The phone rings, she answers to hear him crying once again. It hurts her, she cries with him. She feels for him deep inside, but she never expected anything new to happen until it did. She hears gun fires in the background and he starts screaming at his step father. She jumps and begs him to leave his house, begs him to come to her's she'd keep him safe. The stepfather is drunk yet again and she fears somethings going to happen...going happen to him this time. She sobs quietly listening to the background noises. "your not my father you can't do that! You have no right!" She hears the screams from him, his voice powerful and strong to stand against the man. Suddenly she hears the phone drop and hit the floor, then he screams. She hears the sound of breaking bones of of skin hitting skin hard. She runs. Her heart is racing and she stays on the phone with him just in case. She runs as fast as she can heart pounding and legs aching but she was going to get to him. His cries change now to cries of help. He needs her so she pushes on to get there. She stops inside of his house seeing a huge mess and it horrifies her. She sees him huddled in the corner, limp and sobbing. Bruises on his body his clothes torn and he's bleeding. He points to the kitchen but begs her not to go look..seeking nothing but revenge against the man she walks in anyways to fin his mother and stepfather both shot in the head. The stepfather had shot the mother, beaten him, then put the barrel in his own mouth. She ran back to him and into his strong arms. He held her as tight as he could and kissed her forehead. She felt the blood on her own cloths but she didn't care....he was alive. "Go home." He pleaded and begged her but she simply refused to leave him. He didn't want her to see his end he knew what was coming. He continues to beg her and she refuses thats when she sees it. He'd been shot as well and was bleeding to death. "I Love you." She heard him say before blacking out. She called 911 her hands shaking and barely able to talk. They show up about 15 minns later and take him straight to the ER and work for hours on him. She sits in the waiting room as memories flash through her mind. all the good times, the nights they spent together, and all the times she had told him not to kill himself..that suicide wasn't worth it. All the times she had believed he was going to be ok and then the nurse walks in. She hears the news and her hearts stops. She falls to her knees shaking and crying as the nurse tells her shes sorry. She runs, runs as fast as she can. she had never caught her breath so her chest was aching but she ran anyways. Again she was running for him and she jumped. No Second thought, no pause, she jumped straight off the bridge knowing she would die too.They find her body a could hours later and report her dead. Later her parents bury both of them next to each other. On her tombstone reads and short simple statement, "She jumped for him so next to him forever will she lay."
