" "I'm sorry Joe but I have to go. It's getting late and I can't be late or else so I'll just see you tomorrow at school." "Ok I'll see you later." He walked me to the door and then kissed me on the cheek. That really made Nick mad. As I walked home I tried to figure out what had just happend but it wasn't really working. When I got home my parents weren't home and dinner was on the table. I didn't eat cause I was full of popcorn so I went upstairs and got ready for bed. I wore red, black, and white swets with a tank top. As I lay in bed I was still trying to wonder why Joe would do that; maybe he had a crush on me while I was crushing on Nick, but something told me that this wasn't the case.

Chapter 4

Unexpected Suprises

(4 months later)

Today I woke up in a shock. I had this weird dream of a baby left on a porch step with me watching from a distance. Whenever I would try to see who the baby was I would wake up. This had to have been the third time I had the dream. Ignoring it I got ready for school and put on http://www.polyvore.com/jaime_paris/set?id=15544815. When I came downstairs it was strangely dark. "Guys are you still here? Hello?" "SURPRISE!!!! Happy 16th Birthday!" My parents came out from behind the counter and nearly gave me a heart attack. "Oh my god did you have to do that this early." I said laughing. "Sorry it was so early but this will make you feel better." My dad reached behind his back and pulled out  a small black box. When I picked it up it wasn't really light. I opened the box slowly to make sure something else wasn't fixing to pop out at me. "Ahhh! OMG! Thank you thank you thank you guys!" I hugged both of them very tightly, I couldn't believe that they had gotten me the I-phone. "Your welcome now go get your stuff or you'll miss your bus." I gathered my things and walked out the door to go to the corner. "Hey Dee over here." I quickly turned around to see Joe driving a black 2009 comero. "Hey Joe nice car." "Thanks I just got it....so what are you doing sitting on the corner?" "Oh I'm waiting for the bus to school it's late again." "Oh well how about I give you a ride to school." "Joe you don't have to I'll just stay here...." "No I insist. Get in." I opened the door and quickly looked around to see if anyone was there then got in. The car still had that new car smell plus the smell of his cologne which smelled really good. When we got to school of course everyone was looking so it was wierd when they saw me come out of the car.  I saw Nick out of the corner of my eye obviously upset. Knowing that I went over there to try to straighten things out. "Hey guys whats up." "Nothing much just waiting for school to start. So hows Joe's car?" Miley said trying to be funny. "Ha Ha very funny Miley, but he insisted and I didn't want to be mean." Afterwards my phone started to vibrate;

Joe: Meet at my locker after school, I'll give you a ride home.

Me: Okay but I was gonna walk home; you know after what just happend...

Joe: Yea I understand....but don't pay any attention to Miley, she has the green eyed monster...lol

Me: Ha yea....oh whats up with Nick?

"Whered you get the I-phone?" I quickly looked up to see everyone looking at me and my phone. "Oh my parents got it for me. Todays my b-day" "Oh happy b-day Dee" "Thanks Kev." I said as he quickly got up and hugged me. "Yea Happy Birthday!" yelled Demi as she came an hugged me, "Wow thanks Demi" I said while laughing a little. "So what are you doing for your big day?" asked Selena while eating a breakfast bar, "I don't know. I guess I was just going to hang out with my parents unless you guys want to do something...." "Yea we should all do something after school and during the weekend like go to the movies and go to the mall or something" said Joe while wrapping his arm over my shoulder. After he did that I noticed that Nick wrapped his arm around Miley's shoulder which made her cuddle up to him. The bell suddenly rang out of no where and made everyone leave in different directions. Kevin and Taylor left together holding hands while Demi, Selena, and Miley left ahead which left me with Joe and Nick. "So I'll see you after school at my locker." said Joe with his arm still around my shoulders, "Okay see you then." , suddenly Joe hugged me for what seemed like forever and kissed me on the cheek again. Immediately Nick stormed off ahead. "Nick wait!" I yelled trying not to break my ankle running in my heels. By the time I caught up with him we were in class. Today I decide to sit with Nick so I could try to straighten things out, "Nick can I talk to you for a sec?" "Yea sure whats up Dee?" he said while tapping his pencil on the desk. "Listen about me and Joe...." "Dee it's ok. I totally understand." "You do?" I said a little confused, but then the teacher turned around and said "Nick, De'Andra stop talking and take notes" "Oh sorry" I said quickly taking notes. "Yea you like Joe and its really clear that he likes you." whispered Nick, "Nick you have it all wrong. I like Joe but not like that, he's the one that likes me likes and started all of this." "Really?" "Really...and plus I kinda like someone else." I said hesitantly "Oh well who is it? Do I know him?" Nick said smiling "I think you should know him since your really close." "How close? Brother close or *close* close?" said Nick while looking in my eyes " *Close* close" I said while getting lost in his eyes. Just then the bell rang to go to next period which made me and Nick quickly get up from our seats and walk out the door. For the rest of the day Nick and I walked to classes together and sat by each other which made me think that he totally understood what I meant by *close* close. At the end of the day I went to Joes locker and waited for him for what seemed like 5 seconds at the most. "Hey Dee, ready to go?" "Hey Joe, and yea I'm so tired I don't even know if I can keep my eyes open." I said while pretending to go to sleep. "Well you better cause I've got something to show you." "Really?" "Really so come on B-Day girl." he said while holding my hand leading me to his car. When we got to my house I notice that all the lights were off and my parents cars were in the drive way which made me worry a little. "I wonder were my parents are?" I said while getting out of the car. "I don't know but I'm sure they'll be back." I went up to the door, unlocked it, and went inside to find...........

Let the Party Begin

"SURPRISE!" yelled everyone that was in the house. I jumped and grabbed on to Joe's hand for dear life which made him kinda wince in pain. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEE!" "Aww...you guys didn't have to do this." I said almost crying a little "Of coarse we did. Your our friend and friends give other friends b-day parties."said Demi while hugging me "Plus your parents came up with the idea." said Selena joining in on the hug. "Okay guys now that shes here I think we can get this party started." said my Dad while coming out with a big bag, "This is from me and your mom." said my dad while giving me the bag. "Um ok were coming." said Nick. After, Nick and I got out the grotto we all played Marco-Polo and I won most of the rounds, then after we were done playing we all went in the house and ate cake; well kinda ate cake since Joe started a food fight which lasted for about 10 min. tops. When we were all done cleaning up we sat in the theater and started watching Night at the Museum 2. Kevin and Taylor sat cuddled up together while Demi and Selena sat by Miley and Joe which left me to sit by Nick; finally, but Joe wasn't far."Dee that's a pretty necklace. Where'd you get it?" asked Selena while eating popcorn, "Thanks Nick gave it to me in the grotto." I said sitting my head on Nick's shoulder, "Wait Nick as in my brother Nick?" asked Joe inching closer to me and trying to be funny, "Yea Nick as in your brother and the only Nick here." "Well looks like I have to step up to the plate." "Step up to the plate? Joe what do you..." but before I could finish my sentence Joe leaned in and kissed me on the lips. I could hear everyone go "Ohhh" and "Awww". When he pulled away I was very confused, but I had to admit...Joe was a pretty good kisser. "Dee you didn't tell me that you and Joe were going out." said Miley while getting closer to Nick, "I really didn't know that we were going out either." "Oh don't be shy, we've been going out since January." said Joe with a big smile on his face. Nick immediately started getting very angry which made me worry, "Nick I can explain."
